I had had a dismal experience with a different service provider. I then joined Angie"s List and the past experience was quickly forgotten. A well groomed and professional young man, Ilya, arrived promptly and honed in on the problem instantly. The entire visit took less than 15 minutes and he handled it with humor and obvious knowledge. I would highly recommend this provider and specifically, Ilya. Thank you Angie's List. The cost was $150, including the Angie's List discount and worth every penny of it for both the result and the experience.

It went perfectly. I called on Monday for an appointment and scheduled Tuesday between 2-5. He came just before 2PM. He completed everything by 2:30. He left the area clean. I have an LG front loader with lots of computer gadgets, and someone could easily have tried to sell me expensive computer components. I felt that this company was honest and reliable. I had never used them before but saw the good ratings from Angie's List. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly. Just don't wash anything that has a rubber backing, no matter what the label says!

Service time was 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. The technician arrived at noon sharp. He was very quick and efficient. He did leave a little dirt on the floor, but otherwise he did a great job.

Mike showed up on time and was very professional. Turns out the washer did not need a new part, but he explained the issue and what I needed to do to avoid in the future. He was also nice enough to fix a balky burner on my stove, which had not been part of the original order.

finally figured out gunk needed cleaning out below drum. at the end realized his cost was more than i paid and he said he failed to discuss it. It was still real cheap even if did charge full cost, but he said he wouldn't charge me except for coupon i bought.. excellent service and very well priced...

Vitaliy arrived promptly and fixed a non-draining dishwasher by unplugging the air gap. Very friendly and helpful, and with the coupon the visit was half price.

I found Lerman Appliance on Angie's List and was impressed by the good reviews. I purchased a coupon. I was very impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of Ilya, the tech who serviced my dishwasher. They scheduled the repair promptly, and Ilya showed me what had broken in the dishwasher's handle. I will definitely use them for future repairs. Ilya impressed me as an honest person. Lerman's extends the usual manufacturer's warranty from 90 days to 1 year; that is why I gave them an "A" on price. I don't think they have "discount" prices but they charge a fair price for a professional service.

I decided to replace rather than repair, as the washer was old and I haven't much liked it.

Responded back and said they do not service my area.

Talked to Al on the phone. He had perfect English and sounded very professional. He had someone in the area and scheduled my repair the same day! Mike came and was also very professional and easily understood. He spent a good amount of time testing the washer to see why the spin cycle was not working. There were three problems with the washer and to repair they added up to more than what the washer cost new. (10 year old Maytag). He did not recommend making the repairs, which I truly appreciated. He went over the estimate thoroughly with me before he left and I asked him for suggestions of brands to buy. Since I purchased the $25 off of the $50 service call, I did not owe him any money when he left. I would say that is a great deal.

Great. Going to have them come to clean the condenser next year so this doesn't happen again.

Lermans contacted by very quickly and arranged for an appointment to inspect the cooktop. The technician, Ilya, was very professional and knowledgable. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Everything was explained clearly. Vitaliy needed to go get the part and returned quickly. He was prompt, fastidious and made sure everything was working before he left. He told me he would return another day to add one more part that was worn. He did so and he didn't charge me. These are the good guys!

They arriving within the timeframe of the appointments, the service people were knowledgeable and polite. Their prices were very competitive and they did not try to upsell either job.

He said it would take a few days for all of the water to work it's way out and for the leak to stop. 3 days later, it appears to have done just that.
