The Bosch dishwasher in our rental property was not working properly. I purchased a service special on Angie's List. The service man arrived on time and diagnosed a failed pump. It was caused by mineral scale buildup. I don't recall his quote for a new pump, but it was at least $200. I didn't think putting a new pump in an old machine made sense, so I bought a new Bosch. He recommended regular use of one of the dishwasher cleanout products that removes the scale. I'm doing this at home now as well. A satisfactory experience.

I called Lerman after my washing machine leaked all over the floor. Mike came out within hours. He diagnosed the problem and, when I decided to buy a new machine, he helped me understand what I needed. He was trustworthy and professional. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Contacted Lerman Appliance. Courteous, polite and quick response. Came on time, evaluated the problem and fixed it. Couldn't be better and will use again if I require help on an appliance issue.

Our 12 year old front load washer was not working properly. On spin it would shake violently. Got an Angie's Deal for Lerman Appliances and it was a great bargain. $25 for $50 of work applied to the $70 diagnosis fee or toward the repair. The repairman came and was very professional, polite and honest. He clearly saw the trouble and could've roped us in for a repair but he was truthful and said the repairs would cost almost the price of a new washer and it wasn't worth the money. It's nice to know there are still actual professional repairmen out there. I will call them for any appliance problem we ever have!

The technician did a thorough job in analyzing the problem. The tech purchased the part and did a very timely installation. We are happy with the service.

I called for an appointment to repair the washer. Gave specific details of set up i.e. stacking - dryer on top of washer, brand/make/model & details of leaking, which specific cycles, etc. 1/26/15 1st appt repair person advised that he would need to come back with another technician due to it being stacked. Technician reiterated the information I had provided when I called for appointment. I wasn't sure why they didn't send 2 technicians in the first place. 2nd appointment 1/27/15 - two technicians disconnected & moved dryer and identified broker washer part, which then needed to be ordered from manufacturer. Washer remained functioning. I requested the dryer be re-attached in the interim and was told that it would be "crazy" to do so as the part was forthcoming and that I would have had to pay again for 2 technicians to come out to put it back on. The required part was on backorder. I followed up on the part arrival to the point where they agreed to reconnect on 2/13 if, the part wasn't received by 2/13. On 2/13 I received a call advising that the part would be received on 2/14 and therefore they would come on 2/16 to replace the part and reconnect the dryer. this meant another weekend without dryer. 2/16/15 - two technicians came and took apart the washer to replace what they thought was the damaged part. It turns out that the initial diagnosis was incorrect and the long await part wasn't what was needed. It was another part that was readily available. 2/17/15, two technicians replaced the damage part and reconnected the dryer. Apparently the misdiagnosis of the damage is where it went awry. If I had a "do over" opportunity I would have required that they put the dryer back in place before they left the appointment. This would have alleviated the tension I had over this situation. A misdiagnosis happens and I don't fault anyone for that mistake. The inconvenience of having a functioning dryer sit unattached & unusable for 21 days was a problem for me.

It turned out fine. We were happy with them. They were very helpful. I didn't feel we were taken advantage of. I'm sure we would use them again.

He went thru all the cycles of the dishwasher, explained what happens during each cycle, and time each cycle takes.

For the appliances we used Lerman Appliances. They are excellent, 'A' in every category. We have used them repeatedly over the past 2 years. I would give them an 'A' plus if I could. I would recommend them to other people. They were prompt. They charged us fairly. They were less than the other appliance companies. They were honest.

Part of it was good and part of it was not. The cost for fixing the refrigerator was like $200 and so he fixed it and he was done in 20 minutes. I was surprised that he got it done so quickly given the amount that I paid for the labor. A week later, the refrigerator stopped working again and so I called them again and told the office that I don?t want the same man to come back because of what happened. I think the woman I was talking to was his wife, then she got rude with me. I insisted that I want somebody else and she said that I have to wait a week and I was fine with that. Then they sent a young man after ten days who was very nice and he replaced the whole tubing at the back of the refrigerator for the water. I have never had a problem since then. He was also very courteous and very nice. I also asked the woman in the office how they determine their pricing, I could not get it from her, weather they charge by the hour or whatever. I could not find out how they calculate how they charge you. The first man fixed the job but was rude but the second man was good. I was not also satisfied with how they explained how they charge. The woman was rude to me too.

They came and fixed the problem. But few hours after they left, the refrigerator started beeping. When we called, they said they would send someone out the next day to fix the problem. So we had to listen to that beep for an entire day before it was fixed. But they fixed the problem none the less.

Ilya was the service person. He is the son of the owner. He is very professional and diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. Would hire Lerman again if any of our other appliances need repair. The price I thought was fair, and received $20 discount for being an Angie's List member.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. He arrived on time the next day. He diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and returned 2 days later. He repaired the washer and it has been working fine. We found the service man to be professional, pleasant, and honest. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to other people.

Appointment was made easily and available same day. Tech was punctual and called before arrival. Problem was fully explained and dryer carefully inspected for other potential problems (there weren't any) Replacement part was available on the truck so no waiting for parts pickup or ordering. Overall excellent service!

It was excellent! It went really well. I called the office and the woman who answered was very helpful and accommodating. She called the tech and he told her he would be out to my home very soon. He came quickly and went right to work. Once he was at my home he text me as I was not able to be there. He confirmed the problem and told me he was able to fix it right them. The price was reasonable and we also received a one year warranty. I can not say enough things about this wonderful company as they are just great. I would highly recommend this company as well as continue to use them when needed.

Vitaly was extremely professional and efficient - he stayed in contact with us during the parts ordering process, and worked around our schedule when the part came in - the actual work was about 2 hours worth, but it was painless from our perspective and it is great to have our refrigerator back! It's never easy to lose your refrigerator, but I'd definitely use and recommend Vitaly and Lerman Appliances to all!

The technician could not find the serial number of the oven. He spent time researching the model to find the appropriate part. he then returned and fixed the oven within a week.

It worked out fine. That was drama-free. He went a little bit above and beyond, because he pointed out that the coil at floor level haven't been cleaned in forever and that was forcing the compressor to work much harder and being much less efficient. So it was nice of him to bring that to our attention. After that we cleaned it and it works better. There was also some little goofy thing that we needed him to come back to fix the next day, which he did without any delay. So it was all pretty good. It is working fine and he fixed it. That's what I wanted. Their responsiveness was great. They sent a guy pretty much right away and then when there was a little problem afterwards, they just sent him the next day.

It turned out great. They just did it very quickly.
