Came on time and did excellent work. Asked to increase the contract price due to the job taking longer than estimated.

R&B WAS EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY, AND DID A TERRIFIC JOB!

Bill is friendly and folksy but also very professional- just what I wanted.

Excellent customer service - arrived at appointment time and work done very well.

Robert came out, gave us an estimate for removing and replacing grout in 2 showers. He came a couple of days later and completed the job. His work was good and left the areas clean. He is pleasant and an excellent and efficient worker. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Bill came out and assessed the project which was to remove and replace a seton of ceramic tile that had buckled up and broken.(36 sq ft area) No leak, just old bonding loosening. He sent his tile guys Sergio & Andreas the next day and work began. They have a great work ethic with no talking on their cell phones and very little talking except for direction about the job. They clean as they go and are very neat.They only take off for lunch and are back on time and begin work . They saved all my old tiles which was time comsuming but glad they did as the tiles I have are no longer made and it would have been a much bigger job to buy new for the whole dining room and kitchen. They charge a standard fee of $650.00 a day plus materials and they stay 8 hours a day. The workers are bonded so you can relax if you have leave your home for a while. In the end you know you have a profesional job. Bill was on site everyday to oversee the project and came back to do the sealing of the grout.

We needed grout work to install a new shower door. Rory called first thing in the a.m. and Robert arrived later that day to assess the job and completed it the very next day.

Rorey was responsive and gave a reasonable quote and did a great job.

fantastic job at explaining the options and any risks with each. price was exactly as quoted. quality work and cared about the final result.

They were late to the initial bid appointment and substantially late to the job site. They did a pretty good job of installing the tile, and better have for the price they were charging, but then they tried to charge me overtime for running an hour past their 5pm cutoff when his guys were an hour and a half late!! After the work was completed it took a couple of days for me to get that nonsense removed from the bill and I sent a check. Before they even received the check in the mail he had texted me twice with very curt messages asking if I had sent them a check yet and then had the gall to say the I was discourteous!! My response to that is that they can stuff it.
