I bought the coupon - $70.00 for $35.00 called and made the appointment. Vitali, the owner was very professional. Opened the dishwasher - closed it - turned it on and said "Just from the sound of it, I know the motor is going. I've heard this sound before." (Sort of high pitched pumping sound.) We've been having trouble with dishes not washing well on top shelf - Machine was 5 years old. He took off the spray arm, cleaned out the filter trap, put it back together. He gave us an estimate for repairs almost $350.00 for parts and labor - I said we would discuss it and get back to him. I asked how much for the visit if we didn't do anything further with him? He said the coupon was fine for the cost. Quick efficient professional - who could ask for more?

They tuned up on time and were very efficient. After checking the dishwasher they gave us a quote for repairs and offered to take the initial cost off the repairs.

My washer main control board broke, it's not worth to fix it. So I need buy new one. But we really like the provider, very polite, professional. The suggestions he has gave very helpful for us make right decision.

The repairman came as scheduled. He needed to leave to pick up a part, and came back when he said he would. Everything went smoothly. He was very nice and explained everything to me.

I would recommend his company to anyone looking for a reliable, honest and competent appliance repair service.

Vitaly (business owner) called and asked if he could come early. Great for me since it was a Saturday. He quickly diagnosed the problem with both the washing machine and the refrigerator. Both had small leaks. The refrigerator had ice that had built-up and was blocking a small drain at the bottom of the freezer compartment. He removed the blockage, which solved the problem. As for the washing machine, it also had a small blockage of an area which he cleaned out and solved the problem. He gave me some good advice on the machines, which are old but still work well. Glad I called because I was ready to buy new equipment, but took a chance on a repair service after reading the reviews for this company. I did use an Angie's list deal, which helped a little with the final bill.

Called to evaluate the problem with Over the range microwave. Technician showed on time, very knowledgeable and discussed options, suggested buying a new one is better than fixing it, which costs more. so went with new one. In the future definetely use them for any diagnostic calls.

It went very well. This is my 3rd time using them and they have been spot on, amazing, and honest.

I told him in detail what I thought was wrong with my dryer, and he recommended that I have the vent cleaned first, and he told me to use Coit. He said that the problem might be a clogged vent. I'm very impressed with Val's knowledge, integrity, and professionalism. If any of my appliances need repair, I will definitely call him first!

Ilya was the technician who showed up early during the appointment window. Quickly diagnosing the problem he showed me what was wrong and removed the mineral build up. Previously when I called, they tried to save me the cost of the visit by advising me to use Dishwasher Magic to remove the build up but the problem was too great for that treatment. After removing the build up manually he advised that I should use Dishwasher Magic monthly to keep the minerals from building up in the bearing.

The dishwasher is working perfectly now, so we're happy. The work was done by Ilya, who was very knowledgeable and professional.

Lerman's repair man arrived on-time, took the cover off the machine and investigated. He found that everything was working fin and did a test load to demonstrate. He suggested that it was just a large load that may have caused water to splash over the edge. He was right as we have had no more problems with the washer.

Mike from Lerman was fantastic. When we received the time windows for service, he always arrived on the early side which saved my wife and I from having to wait. The first house call was diagnostic, and we had to wait a bit for the necessary part to come in. As soon as it arrived, Mike came back to do the replacement. His work was very thorough and he was thoughtful enough to be sure to keep the area clean.

Prior to this appointment I was able to correspond with the main office to coordinate scheduling and communication preferences. Val at the office was such a pleasure to work with, and answered all of my questions. I was set at ease even before the visit was actually made. When the service technician, Ilya, arrived, he immediately diagnosed the issue causing my 10 year old wall oven to not fire up. He had the parts in his vehicle and repaired it so quickly that I think he was in and out within an hour. He was equally pleasant to work with and will definitely ask for him again. I have entered this company into my "permanent rolodex" and will call up on them again for any future appliance repair needs.

the washing machine was giving us problems so we called these guys because of their wonderful reviews. The guy they sent us fixed our washing machine in no time and even got him to fix the microwave too which he did. Great job happy with the service and the price thanks.

I'd asked if a technician could call me before making a trip out. I wanted to describe the noise my dryer was making and perhaps they'd have parts on the truck that would save them a second trip. The response was "my boss doesn't allow the technicians to call the customer before they come out". Silly.

They were very professional and thorough.

Dishwasher was running a long cycle - 4-6 hours and not drying/heating. Owner came and assessed problem, returned next day to complete repair as promised. Polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Showed us burnt out section of circuit board. D/W repaired, heating and cycle back to normal. Would definitely use again.

He was very nice and professional. Was honest with me he told me it wouldn't be worth the repair on this old refrigerator I should go ahead and buy a new refrigerator. He didn't try to sell me. He even showed me the parts in the back where the problem was. He also didn't charge me for the call. To top it off he gave me a minute to run my vacuum hose behind the refrigerator while it was pulled out. I would've gladly paid for a reasonable repair but like I said he was honest and told me it would cost so much more for what had to be replaced. Lauren
