Went very well. The repairman really did know his job. Same repairman each time.

The motor in our dryer was on its last leg and i described the problem to them over the phone and they were able to diagnose the problem. I made an appointment with them and they came out as scheduled right on time. They are an awesome bunch of folks and I have used them in the past for our needs. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs for their appliances!

Great! Joseph arrived on the early side of his appointment window. He is VERY knowledgable, courteous and fast. They guaranteed completion in time for my holiday dinner party and delivered (even though our non-standard oven required special parts to be ordered).

Very well although it’s a pricey part to order.

Problem was quickly diagnosed. Part needed to be ordered and they were back the next day and repair was quickly completed. Left the area clean and dry.

Service was excellent. Part had to be sent away for and the company did everything possible to expedite, including have the part Ubered to my house to avoid having to wait an additional day. The technician was great. Totally satisfied. Nice to know that I now have an appliance repair company that I can count on.

I've used them before, and not only are they courteous and knowledgeable on the phone, but they are efficient and figure out what the problem is immediately and fix it. I think this is the best appliance repair company in Los Angeles! I would not hesitate to call them!

It didn't go well. I was given a very high estimate for part and labor. I researched and found out that it was really over priced. The technician Tom was very rude. He was insisting that I give him the money so he can buy the part and when I told him I need time to think about it, he got angry and was insisting I give him the money and he said if I decided not to proceed, I will get a refund for it but I said I'd rather give it when I'm sure about it so I called the office and told them I need time to think about it and the lady in the office agreed I didn't need to give the money at that precise moment. When we would ask questions, he answered rudely. Due to this bad experience, I don't I will be using Angie's list again.

It went very well, quickly and throughly. When I scheduled the appt., the rep. suggested that I purchase their $49 coupon = $80 of service. The repair was actually $120., but I only paid $89.

They came in the late evening the night before Thanksgiving knowing that we would need the refrigerator. He got it fixed and functioning. I appreciated him being willing to stay up late to take care of my problem.

Punctual, Perfect. Very professional. Cost-effective. Problem fixed.

It's working better than ever. Temperature is colder at same setting.

Val gave good and helpful advice about our older wall oven. His knowledge about the make/model and inability to find parts has helped us decide to get a new oven..... without the cost and trouble of a service call. Thanks for the money and time saved.

The guy had to order a replacement part. I waited two weeks. They gave me another appointment. I was the last call and had to wait 4 hours. When they arrived, they didn't have all the parts. Once again I had to wait for them to reorder. When I called for a second appointment, the guy on the phone was arrogant and not apologetic for their mistake. They need to work on customer relations. As of today, I still haven't gotten all the work done on my dishwasher.

Can in, quickly identified the problem and had a replacement part with him.

Great work. Was able to diagnose the root cause of my LG washing machine leak, even though it was due to an unexpected cause in an unusual area, and fixed it without fuss. Super helpful!

Finally, the subzero needed a new compressor. We are SO impressed by Ilya and Lerman. Totally professional, explained every step, every attempt to fix without cost. Will hire Lerman anytime for any other appliance repair we need in the future.

Unable to repair but happy with how it went otherwise.

Called Lerman and the skilled tech came out the same day, found coolant low and recharged it. I probably have a leak somewhere and I will have Lerman back out to fix it. Thank goodness it is cooling now. Gives me time to save my groceries.

ok, although, I knew exactly what the problem was, I told them what part to bring, and then they had to come out, and check it, and then order it, which took additional time, and another visit.
