Leak Free Plumbing and Rooter

We love this company. This is the 2nd time we have used them. They are very responsive in setting up appointments and accommodating our work schedules. They show up when they say they are coming. They go above and beyond in rendering services. The water purifier we purchased was defective. They spent 45 minutes on the phone with the manufacturer to trouble shoot the problem. They came back to the house to install a new part without charge. They called a few days later to see how it was working. They did a beautiful job cutting through the garage wall to install the dryer vent.

He was wonderful. Very professional, friendly and fixed my disposal amazingly quickly.

The water pressure in the house was inconsistent. Once it became too low we called Leak Free. They were able to get to the house in a short amount of time. He was very pleasant and was able to perform the job quickly. Everything was explained clearly and the work done with a minimum of mess.

Great. They did what they were supposed to and were honest on pricing and service.

These guys are great! I called them on a Friday to rooter my main line when the whole house was backed up. They were very prompt in arriving and on time! After they ran the snake, they ran a camera through (which my previous plumber never did) and discovered a huge root blockage. Their recommendation was to replace a section of the main line. I agreed but needed to schedule it for the following week. They warned me that it was likely that the line would back up again soon and to call them if it did. They were right. The line was blocked again Monday morning. They came out and ran the snake again, at no charge. The following day they arrived on time to replace the main and completed the job in less time than estimated. I highly recommend them to all. I had meant to write this review after they completed the work but got side tracked by work travel. The fact that I am doing it almost three months afterward should say something about how impressed I am with them!

These guys have been out to both my home and business to repair a number of things since I first found them highly rated on Angie's List and they're GREAT! Our relationship started when I called about a leak in a pipe leading to our water heater. Ashot set up a 1/2 hour time window for that afternoon, came exactly when he said he would, and easily fixed the problem. Since he was there, I led him around the house to 3 other plumbing issues that we'd never had the time to have someone come out to fix--a couple minor and one major--and he proceeded to fix the minor ones, make an appointment for the major one, and then showed up exactly when he said he would and fixed the major one. The major one involved a broken-off faucet in our guest bath/shower that another plumber had told us would require our hiring a ceramic specialist who could remove enough tiles for the plumber to access the pipe leading to the faucet, the plumber could then do the work, and then we would have to call the ceramics guy back out to reseal the tile. Ashot said that was crazy! He and his brother cut a hole in the wall behind the tub/shower, went in that way, and made the repair to the pipe and replaced the faucet. They then did a beautiful job patching the wall back up, and cleaned up everything so that you'd never know anyone had disturbed a thing. The entire project took them a little over 2 hours. Since then I've called on Leak Free to fix a few things in our commercial kitchen also. Their pricing is great, the brothers are incredibly nice and knowledgeable, and they actually show up when they say they will, get the job done, and charge a very fair price. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Called him on Sunday at 10am and He showed up at 11am. I had a pipe leaking in my ceiling and water was coming out. He was very fast showing up and found the leak very quickly. He was also very clean and wore booties over his shoes without me asking him.He fixed the leak promptly and when he told me the price I was surprised at how cheap and resonable he was for Sunday service. I will definately use him again and recommend him to my friends.

We called Leak Free on a Sunday at 1:00pm and described the problem - a leak at the base of our toilet. He called back in 5 minutes and established a window from 2:30pm-4:00pm that same day. When he arrived just after 2:30pm, he was professional and polite to me and my family. He provided a quote for what he thought was the problem after examining the toilet, but explained it may be more if there was unexpected damage. After a short while, he had removed the toilet, showed me the damage around the piping that connects the toilet to the external plumbing, and then indicated it was what was originally expected. He completed the job, cleaned the area, gave me instructions on when the caulking would be fully dry, and charged me exactly what was originally quoted. Despite the price for what was a relatively small job, we consider this company to be our new plumbing service after being routinely disappointed by others.

2 thumbs up and 5 stars! When we called for service we asked if they could come the following weekend even though we had a broken toilet and a plugged shower as we were not home during the week. They offered to come out the next day which was a Sunday! We were very pleased with the service and the fair pricing. The entire experience was positive. We will definitely call them again.

He was honest, fair, and did a good job.

They showed up within the hour from the initial call (on a Sunday!), and performed the work very quickly and professionally. I would use them again without a doubt.

Plumber was on time, efficient, clear about cost and willing to put in extra effort to find parts. He came back twice with shower parts and then a third time with a minor part that I know took time to locate and did not charge for that last visit. Impressive.

Armen was on time, very professional and has a good attitude. He is a hard working person and did a good job. Yes, definitely we will call him again.

