came to our home on time checked for the problem and quickly found it. He fixed it quickly and didn't have to pay much. The guy was a total pro I would definitely use them again.

I trust them. I think they're great. I will call them in the future. They have always told me what my options are. They don't try to sell me on a repair that they can't do. In most cases, they've been able to change something small and kind of give me an idea of how long without a big upgrade.

It took him 2 minutes to figure out what was wrong and he wanted to charge me a lot of money for the part, twice what I paid direct from Fisher Paykel. So I said no and ordered it and fixed it myself.

Came out, diagnosed the problem. Did not have part in stock, said he would get part and ask for rush. Part came in a couple of days later and came out and installed new part. Great followup and did what they promised.

All went well. Cleaned out coils, thorough inspection

I didn't have to go through the usual BS like so many contractors... they are great!

I called Lerman's at 11:10 am today. The person I spoke with said he had someone in the neighborhood who could come by today. Vitally was here at 11:30. My washer was fixed by noon, and he took $25 off the estimate because it took him shorter than expected. Wow! A little about the repair -- the washer was off-balance, but I was busy and ignored it until it stopped. Unfortunately, this time,it stopped for good. It wouldn't spin or drain anymore. Vitally explained to me what was wrong (a switch) and showed me exactly where it was. He had a new one in his truck and fixed it right then. My washer & dryer are in a closet-like space and difficult to access for repair -- in order to get one out, you need to pull both out. After assessing the situation, Vitally said he may be able to do the work without pulling them out, but that it would take longer. He gave me an estimate based on that, but then finished the work in 1/2 an hour. I'm impressed -- and pleased. I would definitely recommend them. BTW, the $150 includes the coupon cost.

Came as scheduled but did not have necessary part. Made appointment to return following day with necessary part. Came as agreed and completed job. Was clean and polite and did the job in a timely manner. All went well.

He arrived on time was polite professional looked to see what the problem was and immediately fixed the problem. The guy knew exactly what to do to fix the washing machine never seemed confused maybe he' dealt with many before but were glad we got someone who knew how to get the job done.

Eddie from Lerman's Appliance arrived within the first 30 minutes of the window I was given which I appreciated. He worked quickly to find the issues and did not make a huge mess in the process. He explained what my options were very clearly. I can understand why Lermans has the number of "A" ratings- they earned one from me.

Did not use. Hi Q appliance repair was available. This provider could not provide service until 2 days later.

The broiler on the oven wasn't working so we called Lerman. They came and found that the element was broken. It's an old oven so they had to order the new element. As soon as it was in, they let us know and we arranged a time for it to be installed. They arrived as scheduled and quickly installed the new element.

Excellent service overall. Prompt response to call. Vitally had a wonderful attitude, very straightforward, answered all my questions, fixed the problem and very helpful. Best experience that I have had on a service call. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair.

Needed a few things fixed luckily these guys knew how to fix them. They fixed both our dryer and dishwasher at a pretty good price setting an appointment was easy and the guy they sent was a real professional very respectful. Very happy with the results everything works like new thank you.

The whole experience was good. From the time I scheduled the service, to the time the technician showed up and began working on my refrigerator The problem - there was loud knocking noise coming from the freezer side of the refrigerator every time the cooling cycle started. The technician was very professional and responsive to my questions. I thought it was the refrigerator compressor going bad and I was already preparing myself for the unfortunate news of buying a new refrigerator. Also, I really like the way the technician took the extra steps in really trying to pin point the root cause of the problem and remove all of the frozen food from the freezer in order to truly diagnosed the problem. And in doing so, the technician found out that is wasn't the refrigerator compressor, thank God, but only a broken plastic cooling fan. Two of the blades were broke off from being struck by ice in the freezer. The technician replaced the cooling fan and there was no more knocking noises or any other issues again with my refrigerator. I was truly relieved and grateful that the technician fixed the problem. I'm very happy with my refrigerator and would use them again.

Mr. Lerman showed up on time, was very efficient in finding out what the problem with my dryer was. He was also very kind and explained to me what the problem was. He gave me an upfront quote, we agreed to the price, and he did the work. Mr. Lerman also cleaned out the inside of my dryer (basically my entire dryer was taken apart) and now I have what feels like a brand new dryer. There is also a 1 year warranty on his work. I am very pleased with the work and will be calling Lerman Appliances whenever I have a problem with my appliances.

Very nice people. They were prompt. Checked my dishwasher, washer, dryer, refrigerator and oven. I have a 1930 oven and I was having trouble with the broiler. He helped me figure out how to work it. I complained of spots on my dishes from the dishwasher. He explained the reason and gave me a sample of a cleaner to use once a month. He vaccumed out my refrigerator vents. My biggest issue was my washing machine. It had been making a horrible noise. He looked at it and knew right away that the drum was shot. He then spent time explaining that it would be cheaper for me to get a new machine than for them to replace the drum kit. He even went online right then and looked at prices for me. He advised on the type of machine to get. I've used them before to do my annual appliance check up and I'd use them again if I have any kind of problems.

The technician came on time ,was polite and knowledgable. Explained the issue that I was having and gave solutions that would save money and even showed me how I could fix it myself if I wanted to.

They explained that it needed a new panel but because the oven is so old, the panel is no longer available. I had to order a new oven/micro combo. Lerman was very quick to respond, on time, very friendly and very professional. I would completely use them again.

I purchased a deal for appliance repair from Angie's List. My washing machine was not working and I needed it repaired. I was hoping it was something not too expensive, but it never is. He found out the control board needed to be replaced. He had to order the part and came back a week or so later to install it. Not sure if the price is cheap or expensive since I haven't had to replace a control board before. The person was professional and the washing machine is working properly now.

They were on time and professional. Actually they came twice. Once in February 2015 to clean the drain line and ice maker because it was leaking water inside the refrigerator. The second time they came in May 2015 they did the same thing but only charged me for a service call. I also took advantage of one of Angie's deals where I paid only 25 for a 50 dollar service call. Everything is working fine now and would certainly use them again.

this is the second or third time we have used them. Prompt, reliable, good service.
