FRED MORROW PLUMBING

He's the best plumber that I had in a long time. He came to check a problem we were having with a faucet and a problem we were having with a sink. I hate to say this, I'm not sure that he charged us. That maybe intentionally, the stopper was no big deal and we used him before and then he looked at the problem we were having as we have a sink sprayer that comes off of the loop if that's what you want to call it. The water comes out of this vertical pipe and with an attachment that you can stretch it to do dishes and things like that. The problem we were having is it was coming out. Two things we were not getting hot water as fast as we thought we were with and the water was coming out and not enough straight shot, more like it was on spray. Basically, we've had the fixture for probably 10 years. He say's tell you what, I'm not going to charge you. He said basically probably find yourself a fixture maybe go online and once you have the fixture just give us a call and we'll come out and install it. It could have been very easily sold and some people say oh, I just happen to have a fixture in my truck, you know. I find him very trustworthy, this is not the first time we used him. He's very efficient and it ends up being at an acceptable price.

Great. Only issue was with one employee who could not fit into the crawl space to get to some pipes (house in on a raised foundation) which was remedied right away by Fred Morrow.

The plumber was on time,efficient and kept me informed throughout the work. Need parts were obtained quickly.

This company is absolutely amazing. When I have any plumbing issues I don't even search any more I just call them. They are honest, reliable, and work with me with-in my budget. They are extremely skilled in their trade and I would highly recommend. Good people, good family. They back up there work, extremely decent people

Excellently. I had used Fred Morrow Plumbing previously and was well satisfied with their work. This time my experience was exactly as it had been on previous occasions.. The plumber -- Pete -- showed up on time, cleared the stoppage and noticed that the undersink trap was cracked and leaking. He repaired the broken trap, a job that required considerable work as undersink traps are awkward to reach and repair. Pete's work was efficient and professional and thorough, which is exactly the kind of work that I have come to expect from Fred Morrow Plumbing.

We would use them again in the future.

I called on Thursday , October 6th and made an appointment for Friday October 7th. Pete from Morrow Plumbing came and diagnosed and repaired the faucet leakage. He was exceptionally nice and very professional. The workmanship was great, the price was great and I am very happy. I will continue to use Morrow for my plumbing needs.

Tony, the drain specialist, arrived right on time and assessed the problem as being a clogged drain pipe (which we had suspected) He snaked out the line, removing the sludge that had been blocking the proper drainage. He also diagnosed a separate problem of a malfunctioning diverter valve in the bathroom shower and suggested a fix for it. This all took an hour He recommended an annual check of the pipes. He performed his work in a competent and professional manner. He was polite, efficient, and thorough. I would unhesitatingly recommend his firm -- Fred Morrow Plumbing -- based on the quality of work Tony performed.

Refused to come out to give an estimate. Would only send someone out if I agreed to have them do the job, no estimate, cost open ended. You've got to be kidding!

We had a pipe burst in the worst part of my guesthouse. My mom lives in the guesthouse so it was imperative that the fix happen quickly. As Murphy's law goes, the pipe that broke was in a wall shared with the kitchen and the only bathroom in the house. Both sides of the wall were either covered by cabinets and tile or a mirror and tile, making access a nightmare. The technician that came out (by the way, they came out the same day only a few hours after I called) was able to find a one foot by four foot area of drywall to start the hunt for the burst pipe. You could clearly hear the water flowing and water had already damaged the cabinets in the bathroom as well as the kitchen. FYI - you should know that we turned the water off to the guesthouse as soon as we realized the problem, however turned the water back on during the inspection and while trying to identify the origin on the leak. The technician did very minimal damage to the drywall and was able to pinpoint the problem within a square foot area in the wall. Creatively, he decided to make entry into the wall from the kitchen side of the wall, through the back of one of the cabinets, and found the leaking pipe. Within a matter of 30 minutes, he had fixed the pipe. We obviously have to deal with the damage, but that's an insurance claim. I was super impressed with our tech and how quickly he moved to fix the issue, mitigating additional damage and greatly reducing the size of our insurance claim. Would highly recommend Fred Morrow Plumbing. I felt that the tech was just as interested in fixing the problem as I was, which is all we want as homeowners, right? Thank you! Jeff Northridge, CA

We recently purchased and had a stand-alone oven installed due to our in-wall oven being non-functional and a non-standard size. I called a few plumbers and decided to go with Fred Morrow Plumbing. They came the next-day and were right on time. The two gentleman were very courtious and knowledgeable. They had to shut off the main gas line in order to disconnect and remove the oven and then cap off the line. They finished the job quickly, in about 30 minutes. I will be calling Fred Morrow again the next time I have a plumbing need - thank you!

