Description of Work: Repaired my refrigerator. Very |satisfied with service. Would use again, if needed. Will recommend to |others.

Description of Work: Replaced ignition switch twice, and computer panel on stove, but were unable to locate problem causing the stove to short out. They speculated the problem was in one of the wires running through the harness, but that would have required dismantling the stove and I decided it wasn't worth the effort.

Description of Work: my old dryer was making a very bad noise, I called they came and fixed it. two day later it had a funny squeak I called they came and fixed that no additional charge. I've used them in the past and will call them again. I said to the technician, I'll get another dryer the next time it goes down and he recommended I keep the old one, less fancy electronics and it will last for another 20 years with routine maintenance, I liked the guy, didn't go for the up sell.

Description of Work: They replaced a part in my fridge to get it working again - very professional and efficient. Fixed it same day.

Description of Work: Diagnosed and repaired our Bosch washer, which was not filling properly. Also replaced ripped door gasket. Very prompt, smart and professional.

Description of Work: Contacted Lerman Applianccces on 3/14/16 to have them perform service to our dishwasher and stove. Vitaly came on 3/16 and investigated the problems and advised us that the dishwasher required a motor pump and that the stove required a new control panel, both of which were expensive, The parts total came to $490.00 plus tax 44.10 total 534.10. Vitaly was able to get dishwasher part the same day and replaced it charging 150 labor. He had to order the part for the stove which came on 3/23 and the part was installed and cost another 140.00 labor. Vitaly was very knowlegeable and pleasant and did a fine job. My only complaint is the labor costs for $290.00 which I find exorbitant/

Description of Work: My refrigerator/freezer stopped working on a Saturday. The lovely person who answered the phone searched high and low for someone to come out the same day, but the only possible person was ill. The repairman was professional, friendly and efficient. He fixed the problem quickly and then turned to my other problem- a leaky water dispenser. Here the needed new part was no longer being made, so he searched his contacts via cell phone to find one. I was called in a couple of days when the part arrived, and he installed it as efficiently as before. It wasn't easy because the person who repaired it before I bought the house had cobbled together a crazy system, which is why it leaked. I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: They fixed our dishwasher. This is the second time we've used Lerman and they have been great both times. They come prepared to finish the job with the parts they need and the skill to do it.

Description of Work: They had to replace my broiler unit on my Viking oven. They had to order a new broiler panel. They also replaced a plastic piece on my Subzero refrigerator. They did a good job.