Armen and Ashot arrived right on time and are two of the nicest guys to work with. They first tackled the gas shut off valve. After a while I went out to check on them. Aside from being impressed with their work ethic, I thought their quality of work was excellent. They also patiently answered my questions. They finished the water heater project in similar fashion. I was very impressed with this company.

I am very pleased with the service. Aram was punctual, friendly, and professional. He explored all less-invasive, and less expensive options, first. Only when those did not work, did he move on to the more detailed job of removing the toilet, and clearing the line.There was no hard-sell from him, nor any up-selling, for big procedures that I did not need. He did exactly what was needed, and did not charge me an arm and a leg for it. Work was quick, and clean.I would definitely recommend this provider to other subscribers.

Ash was at my home in no time. He reassured me it was just a sprinkler valve. Shut off the water to the sprinklers and gave me a very reasonable bid to fix it. Matter of fact, he was happy to come fix it the next day, which was a Sunday. Although, it turns out I will not need him to fix it, he was such a delight, so honest and a real pleasure. If I ever need a plumber in the future, I would most certainly call Leak Free Plumbing.

Aram and Asham (sp?) are absolutely wonderful. They are friendly and caring and it's clear that they take a lot of care and pride in the work they do. When they originally came out for the quote we were just going to put in the new water heater, new vent and then we thought a minor repair to a waste-line elbow. When they came out and started investigating, they fond that two main waste-lines had long cracks in them, causing water to leak into the walls. With permission, they opened up a large portion of stucco from the exterior of the hosue to access and repair the cracked pipes. Because we had a leak we wanted to have a mold expert out to investigate - we needed Aram and Ashat to delay patching the stucco for a few days. They were very accommodating and re-arranged their schedule so they could come back after we had the mold treated. THey returned and did an excellent job patching the large access holes they made to repair the pipes. They repaired the stucco with cement, bringing it up to the level of the existing stucco and preparing it for the final coat. Asham spent a lot of time working the cement and applying multiple coats/layers to prevent cracking. Overall, LeakFree was very responsive, provided a good price-quote, showed up on-time, and did excellent and clean work. They took a lot of time and care to make sure everything was right. We are extremely happy with the work done, and with the demeanor and professionalism of Aram and Asham. We highly recommend Leak Free plumbing and will absolutely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Aram was great to work with. We chose to use him based on his great reviews and we're glad we did. Our tenant was complaining of a leaky faucet. I told Aram to just go out and fix it. He came out same day and found that the garbage disposal was damaged and needed to be replaced. Although he had the go-ahead to fix whatever was necessary, he still gave us the curtosy call to inform us it would be a little more expensive than expected. I appreciated this very much. Overall great service and great price. Will use him again.

Found him on Angie's List, called & he was here in the next hour, quoted on the phone what cost was. Kept his word on the price & did the report & did not try to sell anything. He arrived on time & did the job that I just did not want to have to deal with. I would call him for any other plumbing repairs.

Excellent. They arrived and weren't sure they'd be able to clear the lines, but stayed at it, using pressure water, root removal, and their camera until all drains were cleared. Let me know what the problems were that caused it and would make the same problems return again. In addition to this, they've worked for me on other properties. They replaced a sewer line, unclogged drains, removed tree roots, helped me determine the location of a septic tank, and various other water leak issues. Can't recommend these guys enough. Excellent service and price.

Very reasonable, professional and local.

I called 4 different plumbers for a quote and these guys were the most reasonable and honest. Over the phone they gave me advice on what the issue could be and how they were going to fix it. I ran this by a friend who is a plumber and he agreed that they were absolutely correct and that their rate was fair. They arrived on site as agreed and quickly preformed the work. They cleaned up and were very curious. I will be sure to use them in the future and will be recommending to friends and family as well.

One of the toilets in my condo was backed up and would almost overflow every time we flushed it. We tried the plunger with no luck. I called Aslot at 5pm on a Wed and he was here by 6:15pm. There was no guest parking in my complex so he even asked one of my neighbors if he could park in their spot for a bit. He put on those cloth slip-ons before he walked in as I have wooden floors (already a good impression). He used a snake thing to unclog the toilet. It flushed perfectly on after the first try but he said he wasn't satisfied so he kept going at it with the snake a couple more times until he was. He then noticed that the water was running really slow and he checked something in the tank. He went back to his van for tools and then fixed the problem I didn't know was there. He even cleaned up the water that had spilled out when he unscrewed something in the back. I was worried that all this extra work was going to cost me but when he wrote up the invoice, he only charged me for the unclogging! He was very very courteous, answered all my questions, even explained what could have caused the problem and how I might avoid it in the future. Best experience with a plumber ever! I have found my plumber!
