Description of Work: Serge checked my stove but could not identify any problems. He told me what to watch for in future to see if there is actually a problem. He didn't try to sell me on a service that may or may not solve any potential problem. He also informed me that I had 30 days to call him out again under the discounted hoem call. I would use him if a problem is identified.

Description of Work: don't remember how much exactly but his price was very reasonable for work done AND he accepted my tenatative diagnosis as probable so as to increase likelihood machine could be assessed AND repaired in first (and therefore only) service call. Great attitude.

Description of Work: The initial appointment went fine. The service tech was on time and professional. He explained the required repair but said that the malfunctioning part had to be ordered. The repair is going to require actually cutting open part of my stove which will require replacing the part they cut off as well. I wasn't thrilled with that idea so I wanted to think about it and discuss it with my husband. We decided to move forward so I called two days later and asked them to go ahead and place the order. To this day (Nov 23rd) NO ONE has reached out to me. About three or four weeks back, I called and they told me the part was on back order. When I asked for a time estimate the girl said they had no idea and that there is only one supplier for this part for my brand of stove. I requested they call the supplier and get an estimate from them and she said they wouldn't be able to tell her. So here I am left hanging.