I called to have a part replaced on my water heater and they refused to come out. Will never even attempt to call this company in the future. The woman just complained about the water heater I owned. It is not a water heater I bought and I just have a job for a plumber and if they don't want the work then fine.

From the moment that I spoke to Fred on the phone, I was completely at ease. The other quotes that I got from other companies were expensive and they wanted to rip out a lot of drywall. Fred came to give a quote and I could tell that he really knew what he was talking about. He had a simple ay to route the pipes without tearing the house apart. The crew showed up on time and I was amazed at the amount of work that they did for me in only two days. All work done was top quality and professional. All the new pipes are braced and insulated. I am truly impressed and happy with the work done by the Fred Morrow crew.

We had water dripping from a ceiling and could not figure out where the water was coming from! We knew it was coming from an upstairs bathroom, because when we shut off the water to that bathroom, the dripping stopped. However, there was no visible leak or visible accumulation of water anywhere. We called Fred Morrow Plumbing because they had fixed other things for us in the past, and in fact, I have given them four "A" ratings since 2009. This is my 5th! Jose came out right away, found the leak, and replaced the leaking pipe. He had all the parts and equipment with him in the truck. He put down drop cloths to protect our carpets and furniture, and cleaned up after himself when he was done. We could not be happier with Fred Morrow Plumbing! They have repeatedly given us excellent service at a fair price. We would use them again, and recommend them highly.

I'll start off that when we bought our condo we knew our dishwasher was going to be problem based on where the previous owners placed. The dishwasher was placed on the other side of the counter across from the sink. After 6 months, the dishwasher was no longer draining properly. Called the company and explained the situation and the lady who answered the phone actually connected me talk to the owner about this funky problem. He explained what he can do and all possible solution. I actually appreciated Fred's honesty and upfront-ness (if that is a word). He could not guarantee the dishwasher would drain because they do not work appliances and that he would only replace the pipe. Also said he had to cut out drywall and could not patch back and explained why. After all that, I still scheduled for them to take a look and they said they will be there the next day. Next day, the owner actually comes to the place and diagnoses it himself (according to my wife, I was not there at that time). He quoted my wife the same amount he had told me from the day before. The 2 guys who actually did the work were nice, cleaned up after, and explained the problem. They got the job done in under 2 hours and dishwasher is now back to work. Thank you and found myself a good plumber. They will replacing my sewage pipe pretty soon. I was very impressed.

the plumber came almost at the end of the two hour window given. He was friendly but was stymied on how to help me. he measured water pressure from the main pipes and he said that the pressure was incorrect and that the condo association needed to fix it or i would keep having the same problems. Also I had to hire another plumber to replace a frozen wheel on my hot water heater that the fred morrow plumber refused to fix. It did not take him an hour but i still had to pay hourly rate. he spent most of his time on the phone in his truck. I asked him to do several other plumbing things that needed to be done for example a leaking kitchen faucet but he said he did not have the proper equipment or knowledge to fix it. also asked him to fix a bath tub handle he said he could not fix. it was ONLY three years old NOT 20. The drippy faucet in the kitchen was ONLY three years old NOT 20! Also asked him to unclog bathroom sink and he would not do even though i still had a half hour of time left. All the plumber said was he could not fix anything as he was not properly trained to do the jobs I requested him to do.He never said anything to me about age of the faucets just that he was not trained to do these jobs. .So i ended up paying for an hours time and only got 20 mins of actual work time even though i had other jobs for him to do and would have gladly paid more to get them done. He tracked mud and dirt all over my condo. He did not wipe his feet or take off his shoes.

I almost don't want to write this review and share this plumbing service. Finally, I have a great plumber! They were nice over the phone, the scheduled me in when others services wanted to wait for a new week and then they arrived in just a few hours. He fixed what I identified and made some good recommendations. So happy!

By far the best! I have used them for several problems and they are fantastic! Price is beyond fair and the work is always top notch!
