Description of Work: The initial appointment went fine. The service tech was on time and professional. He explained the required repair but said that the malfunctioning part had to be ordered. The repair is going to require actually cutting open part of my stove which will require replacing the part they cut off as well. I wasn't thrilled with that idea so I wanted to think about it and discuss it with my husband. We decided to move forward so I called two days later and asked them to go ahead and place the order. To this day (Nov 23rd) NO ONE has reached out to me. About three or four weeks back, I called and they told me the part was on back order. When I asked for a time estimate the girl said they had no idea and that there is only one supplier for this part for my brand of stove. I requested they call the supplier and get an estimate from them and she said they wouldn't be able to tell her. So here I am left hanging.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List deal for a dishwasher repair. Lermam showed up on time and discovered that the pump needed replacement. It was an expensive part, but I approved it. In about a week they came back with the part, but the tech said he wanted to check out another cause of the problem. He discovered that we had a faulty circuit board that was not functioning for the drain cycle and that the original pump was fine. After he called several suppliers, he could not find the correct circuit board. My Maytag is over 15 years old. I will try to buy a new washer tomorrow and hope I can get it installed before Thanksgiving. Lerman was prompt and communicative and I would call them again. Thanks to my Angie's deal, this diagnosis only cost me $35 instead the normal service charge.

Description of Work: The serviceman replaced the motherboard on a KitchenAid built-in refrigerator. This is a part that is tough to get according to chatter on the internet. He had the part and was able to put it in at a fair price. It has worked beautifully so far.

They found that I needed to order new parts, and they were able to do so for me at a great price and return the following week to install the pieces. Would definitely use them again.
