It was repaired quickly and the very nice technician explained everthing that he was going to do before he did it. The washing machine has worked fine since!! I can comfortably recommend All American Smart Appliance Company.

Vlad is professional, neat and knowledgeable. I would use him again if we had another problem. This is his second time here and we were very satisfied each time. He is our "go to" guy for our appliances.

Great. I was afraid a repair would be too expensive and that I'd be better off buying a new dryer, but Leonard assured me our old dryer has a lot of life left in it.

Leonard showed up at the appointed time. What a great guy. Reminded me of Gepetto from Pinocchio sans the absent mindedness. Great guy, really pro. Got the job done right. The type of person that loves what they're doing and has done it forever. A total throwback to kinder, gentler times. A-1 experience.

Aside from the expense of replacing the motor, it was pretty painless. Leonard is very skilled and personable and I will use him again if any of our other large appliances needs work.

It was fine and he did a good job. He arrived on time and did the job professionally. The price was reasonable and he was in and out. I was satisfied with the work.

He charged me $119 for the job. My washing machine wasn?t working. There was a sensor that was defective. He was really fast and knowledgeable. He just seemed like a really fair guy. I was thinking of getting a new washer, but he told me that the washing machine could run for another couple of years. He was great. I will use him again in the future.

They were good and very professional. My appliances are still working so the quality must have been good.

Vlad was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with. Even though he got stuck in LA traffic and arrived late (not his fault in the least - the only reason for no 'A' in punctuality), he called ahead (well before the end of the window of time) to let me know he was running late. Once he arrived, he worked very diligently, had the necessary parts in his truck to finish the job on the spot and even gave me tips on maintaining the fridge to avoid problems in the future. Almost a week later, everything seems to be running fine. All-in-all a very positive experience. Thanks again, Vlad!

He was very good, very polite, and also very professional. It was all done for a reasonable price, and it had only taken an hour before everything was through. They were on time, and he was very pleasant and neat. They had done a really good job.

On Sunday, our refrigerator stopped cooling, although the freezer section was working. First thing Monday morning I called the company for service. The customer service person was very polite in setting up the appointment, and Vlad (the service tech) arrived on time; in fact, he gave me a heads-up call 30 minutes before his arrival. He was very professional, personable, neat and courteous, but most importantly, he got the job done! Since I had many perishables in the refrigerator, I was very pleased that he was able to come out the same day.

We were very pleased. Vladimir was easy to work with and I would definitely call again.

Our refrigerator/freezer were not keeping cold, and in fact, the freezer defrosted itself. We weren't sure if it was the compressor, but we had just had new flooring and painting done in our kitchen and the refrigerator was moved twice in one week. We thought maybe something had come loose or possibly dust had gotten into the motor/compressor. I called for a same-day appointment and they were very accommodating. Leonard called approximately 30 minutes before he showed up to tell me he was on his way. After he looked at the refrigerator he said he thought it was the relay and quoted $185 for parts and labor. Once he pulled the unit apart, he thought there might be a problem with the compressor but after a more thorough review, determined that it was, in fact, the relay. Not only did he replace the relay, he cleaned the components and filter at no extra charge. It has only been 1 day since our service but the refrigerator and freezer seem to be working fine.

Vladimir arrived on time. He was clean, personable and professional. He assessed the problem he immediately fixed the leaking problem caused by ice buildup and then told us how to maintain it. The ice maker may need to be replaced because it was only working intermittently when Vlad was here. He was a joy to work with and we will request him if the ice maker needs to be replaced in the future. He is a real asset to his company.

The freezer was in a very bad condition. They were wonderful. I called them in the morning telling them that my freezer was dying. They had a person out in less than two hours. He was really nice and honest. He could?ve repaired it and it would?ve been defective after a while anyway.

Vladimir was our service rep. He was professional and helpful and didn't nickel-and-dime us on the repair. We would call him again for similar work - he seemed trustworthy and practical (for instance, he didn't recommend we spend a lot of money to repair our wine fridge since we could get a new one for not too much more).

Was very pleased with the fast response to the service call; service technician, Leonard, came out within three hours of the call. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and had the necessary parts in his truck. He also made valuable suggestions on how to avoid similar problems in the future. He was quick, courteous & neat. The price was reasonable for the work done & time spent on the problem.

A couple of Russians came to our house and fixed our fridge. They were respectful, polite, thorough, and competent. WIthout knowing the cause of the failure, they had the appropriate part in the van, and got the job done even though it was well after 5pm. They were pleasant, and took the time to explain the problem and repair. They also took pains to minimize the mess a defrosting fridge makes.

They came out to fix the dryer and the same problem seemed to come back two months later. The company came back out to take care of it, which we paid for. The over was fixed and the problems re-occured, which they took care of at no cost to us. We haven't had any issues since with either appliance.

They were great. They showed up on time and the price was reasonable. They stayed in touch with me and let me know when they were coming and going. Their estimate was accurate. They were nice people.

Two guys showed up. It seemed like one may have been in training. After removing all the frozen food from the freezer, they removed an interior panel. They noticed the fan was not making contact with ice like I thought but the fan was misaligned thereby making contact with something else. They took out the ice maker and spent the bulk of the next 1 1/2 hours looking at the icemaker as if they had never seen one before. They reinstalled it and told me they thought it would work again. It didnt. They charged me $140 for the two hours they spent. Fortunately I had a replacement icemaker in my garage which had been send to avoid a service call a few days after I bought the refrigerator several years ago. I spent 5 minutes installing the new icemaker myself. The next day the machine was making ice but the mechanism which transports the ice out the door wasnt working! This was working before they came out. They came out again, fixed this and said it may have been caused by some melted ice????? They charged another $35 for the 1/2 hr. they were there taking no responsibility for this problem. Overall, I think I was charged for an extra hour of time spent either in lack of knowledge of icemaker operation or training the new guy. I was charged $70 for an extra hour of time which accomplished nothing. Good thing I had a new icemaker on hand or I would have been charged another $200 and the bill would have been $375.

They never bothered to return my call.

Leonard arrived early, and we were very impressed.

This was the second time I used their sercices within the past few months. (Fist time was in a rental house before returning to my newly remodeled home.) I called for the repair and made an appointment for two days later. The technician arrived within the agreed upon time frame, diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning pump, had the part on the truck and repaired the problem.
