I knew I had a winner when Ken returned my call on a Sunday the minute he got back in town. He is going to take care of you no matter what day it is. Ken provides energetic and labor intensive work. He explains everything he is doing before and during the job to a "T". He will do what he has to do to get the job perfect, and that includes as many trips to your home as it takes. When there was any small hitch due to unforeseen circumstances, Ken I'm sure had to show up a couple of extra times yet there were no extra charges on my bill. It is really hard or impossible to find contractors in Valley Springs with his character and work ethic. I totally trusted my home in his care (and my pets-they loved him too) and will use him again. It should be noted that he was referred by friends who i always ask for subcontractor referrals from as they are in an industry that uses and knows their subs. Top notch work. Ken is very good at his job, and goes above and beyond the call of duty! Very friendly too. My 62 year old bathroom tile floor looks new, both inside the shower and out...I'm impressed. We will have him return to do the clay tile in the dining room in the near future.

Ken at American Tile and Cleaning is amazing! I called him to clean a few stubbon grout lines and he left the tile and grout lines in my entire master shower tub and floor looking brand new! He is meticulous and he cleaned extras such as my bathroom window sill, shower pan and closet track. He has excellent customer service, communication and reasonable prices. I plan to have him back to clean my guest bathroom tile.

Ken did a wonderful job for us. We have about 2500 feet of tile and lots of counter tops. Ken worked diligently for 3 very long days prepping, cleaning, patching and sealing all of it. It looks fantastic and Ken was a delight and so easy to work with. He gave us everything he promised and more. His prices were reasonable and his work was outstanding. Ken takes pride in his work, he treated our home as if it was his home. I highly recommend Ken for any tiling needs. Ken was very professional , he contacted me and came on time. The standards he sets are high and he takes pride in his work. He gave me a honest assessment and got the tile and grout cleaned for a fair price. The seal process needs to be evaluated for durability, will update my review in a few weeks. Tape placed on wood borders chipped the paint off slightly, this was a unexpected issue at the end.

Ken was extremely professional, hard-working and did what he said he would do. he also finished the job on time and on budget. This is the guy you want to hire. We had a three day cleaning ang sealing of 2500 sq feet of abused travertine tile. Ken took it on as his personal challenge to get the job done right. Ken is our go to guy from now on.

Ken is a very knowledgeable and professional hard worker who takes great pride in doing top quality work.. He made the tiled walls and floor tiles, back splash, and tiled showers in our home look brand NEW! ! The stone shower pans that were in terrible condition and stained were cleaned and sealed. when he was done, they looked like they did when they were installed 13 years ago. Amazing! Very pleased! Ken is hardworking and exuberant! His knowledgeable about the new technologies for cleaning and sealing was impressive. He was prompt with the call backs and even sent a video to show us the progress. We were in the process of moving and the grout in the kitchen was black, his video showed how it was changing to white with the sweep of his machine. Honestly, I thought we would have (at best) brown grout after the cleaning. We were shocked and amazed at how effective his cleaning was! Absolutely recommend.
