I've used Lerman Appliances to fix my refrigerator, over, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer over the last few years. They are professional, punctual and are able to repair USUALLY on the first go-around. Sometimes I've had a delay due to parts availability. I particularly like Mike, who has repaired the washer/dryer - he's fast, honest, and reliable.

Diagnosed problem, ordered parts, installed parts- works fine

Went great. Customer service was courteous and helpful. They scheduled me same day, and the repairman came right on time at the beginning of the window. He fixed the problem quickly. It was fantastic.

It took 3 weeks to get the broken part. The broken part did not fix the problem. Another part was needed. Not sure if the repair man was be honest or not. Since I know nothing about washing machines I bought a new one instead of placing more money into a machine that may not be fixable.

Setting up the appointment went well. The repairmen came in the allotted time frame, diagnosed the issue right away, and told me what the cost was, and then set to work once I said ok. The part that was broken was the drain pump which is located at the bottom of the machine, so there was water in the machine and they had to drain it which they did in a bucket I provided. Once the repair was done they asked me if I wanted to clean up under the machine before they put it back as it was dirty and the machine is very heavy. The repairman was new to the company so he was unaware of other Angie's List discounts other than coupons so there was some back and forth about how that was applied to the bill and after a couple of phone calls to the shop it was resolved and I got $20 off of the service. I thought they were a bit pricey but they fixed my washer and did it in under an hour, so I'm satisfied.

They were incredibly nice people. I found them through Angie's List. I sent them an email and got a response five minutes later. They were the nicest people I ever met. They were very punctual and very professional. I wanted to ask him for a job. They were just so nice and gracious. It's a family owned company. The father came one time and the son the next.

The repairman came, diagnosed the problem and had to order a part to fix the broken ice maker. It's working beautifully! I would highly recommend this company.

They were very nice and did good work.

The oven door exterior shroud was held onto the frame of the door with tape. An unusual design. The workman had some high strength double sided tape in his truck and was able to replace and reinstall. It sounds simple but was more complicated than it sounded and he could have easily told me it couldn't be done. But he improvised and the repair worked great. On time, prompt, professional and courteous at a fair price.

Fine - for me it was a matter of educatrion. Appliance fine.

I set up an appointment and he told me to call and get another deal they are offering that is more applicable to my project.

The window of time for the service call i received was 2-5pm. Iliya arrived promptly at 2. We examined the oven and even though it was functioning normally (isn't that always the way?) during the service call, Iliya deducted based upon the symptoms that the igniter was bad. He had the part on him and replaced in about 30 minutes. He was friendly, professional, quick and clearly knew what he was doing. I purchased the $70 of work for $35 coupon, which helped reduce the cost of the work. Terrific job and I will definitely call on them again for my next repair. Thanks!

I was very pleased with the speed with which the diagnosis was made and the part was replaced. Good cleanup afterward, too. Also, he gave us some useful tips about the burners, which was not part of the service call. In addition, the person I spoke to on the phone to set up the appointment was very pleasant and professional.

This was easy, professional and inexpensive. The receptionist encouraged me to buy the deal (but it was a very gentle, soft sell) and I'm glad I did. It turned out my dishwasher just needed to be restarted (the instructions have worn away with time, we bought our house with the dishwasher already installed and a decade old.) The technician showed me how to do it myself, stayed to make sure it was working and that was that. $35 and an estimate if more needed to be done in the future.

Just needed a new water filter. He told me which one to get and showed me how to put it.in. Simple problem but could have charged me for something I didn't need and added expense. Very nice and honest! Already referred my mom and will continue to share is name.

They came twice and worked for an hour altogether. They were polite and courteous.

This was the only company that seemed to have an idea of what was going on with the mold in my Viking ice maker. They advised me that a less expensive Whirlpool part was available and would work just as well. They were on time and extremely efficient.

Great! They got back to me the same day and were able to send someone that day, as well.

I spoke to Alya, who was very professional and honest. Instead of selling me a service that I might not need, he offered cheap alternative solutions to keep my washer and dryer running well. Next time I have a real appliance problem, I will be calling Lerman! Thanks for your help today.

The Bosch dishwasher in our rental property was not working properly. I purchased a service special on Angie's List. The service man arrived on time and diagnosed a failed pump. It was caused by mineral scale buildup. I don't recall his quote for a new pump, but it was at least $200. I didn't think putting a new pump in an old machine made sense, so I bought a new Bosch. He recommended regular use of one of the dishwasher cleanout products that removes the scale. I'm doing this at home now as well. A satisfactory experience.
