To say I am overjoyed is an understatement. After spending 12+ hours here today to finish this job, Steve, Aram, and their crew: - saw cut cement off of my front porch - dug up and replaced the sewer line underneath - removed plants in affected areas - dug a 10' hole in my front planter/retaining wall to install a new steep sloping sewer line drop - ran trenchless technology through the shifting portions of the line - installed a new sewer cleanout - replaced/replanted the removed plants - hand poured new cement over the front porch - put up caution tape at my request - camera scoped the line patiently with me, explaining each part of the job upon completion - their crew was professional, prompt, nice, and easy to work with They cared, and wanted to finish the job tonight, staying from 7:30 in the morning 'til 8:45 at night. These guys are pros, they are great at follow up, and even my own regular plumber called me to recommend them as opposed to some other plumbers I was speaking to about the same job. At first this made me suspicious (I have a protective mind), but now that I've seen the results of their good work, I am sold on them. Over the previous few days, they helped me avert literally poopy disasters, and were calmly able to address my concerns, questions, and skepticism. I've probably spoken on the phone with them about 10 times in the last 4 days, with many times them calling me to follow up. Amazing! Most of the time I have to hunt down a vendor to make sure I know what's going on because they've forgotten half the time to call me back! I've been burned by plumbers before, and now that I've used Leak Free, I am completely confident in recommending them. For the record, I am a single female, and while I know there are some contractors/vendors who might try to take advantage of any perceived ignorance on my part, Steve and Aram were honest, and truly addressed every concern I had. I am so happy I found them, happy my plumber said he would tell his own sister to use them, and now, I see the results for myself. With a 25 year warranty on all parts on labor, this is a no brainer. Call these guys -- they will seriously treat you well.

They were able to diagnose the problem and solve it. They were very professional and excellent to deal with. They showed up on time, worked hard during the appointment and were easy to talk to. Scheduling was easy and they were able to accommodate to my schedule as well.

My water heat was leaking. I called them early in the morning. I had trouble making a decision and they were very patient with me. They came on time. Easily replaced my water heater. Took the old one way and left the area clean. I was appreciative and impressed by their service and advice.

When the arrived he fixed the problem promptly and I was very pleased.

I was away, on the other coast, on a trip. It was mid-day Saturday. My wife called to tell me there was water dripping from the family room ceiling. I knew the master bath was right above, specifically the shower (with the toilet not far away). After some questions about her use of the shower followed by some inspections in the bathroom upstairs I had her use her cell phone to send me pictures of the leak from below. As soon as I saw them, I had her turn off the water to the house, and I got on Angie's list searching for plumbers. Limiting my calls to only those plumbers listing weekend service, I worked down the list. The first too either didn't answer or were not available. Leak Free Plumbing answered, and after some discussion, had Aram in our house in less than two hours. My wife had to leave for work soon, so time was critical. Aram and I discussed the situation on the phone and OK'd what I already knew had to be done. He broke into the ceiling, found the offending pipe and (water line to the shower) and fixed it. He was fast, professional and helpful. The price was about what I expected for a weekend emergency call. When I got home and inspected the work, it is fine. Nice and neat. I would hire him again, but hopefully not for an emergency next time. So we've always wanted to remove the popcorn from that ceiling and add recessed lighting. Now's our chance.

Gave me a very fair price on a shut off valve for our size pipes. Came during the window that was given. Very professional rep. Hopefully, we'll work with them again soon.

Leak Free Plumbing was GREAT! I had an unknown leak on a Sunday - water flowing out through my garage. I called and I believe it was Ash (Osh) that came out within a couple of hours. Right within the time he said he'd be there. He found the leak and gave me a good scenario to a worse case scenario. Aram came out the very next morning at 7:30 am and found the broken pipe and checked all other pipes to make sure that was the only problem. He fixed it within a couple of hours. The quoted $550, but gave me an Angie's list discount, so the price was less! $495! I had Aram look at my other pipes in my garage and I had him give me a quote to replace those original pipes, when they go out. He said they could last anywhere from a year to 10 years. It's hard to say, but I'm going to watch for any dripping and will have Leak Free replace the pipes when I save up for that replacement. Just FYI - to replace the original pipes, the quote was $1,700-$1,800. I will absolutely have them do that when I have the money or they start leaking, whichever comes first. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant experience - thanks Ash and Aram!

I called left a message. He responded the same day and was able to come out the very next day even though it was NOT an emergency. He showed up on time, gave me an estimate and completed the work. He was very friendly, neat and clean. The work was professional and completed in a couple of hours. The job was done right without any problems. The cleanup was also very professional. The work was done on time and on price. Everything was checked and rechecked. I would recommend and will certainly call him again for my plumbing needs.

He came to unclog my bathtub but turns out the valve was closed that was it wasn't drso not to waste his time, I started asking questions about issues I was having with leaking faucets and replacing bathroom sink. On his way out, I happen to point out the water coming out of the pipe along the walkway to the front yard. He said if it's hot water coming out, it is a problem. Turns out, the hot water was leaking from the water heater. He checked the water heater and new exactly what was causing the problem. He checked the water pressure (psi ?), it should be between 40 and 70-80. The meter showed 160 and it was just a matter of time the other pipes will be damaged and it would have cost me a fortune. He replaced the broken single union pressure regulator and the relief valve (which was of inferior kind). After everything was done, all the leaks were gone. He was very detailed and patient in explaining the problem step by step. Awesome guy. He's going to be my go to plumber from now on.

Couldn't have gone better, quick response, fair price and exceptional work. Ashot is so professional and an excellent plumber. The job wasn't easy but he took on the task and the execution was seamless. He had to replace our gas line from the gas main to our outdoor BBQ and through our brick patio to our pool heater. This also included trenching up the old brick that was covering the olas gas line and replacing it with a new one. I can not say enough good things about Leak Free plumbing, the work exceeded my expectations and I am so happy we used their services...would use them for any plumbing need we have!

