Overall good. The ice maker part was very expensive contributing a majority of the cost. It took a long time (2-3 weeks) to get the ice maker. The service technician was very professional and let me know ahead of time that the part was expensive. Once the part arrived, it was installed quickly and has worked well since installation.

Second time I've used this company. Always pleasant, on time, professional and reasonable. He had to come back the next day because he didn't have the part the first visit. Came back, put in the part and was on his way.

Sergei (I hope I spelled that correctly) was wonderful. He was smart, personable, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it to us and why it was an issue, found and installed the new part quickly. This was a two visit repair (as expected) because the part was rather specific and he had to go pick it up. A total time in house of about 50 minutes and all was back and working. Sergei cleaned up the area well and left the fridge and surrounding area so you would never know any work had been done. As an additional detail, the evening between the two appointments the company called to confirm the next day and to check on our satisfaction. It was very professionally done. Great service, fair price, excellent and clean work. I will call Lerman again any time I need work.

I was really pleased. He came in and looked at the job. He told me what it was. I told him to fix it and he was quick. The tech was pleasant.

Underestimated the job and did not have all the parts needed. Did not clean up well after the job.

We ended up having to get a new washing machine but their service was great. They did not charge for the part or time when their first round of troubleshooting didn't fix it. Just charged for the basic service call and gave good advice.

It went well. The problem got resolved, but left wash machine greasy and dirty. I had a really hard time removing grease but overall was ok!

They did have to come out twice to fix the problem. and that was annoying - so that's why they get a B instead of A. But more important they did return quickly, ID'd the problem and provided an equitable solution. It's been a year and they definitely fixed the problem.

The repair man, Serge, couldn't have been nicer. He knew what he was doing. It didn't take very long. He explained everything. Superior service!

It went well; the technician arrived promptly, analyzed the problem, informed me, and replaced the broken vent. It was a quick and easy solution to the problem.

The appointment scheduling for both the refrigerator and the oven was great. Responsive, friendly and followed up when I left a message. Confirmed appt and called to let me know they were on the way. For the refrigerator Sergi spent several hours over 2 days to repair and make sure the refrigerator was working. He called the next day to make sure it was still ok. The part for my oven is out of production and they are trying to find it. Very nice and professional.

We had such a great experience the first time we needed Mr. Lerman's help with our Whirlpool fridge (which was not keeping food cool). So, we decided to go ahead and have him order and install a new icemaker since that had stopped working years ago (and we were tired of making ice cubes). Mr. Lerman ordered the parts and installed them. We got an appointment right away and he arrived promptly. He is very professional and really knows his stuff. In less than 20 min. he had installed the new icemaker and grille. He's also such a nice man, it's a pleasure having him here. He didn't mind our overly-friendly dog. It's wonderful doing business with a fair, honest, experienced professional who is also a really nice, kind person. We highly recommend Lerman Applicance!

They did a great job replacing the part (which had to be ordered and took a few weeks to arrive). I purchased a coupon from Angies which they forgot to apply to the bill, but as soon as I brought it to their attention, I was reimbursed for it. Val was very professional, highly recommended.

The technician arrived punctually. His name is Mike and I am so grateful for his professionalism and skill. He is terrific! He not only fixed my oven problem, but readily communicated with me when I had a question. He was friendly and neat and worked efficiently. The price was very fair. I had purchased a deal through Angie's List, and that made it all even better. Not only am I happy to have my oven working again, I am so very happy to have found a company and technician I can trust and call when necessary. I highly recommend them.

Took a bit longer to order parts than I would have liked but they arrived when they said they would. Ordered the correct parts. Fixed it perfectly. And were articulate and knowledgeable about the appliances

Our refrigerator's water and ice dispenser has been giving us problems for about a week before these guys came.We decided to call this company up to help us with it cause we were tired of not being able to use it more often. They came over and they immediately fixed the problem. The problem was fixed we tested it before the the repair man left it seemed good and it has been good ever since. Thanks lots for the help.

It went OK. Some deodorant helpful

After removing outer plate and looking, technician said several times that nothing was broken!!! I noted refrigerator corner on the floor and pushed for better answer. After looking further he said my problem was that caster had pierced frame such that refrigerator frame was resting on floor. When I asked about repair cost he said repair was not economically feasible. Without defining extent of repair, then wrote $450 on invoice.

it was excellent. The owner spoke to us on the phone and gave us all the info we needed. the technician was on time and did the work quickly and perfectly. they gave us good info for the future and we will use them again
