Very well.
Description of Work: I called for an appointment and the repairman arrived within 15 minutes! He said he was in the neighborhood. I was thrilled that he arrived early! The lock on my dryer door broke. It was fixed easily, the repairman (whose name I can't recall...Sorry!!) was friendly and I was very pleased with the service. This is the second time I've used Lerman and I'd definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Ilya (the service person) explained clearly what the problem was with both the washer and dryer. No repair had to be made but he made a suggestion about keeping the front-loading washer clean using Affresh (which would eliminate the source of the stain-marks on the clothing.)

Description of Work: The control board on our LG dryer failed. The repairman came at the time expected, diagnosed the problem, ordered and installed the defective part within the time he promised. He was very capable, very straightforward and didn't pressure us to buy a new machine rather than a new part. We would definitely use this company again.
