a job that i was told would be 4 to 5 hours ended up almost 9 hours. i feel like i WAS CHARGED DOUBLE, CHARGED FOR LOADING AND CHARGED FOR UNLOADING. PAID WHAT I WAS TOLD 600.00 THEN TOLD I OWE 234.00 MORE. I DID NOT HAVE THE BALANCE BUT WAS TOLD TO WRITE A CHECK WHICH I DID NOT HAVE. THE MEN TOOK SMOKING BREAKS BUT LIED AND SAID THE DID NOT. I AM NOT PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AT ALL I FELT LIED TOO FROM THE BEGINNIN G. A WOMAN TAKED ADVANTAGE OF AS USUAL. MOVERS FROM OTHER COMPANY HAVE BEEN USED BEFORE WITH A SET AMOUNT NOT ADDED ON AMOUNTS AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE. FELIX IS ONLY AFTER THE MONEY. I DONT FEEL I OWE THEM ANYMORE MONIES. I CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY TO READ THE CONTRACT MAYBE I OVERLOOKED SOMETHING. MY HUSBAND USUALLY HANDLED THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS. MY ATTORNEY WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH EJ MOVERS ALSO SAMUEL AND HIS BROTHER. I FEEL LIKE IM WAS CHEATED. GHE 600.00 I UNDERSTAND BUT 234.00 MORE I DONT.

On time, very professional, fast, protected everything and wrapped them up, easy to deal with, quality movers. I will call them again.

Moving is hard! And moving across country is even harder! The two movers who helped me today took a potentially difficult, stressful and emotional day and made it easy, supportive and enjoyable. These two men went the extra mile to insure my belongings and me were well taken care of and protected. They worked hard, were fast and always had a smile. My neighbors even took notice to their professionalism and gave them compliments as well! With colleagues like these on the team this company is guaranteed future success! I was given a start time between 2 and 5pm. The movers showed up to my apartment at 8pm. They finished loading the truck at 10pm when they new my storage closes at 10pm. I had to wait to the next day to get my stuff out into storage . They said yhey would be at my stirage unit at 12pm they got there at 1230. Late two days in a row. Working slow as ever There was not discounts or apology given. Do not use this moving service.

Sam and his associates are very professional, kind, friendly, honest, and very hard workers. They pay attention to all details, are extra careful in wrapping and packing furniture, and work in harmony with one another. They also have a wonderful sense of humor and it felt like they wanted to help me make the move as easy as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great set of hard working, great team of movers.

I was not informed in advance that a gas fee would apply in addition to the cost I was quoted. Movers themselves were very nice and hard working. Moving my refrigerator was the main issue for me and they were able to take the doors off and put them back on which was a difficult task. When they finally finished, my refrigerator was as good as new.

I would highly recommend this company! We needed furniture moved and from the first phone call from Felix to the end of the project it went smooth. Everything they promised they delivered and then some. They accommodated my special request by starting early early in the morning and worked with me on the price. Everything was perfect!! A HUGE shout out to Samuel and his guys. They were helpful, professional and courteous! I m a very happy customer!!!

The time I was promised was 1 to 3 pm. The movers initially called and said that they would be here around 2:30. When I called around 3:30pm, they said their work was not done yet. They gave me ETS 4:30pm. I had to pause since this was not my expectation. And the mover asked ?Do you have problem with that? Do you want to reschedule to another day??. I said, "Let's just get it done". When I called at 4:30 pm, they said they were finally finished and tried to figure out how long it would take. I said enough is enough, let's cancel it. Simply, I wasted my entire day.

They did not come to survey the job first. They were not prepared. They did not come with a big enough truck. They were late arriving. They had a real rag-tag bunch of people. They didn't have enough workers nor enough wardrobe boxes. It was one of the worst days of my life. They broke the leg on my dining room table and I am still waiting for them to come and fix it. They scratched the top of a pedestal that was intended to display art, not to be used as a packaging box. This nightmare was very expensive.

Do not hire them. Very unprofessional.

Had an excellent experience with three movers (Daniel, Devin and Luis). All were extremely professional, worked their buts off and finished in time. Would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to worry about who to hire.
