Cost was $70 labor, $70 parts. They came when they said they would and completed the job in about an hour. I'd definitely use them again.

We have used them before and they seem competent and professional. They are neat and cleanup after themselves. There is never a hassle about appointments.

We have had this company out three times and they have replaced a tube each time they've come out and the microwave has not worked correctly since. Last night, we turned on the microwave and it begin to smoke and spark with nothing in it. They insist on sending the same tech every time. The quote of the first visit was $188.00, the charge for the second visit was $268.00 without notice or authorization. The actual value of the microwave is only 300 dollars, however, the microwave is not replaceable. The cabinet was made to fix this exact microwave.

He showed up on time, absolutely wonderful. He gave a good, reasonable price. He knew what to do, and had the parts to fix it with him. He did not have to make two trips. He was a real pro, he went right to it. My tenants are thrilled that their oven is fixed.

Gave them a call, explained the situation -- Clothes washer broke and we have a huge pile of washing and need someone today as this will be my only day home to meet the repair man. They agreed to have someone out between 1 and 4 this afternoon. Great! The repairman (I believe his name was Leonard) showed up about 3 pm, got right to work and in about 15 minutes or so spotted the problem. I asked him to explain it to me, which he did. It all sounded reasonable. I said OK. He ordered the part and will install it tomorrow. The price seemed within reason. He arrived the next day at the time indicated, went straight to work and got the errant part replaced. He demonstrated to me that the various modes of the washer were now working. I was very satisfied with his work. I would give him and his company an A.

LEONARD WAS OUR SERVICE MAN, SEEMED VERY HONEST EARLIER AND WAS ABEL TO COME OUT EARLIER THAN QUOTED BY TWO DAYS.

Leonard was very helpful. He explained what was wrong and how best to fix it. He told us when something needed to be replaced vs. repaired and even when something could be fixed with spit and wire. Just the kind of practical, honest repairman you want fixing things you can't do yourself.

Making an appointment was easy and when they had an earlier opening the office called and asked me if I wanted it. Workman showed up on time and did the work, he made sure all was working before he left.

The work was done quickly and efficiently by a friendly fellow. He also recommended installing a heating device, which would permanently eliminate the chronic blockages of the drainage tube in my refrigerator caused by ice.

I DON'T REMEMBER THE NAME OF THE PERSON THAT CAME TO DO THE REPAIRS. IT TOOK HIM 5 MINUTES TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM. HE WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.

THE COMPANY CAME OUT TO DO AN ESTIMATE. THE SERVICES RENDERED WERE DONE SATISFACTORY. THE CREW CAME OUT PROMPTLY AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. OVER ALL THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