Osh answered call immediately and set time same day to come by and check out the problem. Arrived within agreed upon time frame. Snaked the drain until obstruction removed and line flowed freely. Tested work by running hose through line for several minutes to ensure line was indeed clear. I will definitely use services again when needed. No hassle, timely, good communication, professional at a reasonable price.

We were very impressed with them. The price seems very reasonable. They explained exactly what they will do. We are now just getting the financing decided and we will contact them to set an appointment.

He was good. He gave me a quote and he was right in the ballpark with everyone else. He was very responsive and very punctual. He was very clean and got it done. It was pretty much no hassle with him. He did a very clean and good job. He knew exactly what to do. A few guys came out and wanted to do what was easy to do for them. He was more interested in doing the job to the best and it was more difficult. He did the right way to do it. He did it cheaper than the guys that wanted to run a flexible line.

A guest came over and put a lot of things down my toilet that should not go down a toilet. (She took no responsibility and did not offer to pay for repair.) On Easter evening I called Leak Free. Unlike the other places I called he answered the phone and came right over. (I have only one bathroom.) He was polite and very clean when he worked. I prepared myself for a large bill. He charged me only 100 bucks. Fantastic. I will always use him.

All three jobs were quite involved and required some parts that were not easily available. He did an excellent job, was very knowledgable, friendly, prompt, and left the work area spotless.

The brothers are amazing, and I have used them on a couple of jobs for my house and parents house. They are honest, reliable, affordable, punctual, and proud to do their job and services. I recommend them to all my friends who need a plumber.

As much as I didn't want to get a plumbing bill for $2,200, I believe the issues were important to repair and believe the price set was fair. They came out for a free inspection of the problem and after finding the issue they took the time to show the issue and explained how important it was to get fixed now. After repairing the first problem, they discovered 2 other locations which were causing the backup of sewage. They gave us a discount on all 3 (including Angie's List discount) and repaired the other 2 areas a couple of days later. Aram and Steve were very courteous and professional. It was an extremely hot day when they worked outside and decided to come an hour early in order to beat the heat. They started the work (outside) without bothering me at such an early hour. Overall, it's been a couple of weeks since and the problem has been fixed. They offered a long warranty for the areas they fixed and offered to come by for any issues. While I hope to not have to use them again, if we are in need of a plumber, I'd give Leak Free the first call with any problems.

Ash showed up on time. He was extremely professional and courteous. He worked quickly to reslove the problem as I told him that I was running late to work. He finished in no time and showed us what he had done, giving us a one year guarantee. I did not want to pay him to patch up the wall, so he walked me through how I could do it myself to save money. He did such a good job, that I showed him another plumbing problem that we have. He diagnosed it for free. I can't wait for him to come out and work on that. When the bill came, it was half of what my wife and I had been quoted by another comoany. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

He gladly made room for me the same exact day I called. Showed up exactly on time, diagnosed the problem with my toilet immediately, ran out to his van to get the part and replaced it in about ten minutes! Totally professional, extremely polite, and very knowledgable. Will definitely use again!!!

I had been told by ANOTHER company (NOT Leak Free) that came out to unclog my sewer line that my line had a real problem. They suggested I take advantage of a trench-less method called relining, and that company's verbal estimate was over $12000 (yes, five figures). After regaining consciousness I decided to get some other estimates. Other companies charged to run the camera down the line's clean-out, but Leak Free (an Angie's List find) did it for free. They also employed the most care in their estimate. Let me illustrate. One of the important details of the job is exact location of the junction between the 4 inch line and the 6 inch line, because that's where they need to dig the hole. Big difference in the estimate and impact if that turns out to be under the driveway versus under the lawn. They use the camera to position a radio beacon right there below ground, then use a wand above ground to measure the signal to figure out where it is. The other guys did this, too, but Steve actually laid down and put his ear to the ground as his partner Aram dragged the beacon back and forth over the lip. Steve cared enough about my anxiety and the quality of his planning to do this, and absolutely nailed it (slightly different location from where the other estimators said it was, but Steve was right). They performed the repair later while I was at work. I had asked how I would know they really did the job--just being careful!--and they said that afterward they would run the camera so I could see it. And, get this, that I wouldn't pay a dime until I had seen the evidence. As it turned out I got home a little late and they had to leave before I got there. They didn't sweat that at all, and scheduled later time at my convenience to do the post-job camera work. Everything looked great. They also cleaned up the job site and did a nice job replacing the sod. They were very professional, punctual, and explained everything to me. Really outstanding.

The day before a big garden party (a Saturday), an outdoor faucet leak turned into a gusher. I had to shut the water off to the house because it was a serious meltdown. I called Leak Free. He promised to come in an hour. He was there in less than thirty minutes. He had the replacement I needed, fixed it in about five minutes. My mom lobbied to have him look at a leaky toilet. I told her it was not fair to the plumber -- he had come for an emergency. He said he was happy to help. He fixed the leaky toilet in another five minutes. It took a little creativity to bend a rod, but he permanently solved a problem two other plumbers had not been able to fix. For an extra $25. Pleasant, professional, great person.

Ash was great. This particular plumbing project was one of my more extensive projects, and I was wary of getting someone who was well reviewed and experience in the area. Ash showed up on time and gave me a very competitive on price. Plus, he was pleasant and had a vast array of favorable reviews already. In the end, I went with a quote which was very similar in pricing (only slightly smaller) in large part because I had worked with the contractor before and knew him personally. Leak Free would absolutely would have been a fine choice too though that I would have been comfortable making.
