It turned out great. They just did it very quickly.

The big deal I purchased turned out fine. The only thing I can say bad about that is that the part took a really long time to track down for some reason for them. Other than that it was fine and they did a good job. I paid additional charges for the repair and the part They deducted the initial charge from the total. I have not had any trouble with the washer since that incident. Their price was fair and was cheaper than getting a new washer.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It was fine. They came out within a week after I made the purchase. They did not repair the dishwasher because the drain was just clogged so there really was nothing to fix. It works fine now. It was very easy scheduling the appointment to get them to come out. I would recommend them. The price was reasonable. They were very nice. They were right on time. They were very professional.

Val was great and very professional. When I emailed him info on the fridge, he immediately called me to tell me that it is an Italian product and he does not service nor have parts... he could have sent someone out and just charged me. I thank him for his honesty and calling me asap. Stand up guy and company!

Good communication and not hassle repair.

They came out and diagnosed the issue immediately. Explained options and had part ordered, delivered and installed the next day. They showed me the damaged part. Will definitely use again.

The provider showed up exactly when he promised he would. He was professional and friendly. Diagnosed the problem correctly even though it wasn't quite clear what it would be. Fixed!

This was the second time I have used Lerman Appliance for repairs on my refrigerator. The first time they came for what turned out to be more extensive repairs to my Sub-Zero refrigerator. Not having this brand before I thought the cost of parts might be like taking a Ferrari in for service. I was right. The ice maker repair was about $450 which I thought was high - but I don't know for sure. The ice maker needed repair and the frig had not been serviced for a long time by the previous owners so some other things needed replacing. This last visit was to vacuum and clean the condenser. Both times they have been easy to reach & easy to set up an appointment with. The repairman was prompt and worked efficiently. I am completely satisfied with the work they have done and will call them again when the need arises.

They were great arrived on time and was very polite didn't wast anytime found the problem and fixed it right away didn't take much time to finish. The price was very reasonable so were happy with everything thanks a lot.

This company was great. The technician I had scheduled with another company cancelled the day of service and I really needed my washing machine before the holiday weekend. I called Lerman and they managed to fit me in the schedule for the same day and my washing machine was fixed by noon for a reasonable price. The technician Ilya was knowledgeable, professional and personable. It is a family run business and they care about their customers. I purchased the Angie's List coupon and saved $25.00 and there was no problem with the credit being applied to the bill. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

They were perfect. They called to tell me the technician was running early and asked if it would be okay. He was kind and knowledgable and assessed the problem in a few moments. He gave me an estimate, I paid a deposit, he ordered the part and a week later he returned to install the new part. The consummate professional! Loved them! I'd HIGHLY recommend their services.

Extremely professional. Went above and beyond in the service and customer support. Had to come out twice because had challenges finding control board for microwave. But Lerman was persistent and finally was able to locate a control board that worked with my older microwave. Also, the technician provided information (and actually brought) on a cleaner that is better than anything I have found elsewhere -- especially with grease and on the textured services that many of the appliances some with. I give Lerman the highest recommendation -- they do quality work and stand behind their service.

Repairman indicated that a new igniter was needed and proceeded to change it.

Lerman is my go-to for any appliance repair. In this case it was my 10-year old JennAire range. One of the things I appreciate about Lerman's is they ask you to give details of the problem and, based on the description, the technicians can make sure they have the parts for what is probably going on. In my case I described the noise that the stove was making when I first turned it on and that gave them the clue it was the ignition. So much better than having a technician come out, figure out what the problem is and then have to schedule another appointment to fix the appliance because they don't have the part. I'm sure there are times when they can't anticipate exactly what is wrong, but I give Lerman's high marks for the common sense they show in being prepared.

It went really well the guy was on time and immediately found the problem and replaced replaced some piece. Very happy with didn't take very long and the price is very reasonable.

The Maytag gas wall oven stopped working with a fault code on the control panel. Provided the fault code and oven model number when I set up the service call. The technician checked the oven and confirmed that the problem was with the electronic control panel, which was no longer available as a replacement part. They mailed the malfunctioning controller to be rebuilt, which took about two weeks. Technician returned and installed the rebuilt controller and everything works fine. Has a one-year warranty. Scheduling was easy and the technician arrived on time in both cases. Price was not low, but well worth it to me considering the way they valued my time during in scheduling and keeping appointments. A good experience start to finish.

Great! The service person was personable and efficient, and provided lots of explanation of what was wrong and how he was going to fix it.

Mike arrived on time and was extremely professional and personable. My kitchen was remodeled last month. He needed to remove the moulding around the dishwasher. He did this with care and completed the repair. He replaced the moulding to my satisfaction. I would definitely use Lerman Appliances again and as, if possible, ask them to send Mike to do the repairs.

They did a great job! He had the correct part on his truck, although he cautioned that is not always the case. He fixed the washing machine quickly and I felt the price was GREAT. It was about the cost of a taxi from there to here, in Los Angeles! If he had not had the specific part he would have had to return the next day, obviously they can't carry every part on their trucks, but they do carry the parts that break the most. Before coming, they looked up my washing machine model in their database and made sure they had the part(s) most likely to break on the truck.
