They were polite, worked quickly and left things clean. You probably could spend a little less, but I think it was worth the price.

We received friendly, excellent, prompt, and professional service from Steve at "Leak Free" and will use them again for our future plumbing needs. It all started with a clean-out... we knew our home needed a clean-out for our sewer outflow line and called Leak Free to get that done. They got that done essentially next day for a good price. However when they put the camera in to inspect the line, they found extensive problems with our clay pipes and strongly recommended replacing the 4" pipe to the property line using trenchless technology. That took one full work day. After that, they ran the camera again this time to the street. There was very significant root infiltration of that line which also required replacement. The bad news was that we ended up spending a huge amount on our outflow system. The good news is that the work was done in two days by professionals who guarantee their work for 25 years. We now feel very confident that we have prevented serious damage to our property and avoided catastrophic costs and back-ups. Without any haggling on our part, they offered to do the clean-out for free and gave us a 10% Angie's List discount. By the end, they had done two and a half days of work and totally overhauled sixty feet of underground pipes without having to wreck our driveway or lawn. All in all, pretty amazing stuff. Ash of Leak Free Plumbing and Rooting came earlier than scheduled appointment. He replaced the gas earthquake safety valve in timely manner. He was courteous.

First ever good experience with a plumber. Called Sunday morning. Plumber (sorry I forgot his name) said he would be at my house in 30 minutes. He was here in 20 minutes. Got right to work, cut through the dry wall, and showed me where the leak was. Not only did he fix the leak but he spent 20 minutes programming, and explaining to me, my hot water regulator. This was not part of the plumbing job; just extra help, at no charge, from a very nice man. Fast service, good work, and fair price.

My wife and I would like to say that we couldn't be happier with "Leakfree Plumbing". They did such a great, thorough, and professional job. We were tentative to use them for such a major job (we had to redo all the piping/ plumbing for our 1940s house) at first because they are a smaller company but the reviews that we read were all good and so we decided to go with them. We are so happy that we did. These guys were fast, efficient, reasonably priced, clean, and did a wonderful job. We were so impressed that they are now doing my father's house now to do all of their plumbing needs. We give them an A+.

My water heater exploded yesterday at noon and after some research & several calls to different vendors I reached out to Leak Free. My old unit was missing the sticker which detailed its capacity. During the initial phone call, Ashot walked me through taking the measurements to a**** how many gallons it might be. He was clearly knowledgable and very patient. We surmised that it was a 40 gallon unit but just to be sure we scheduled an appointment at 2pm so that he could verify our findings. He showed up early, at 1:45, inspected the water heater, gave me an exact quote on a fair price for the install. He also replaced an old gas line to the W.H., which may have posed a safety issue due to potential leakage, and he didn't charge additional labor. I hired him for the job and he came back in 30 minutes with the new water heater. By 4pm he was done. My impression of Ashot was that he is personable, professional and a straight shooter. The water heater he installed was a higher quality unit than the home depot model I had replaced & the work was done extremely quickly. I will definitely call Leak Free again!

Our water heater finally gave up so we called on a Thursday afternoon. Raffi came out first thing Friday morning, examined the problem, picked up a replacement water heater, and had it completely installed including some needed piping and valves by 1:30 that afternoon. He cleaned up and carted away the old water heater and did the work for exactly the estimate. Great job.

Aram from Leak Free was amazing! He was friendly and explained everything. His quote was $75 less than the other quote I received. He had all the pipe replacements in his van and did the job on the spot in half the time of the other estimate I got. He cleaned everything up before leaving. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him for all of my future plumbing needs!

Answered the first time I called and worked with me to schedule a convenient time, then showed up right on time! Didn't over-charge for service call, didn't waste time, just got the work done. Friendly & helpful. Took the time to wear boots to not track dirt inside. I'm calling Leak Free first next time!

i had a leak going into my neighbors, they came by in the evening, found two small leaks, i needed to get a fixture so they fixed the 1st leak and set me up so i would have no further problems until the part was purchased. They came back to install the fixture on the weekend, it was such an easy experience.

