Scheduling the appointment with Diane went very well. She was very nice over the phone and told me what was and was not included in the estimate. She also gave me a one hour window on the appointment (unlike other companies that tell you they will arrive between the hours of 8am and 11am). Manny arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. We had an island in the kitchen, which was about the same size as the powder room. He agreed to clean the powder room in exchange for the "island area" at no extra cost. We also requested to move the furniture ourselves to save on cost. Although we moved the furniture away, Manny moved them back himself and did not charge us for it. He also explained that it would not be worth sealing the tile at this point in time (which would have cost us extra). The tile had not been professionally cleaned in about two years. He recommended another cleaning in about 6-12 months and possibly seal it then. I had used two different cleaning services before in the last 5 years. Upland Steam had the best prices for the quality of work done. I have Pergo floors at the bottom of my stairs. When the other company left after cleaning my stairs, I noticed a pool of water underneath the rug. The company was not clean. Upland Steam made sure the parts of the house that were not being cleaned were also being taken care of. The bottom line: 1) Very professional 2) Great price 3) Punctual 4) Very clean during the whole process

Everyone I spoke to were very friendly and professional. The woman who took my order, Diane, changed the company's schedule when she heard that I would be driving an hour to get to the home to help me avoid rush hour traffic. The man who cleaned the carpets was very thorough, professional and I could tell he was well trained. He did his job very efficiently and then left. Overall, I experienced great customer service and would highly recommend them.

I have used them two or three years in the past year. It takes them about a half hour. There is no problem. They are quick and professional. They are in and out, and they're on time.

Manny was very professional. He introduced himself and answered my questions. He was able to get my (very dirty) carpets clean. I will use this company again and recommend it to others.

Manuel and Luis arrived very much on time. They saw what needed to be done as the carpets were in the garage. They went to work right away and Manuel recommended to me a spot cleaner to use and offered me a bottle of it. After finishing the carpets, I was told the recommended drying time of the carpets. When paying them they thanked me for calling them. I would not hesitate to call them again for another job.

This was the 2nd time we have used Upland Steam in little over a year to clean our carpets. Once again they were on time with 2 trucks and 2 workers who did another excellent job. We are very pleased and will use them again in the future.

It went okay. He only spent about 1 and 45 minutes, which I felt was not very long. He wasn't able to get out all the stains. The carpet looked okay. They did not move any furniture.

Our living room is the busy part of the house so it gets very busy from all the two legged people and four legged friends, we are always so happy with the out come. We have been a fan of Upland Steam for many years and I was glad to see them with a Super Service Award for 2010, they really work for award.

They were very conscientious. I've had so many compliments on the floors from people wanting to know how I got the grout so clean. They did a great job! They were also about $300-$500 cheaper than other quotes I received for the work.

Manuel arrived a few minutes early and thoroughly explained the procedure along with giving me some carpet tip sheets. He asked where I wanted him to start and if I had any concerns which he addressed and explained how he would take care of them. He started working and completed the job in about 1-1/2 hours. He took care in protecting walls and doors from the hose used to clean the carpet. The carpet looked and smelled good immediately and it still does one week later. When I made the appointment I inquired about ceramic floor tile cleaning and Steve encouraged me to pick a spot of tile and ask Manuel to clean it to show what could be expected. Manuel cleaned some floor tile and thoroughly explained the process and time required to clean the entire tiled areas of my home. The only bad part is I can still see the spot he cleaned and it stands out so I know I need to get my tile cleaned. I plan on doing that after the first of the year. I highly recommend Upland Steam and have already given their name out to two of my friends. Steve was friendly and explained the pricing when I made the appointment and Manual was friendly and professional at my home. Their equipment and truck were clean and they took great care of my home and carpet. I highly recommend them.

The tech arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous. He confirmed what I requested. Then, he proceeded with the carpet cleaning, moving some items off the floor that he felt may stain the carpet because the underside was metal. He was thorough and did a very good job removing some stubborn stains. He didn't try to hard sell other services like some of the companies I've used before. I will definitely use this company again.

Everything about them was good. They were very punctual. The workers were very nice. They were very thorough. They took care of my house and they made sure that the big hose didn't scratch my walls and they put a protective cover on it. It was a good experience.

We were very pleased with the job done by Upland Steam Company. Our appointment was for between 11 am and Noon. The technicians arrived at 11 am sharp. Two men with two trucks, one working upstairs with the other one doing the downstairs as we have a two story house. They did a very professional job, the carpet looks great and the estimate was what we paid upon completion. They service the Inland Empire in Southern California. We would definitely use Upland Steam Company again.

It was a pleasure to have Steve and his helper Manny in our home. Very pleased....no question will have them back when needed...and will "sing" their praises to friends.

The technician arrive on time was very polite and couteous. He explained the process, drying times and about how long before we could move the furniture back. The carpet was extremely soiled and I wasn't sure it would come clean. The technician did a great the carpet looks brand new. I asked the technician about an area rug I had stored and could he clean it and he gave me a price and cleaned it while he was here saving me the time of not having another house call. It came out great too. I would use Upland Steam again and would recommend them to friends and family.

The technician arrived on time. He did a nice job on the carpet. The animal odors were removed and I was completely satisfied with the service.

This carpet was extremely soiled and smelled terrible. This was at my mother's house. She'd been in the hospital for three months and I felt this was the perfect time to have the job done. The carpet has been soiled several times over the last few years by her dog. Mom always sprayed fabric freshener on the carpet but the combination of the dog urine and freshener built up over time and was horrible. Mom got used to it, but no one else did. We picked the cleaner from Angie's list. They did a terrific job. They cautioned beforehand that it wouldn't smell like a new carpet, which it doesn't, but that awful smell is gone and it looks great.
