Description of Work: Checked out our Microwave. Quoted us $150 to repair it including parts. That seemed reasonable to us. However microwave is 13 years old do we decided not to repair it, purchased a new one instead.

Description of Work: It seemed a little expensive to fix the refrigerator but maybe that is just what parts cost. He saved me from having to replace my garbage disposal so saved me money that way. I think they were totally honest, and very, very nice, and effective.

Description of Work: The timer on the washer regular cycle was getting stuck and wouldn't continue cycle. They identified the problem, ordered the part and came back to replace the part. Now the washer doesn't get stuck and the problem is gone!

Description of Work: They replaced a drum liner in my washing machine that had mold. Although it took longer than expected for the part to be available, they were very prompt in delivering service. The coupon really helped, otherwise the labor cost would have been pretty expensive. Overall, very good customer service.