On the first occasion the noise had diminished by the time Ashot had arrived. He inspected the system and secured the water inflow. He would not charge for his services even though he was here for almost an hour. 2. On a later occasion he responded immediately to an emergency call, inspected the pinhole leak, returned the next morning, repaired not merely the affected part of the pipe, but since this was the 5th leak of that stretch he suggested it be replaced and quoted a very reasonable price for the work. As he proceeded, has is often the case, complications arose, specifically bad copper joints that he could not have forseen. He replaced this for no additional charge. He and his assistant were scrupulously consciencious of our house, laying down liberal drop cloths and cleaning up afterwards, leaving nothing behind. Drywall was removed in a manner that made it possible to be replaced thus further saving cost. If this was the only supplier I ever found on Angie's list it would be enough to justify permanent membership. It has been a long time since someone in the trades has been so prompt, so skilled, so attentive to cleanliness, and so concerned about his customers costs.

I purchased the main line cleaning deal because my water was backing up and I thought that it would do the trick. They came out the same day that I bought the deal and found out that it was much worse than I thought. The roots from the trees in my backyard had destroyed my main pipe. Leak Free gave me the best estimate to replace the pipe and they did it trench-less and in a couple of days. They cleaned up after themselves each day and promptly returned to finish up the job. They did not try to up sell and were honest throughout the whole process. Ultimately, their work was amazing and I think I have found my lifetime plumber! Thank you so much!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Steve and Aram analyzed the problem, determined where the problem was and utilized a snake to clear the drain. They were very knowledgable, effiecient, and polite. They completed the job in less than 30 minutes. They have become our plumbers of choice. We highly recommend them.

These guys are great! This is the third time I've used them, and each time has been a pleasant experience. In this particular case, he checked the pressure, then changed the washer, which eliminated the whistle (screaming). He then replaced the faucet assembly on the other sink, after carefully showing me where it had been niched and was showing wear. He only charged me for the part and did not add additional labor. He took the time to explain how to avoid this same problem in the future.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and could not tell where it was coming from. I also had a showerhead that had been dripping for quite some time and another showerhead that was positioned too low. I checked Angie's list and because this company had such good reviews decided to call them. Ashot arrived at 8:30 the next morning and determined that the leak was coming from inside the kitchen faucet. The only way to fix the problem was to replace the faucet. He told me he had time to go to the store with me to select a new kitchen faucet which I greatly apreciated. We also went to a plumbing store to get some parts for the showerheads. He replaced the kitchen faucet and it's working great. He also did some adjustments on the showerhead that was leaking and was able to get the dripping to stop so we decided not to replace anything yet. He suggested a special shower arm to raise the other showerhead and now it's the perfect height. Ashot was very pleasant and extremely patient in explaining everything to me. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable he was and he was extremely clean, which is important to me. He spent over 3 hours on my job which included time shopping for the new faucet and other supplies with me. I was very surprised that he didn't charge for the shopping time. I was also impressed by how quick and efficient he was in his work. I'll be writing again soon as he will be coming back to replace three toilets, for which he has already given me a good estimate. And he was very knowledgeable in helping me decide what type of new toilets to put in.

I purchased a $100 Angie's deal at 7pm on 1/7/2013. I sent Aram an email expecting that it would be several days before he could schedule an appointment. Aram called the following morning at 7:30am and was at my home before 9am. Aram quoted the total amount of the job prior to starting ($250). Once he got started, the job ended up taking signifcantly more time to complete. Aram canceled his 10-12pm appointment and proceeded to spend 2-3 hours longer than expected completing my job. Despite this, Aram only charged me the initial quoted price. I was so impressed I insisted on paying him $50 more (small amount given that he also had his brother Ash come over to assist on the job). These guys are awesome, would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Installed copper plumbing from my main water line outside my house. The estimate given to me was on the money and quality of the work was impeccable. The service given was true to someone that wants to generate repeat customers. FYI the price they quoted me for the repair was about $2500 less than the previous estimate I received from another plumbing company.

I've used this company three times in the past year, and have always been pleased. Like always, he was very careful not to track mud in my home, took the time to explain everything to me, recommended the most budget-conscious corrective measures, arrived on time, and did a wonderful job.
