Added cleaning tile as afterthought, no problem, cleaned perfectly, I smile everytime I pass thru my kitchen

Manny was very professional and courteous. He did a great job and was very punctual. Have recommended him to several of my friends.

Each year or so we get our carpet cleaned, and Valley Steam Company exceed all previous providers. Manny is "the man." He came 15 minutes before schedule and made only one request, "cold water." Manny work for three and a half hours, never took a break, and continually went over soiled spots until they were clean. He is courteous, conscientious in his work, and a great representative of his company. I will recommend Valley Steam Company to my friends--and tell them to ask for Manny. They won't go wrong in taking this advice.

I contacted Upland Steam a couple of weeks ago and was able to easily schedule a suitable date. The two workers showed up right on time and were very professional. The results were pretty incredible -- the carpet was very dirty and they got it looking almost brand new! Definitely would use this company again.

The carpet in our new home was in pretty bad condition. The seller claimed they had cleaned them so we were planning on replacing them. In an effort to save the $2500 on new carpet, we called Upland Steam. They were able to get someone out on the day we were hoping for (one day prior to move in) and he arrived in the one hour window agreed upon. When my partner explained that we were planning on replacing the carpets, our technician told us that it was in good shape and not to waste the money replacing it. He also verified that the carpets had not been cleaned in a really long time. He did a great job and we are so happy with the results. Best $155.00 (plus $25 tip because this guy was that awesome) we have spent on this new home. Note that at time of service they were accepting cash only. I don't know if this has always been the case or a temporary system glitch. We plan on having them come out at least once a year for as long as we own our home.

Manny was at my door as scheduled, exactly at 9:00 a.m. He was professional, and worked hard to make sure the carpets looked great.

The guy arrived on time and charged very close to the estimate I was given over the telephone. He did a great job on the carpet. Our carpet was in decent shape to begin with, but I appreciated that he pointed out some little spots he was unable to remove. I was quite happy with the entire experience. I will use them again. He has one of those vans where a big motor in the back of the van provides the suction. Clearly these guys have invested in the right tools. There was no chemical smell during the cleaning process, and no smell the following day. This is important to us because we have three cats. And I like that this is a family-run business.

I contacted Upland Steam based on reviews on Angie's list and left a voice mail. Diane called back shortly thereafter. We discussed our needs and she was thorough with describing the process and understanding as well. We scheduled the cleaning for a Friday afternoon between 2:30 and 3:30. The day prior, I received a reminder call from Diane. Luis arrived 5 minutes early which happily surprised me. I showed Luis what I had explained to Diane and asked him if I could alter my request to include a couch instead of a chair. This changed the price slightly as it was more time and work. Luis explained how he would proceed which allowed me to continue to prepare for the next step... vacuuming the sofa that I had added. I was also glad to see that as Luis prepared to get started, he set up shields so that the hoses would not leave any marks on the painted surfaces or scrape the furniture. As the carpet was very soiled, Luis spent some extra time to get them as clean as possible. Luis was thorough with the entire job and we were very pleased with the result. Not only did everything come out as looking like new again, the deodorizer they used made the whole house smell wonderful. It did take until the next morning to dry but this was a late appointment. Given the work we had done, in the future, I would schedule to have the work done early in the day to allow time to dry during the warmer hours of the day. I will use them again and recommend their service as every aspect was courteous and professional.

I have used this company before as well as many other carpet cleaners. Upland Steam has always been able to schedule a cleaning within a reasonable amount of time (1 to 3 days) where others have scheduled me out a week or more. They do a fantastic job for a reasonable amount of money. They have always been on time with courteous workers and work diligently to remove all stains in the carpet. They always leave my carpet looking spotless with minimal wetness in the carpet due to the steam. They also have corner protectors they place on all drywall corners in the house so they do not chip the drywall or leave marks with their equipment while they are cleaning. I have been extremely happy with the cleaning job they do and never hesitate to recommend their services to my friends and family!

My spots that were soiled were pre-treated and then were steam cleaned over and over. I also had the stairs and the rest of the living room cleaned as well. My carpet was installed in May of last year so I was distressed that our neighbor's dog came in and did his business on several spots. We have a dog too but she is completely housebroken. The odor was unpleasant but the cleaning did the trick and the spots were gone and the odor too. I am very satisfied with the job done.

I would use them again and ask for Manny!

.Excellent. Technician arrived on time. We reviewed the job together. He was sure to understand my needs and desires. He efficiently went about doing the job. He cleaned up and removed his tools, hosing, etc. Presented the invoice. I paid him and he left.

We have used Upland Steam twice and both time they were professional from the order to clean-up. Their cleaning team arrived on time, they were professional in appearance and their equipment appeared newer and well maintained. The cleaning was thorough and you could tell the service team cared about the results.

The technician arrived on time and was very professional. We feel we got the best deal for the amount of work that had to be done.

Everything worked out perfectly. The Company called the day before to confirm the appointment and Manny arrived on time, even a few minutes early on Saturday morning. We went over the areas that needed cleaning along with a couple of additional area rugs which wasn't discussed originally over the phone. He went right to work and completed the job in about 2 - 1/2 hours. He answered all my questions and was personable and professional. Our carpets look almost new!

we recently had a remodel done on our kitchen and bathrooms. As can be expected the carpets got trashed even with the covering the contractors put down. I contacted a few companies to discuss what we needed and to get quotes.Diane( one of the owners) was up front about the cost and what we could expect. True to her word, Manny the technician Showed up on time and did an excellent job. I showed him some areas that I thought were never going to get clean, but he took the time and went over the spots until they disappeared. He was very professional and polite.Bottom line, Upland Steam delivered what they said they would. After dealing with contractors for 6 months it was a pleasure to have people true to their word. Would I use them again? Yes, in a heartbeat. Would I recommend them to people? Yes, no question about it. From the first call to the end result it was a very positive experience.

Carpet was very soiled, very light carpet and stairs (14 yr old home, kids, food, pet stains, rarely professionally cleaned). I moved out as much furniture and beds as possible and I vaccumed thoroghly (Dyson). I was a little surprised when they did not vaccum first. Manny made quick work (3 hrs) cleaning 6 bedrooms and stairs. He was able to remove almost all the stains and marks. We were considering replacing the carpet, but now probably won't. It looks great! Excellent work overall. Hopefully no stains re-appear after it dries...

They were punctual, friendly and did a great job on the carpets. They first came to the house to give an estimate. On the day of the job, there was no rush, just a job well done. We will call them back to clean our sofa.

Manny arrived right on time, estimated the cost for me and explained how he would proceed. I wish I had taken before and after pictures to post here because frankly, I suspected the grout was not going to cooperate. They were kind enough to go over some spots several times. The tile and the grout are perfectly clean and we are delighted with the appearance of the floors and carpets. My floor is beautiful and looks brand new! I also want to compliment them on their professionalism. I will definitely call this company to clean my tile and carpets from now on. Thank you all for a great job.
