I would highly recommend R&B Tile to anyone considering tile installation. It was a pleasure dealing with Bill Andrews, who oversaw our project from beginning to end, and the quality of the work was everything we had hoped for.

These guys did a TERRIBLE job. They did LOUSY work, OVERCHARGED us then left a MESS.

R&B Tile installed new backsplash and a tile wall in my powder room flawlessly and quickly. They even saved the mirror in the powder room when removing the old tile around it. They also saved some hand painted Spanish tiles above my stove. Rory and Bill were easy to work with, and the installers, Wilson and Rene, were skilled and neat. Price was competitive, and Rory suggested ways for me to stay on budget by picking tile that was easier to install. Overall top rating for this company.

They broke the tiles next to the ones they fixed. They are claiming they didn't break any tiles. The broken ones have large chunks missing. They are calling us liars, saying they were broken before. Don't hire them. They ate dishonest and do shoddy work.

I was pleased with the initial contact when Bill came out to give us an estimate. They were able to schedule the work promptly. Robert was right on time, clean and professional.

They came and did a great job cutting new speaker holes in the tile ceiling of my steam room and even hooked up the new speakers. They also fixed some of the grouting and related a few cracked tiles. Nice guys, great work. Will definitely use them again.

Very friendly and easy to work with. Did not try to expand the project into anything larger than it needed to be. Hired them to fix some broken tiles. Their main objective was to do a high-quality job and I believe they accomplished that nicely. Would hire them again.

Fast Response, Quality Work

Did a beautiful job. Neat clean.

The person who did the repair on my tile patio table which must have had 1000 small pieces of tile was a true artist. He did a fabulous job and the table looks more beautiful than when I bought it 35 yrs ago. He removed all the tile and painstakingly put it all back together and it looks like new. Thank you Sergio
