I am so happy with the results. Sergio was the technician and he is the best! I will recommend them to everyone.... They cleaned and sealed ceramic tile in my bathroom and I feel like I have a new bathroom The job also included my Kitchen and guest bathroom... Am happy with all...

Robert squeezed in a one day job that was WAY overdue. Super respectful, awesome to talk to because he really knows his stuff. His guy, Sergio, did an amazing job. The expertise and ease of dealing with is why I'm hiring him for several other jobs. (Sorry, he's going to be busy when you call! Haha!)

Yes, they are a little on the expensive side, but they were EXTREMELY thorough; keeping in touch throughout the estimate, scheduling & work process. Provided very clear explanations of work involved & what to expect. Very friendly and professional and also provided pictures of the completed work (we donâ t reside on premise of repair location).

They were excellent from start to finish. The Owner reached out to hear about the job and set up a free onsite estimate. The Owner's Son came out to do the visual estimate (with all the proper color samples and everything he needed to properly assess the job). Scheduling around our availability was easy. When it came time for the job, the Owner's Son was back with the artisan worker who got all of the information needed and then set out to do the job. Owner's Son went out to get some requested supplies, came back, all with excellent communication between everyone (something I don't often see... normally the worker's hands are tied and don't seem to have support from their company). The work was meticulous with actual care to our property observed (drop cloths, shoes off). I hope I need Tile Installation or Repair Work again because I know I have a wonderful and reliable company to call.

I received a detailed explanation of the work needed for my repair. The job was completed in a little less time than we thought so i only paid for a half day labor instead of a full day. Robert was the contractor and Sergio did a the work and was great. Thanks R&B Tile

these guys did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Seems obvious, but it is uncommon and puts them ahead of many service providers I've worked with. They were also very clean and tidy.

You will be paying higher than the quote... Although they purchase the parts they did not give me the opportunity to agree to their additional charges.

The end result of the shower grout repair was better than I had expected. The shower stall looks like new! Sergio was the craftsman who performed the work. It was about a 5-hour job--very meticulous.

R & B Tile was very good. Bill was very thorough with the quote and checked in on the project every day. Sergio is a maestro. He takes pride in his work and wants to get it right. If you have a suggestion he listens and is accommodating. I would highly recommend R & B Tile.

Good work. Overpriced.

We had approx. a 3 x 3 square of bathroom tile that needed to be redone. Grout was loose. R&B tile charged us $1100.- plus $100.- for materials. WAY TO HIGH. They are basically a thief for people that do not know what the true cost should be. Like the mechanic for a car. They will charge you WAY more. It s like stealing. They took advantage of us. Rebuttal to their reply: They took advantage that we did NOT know the real cost of repairs. They gouged us. As it says in Ephesians 6:7 Serve your fellow man, as if you were serving the Lord.

Excellent work. Really listened to what I wanted. Sergio worked diligently to re-grout and clean tile in several rooms. The tile has never looked this nice before.
