Manny, Manny, Manny with your cute little dimple and all. ;) "the BODY GUARD" as he is called, rang my front doorbell at 0900, right on cue. Mr. GUARD quickly asked which carpeted rooms would be his focus this day. After identifying his targets, he quickly retreated to his truck, which housed what looked like a nuclear generator, gathered his hoses and cleaning heads and began his quest to clear my carpets of my little dog's 'oopses'. When the mission was completed I was very satisfied to see the absence of puppy stains. Well done Manny, the body guard. We will cross paths again.

Last year I had a very bad experience with a carpet cleaner who cold called me with a promise to clean my carpets with a 'green' product guaranteed to get the heavily soiled carpets clean. Instead what I got was a complete soaking of some carpet areas that took weeks to dry and with a lingering smell of mildew. I decided to use Angie's list this time around and I am completely happy I did. I read many reviews of different companies and settled on Upland Steam because overall most of their reviews were satisfied to extremely satisfied with the service. When I called to schedule the appointment I was greeted by a knowledgeable and helpful scheduler, given a fair price, with a followup before the clean date as a reminder. I am extremely happy with the quality of the cleaning. There was just one technician although from reading reviews I was expecting two. I think two technicians may have worked better toward ensuring all areas were cleaned adequately and without possibly damage to furniture etc but in the end Luis was the epitome of professionalism and did a great job on his own. My carpet looks bright and refreshed. I will call Upland Steam again for my future carpet cleaning needs.

Excellent!!!! Carpets look great. Manny was our tech. He showed right on time and finished exactly when he said he would. He was very, very professional. Will definitely use Upland Steam again and will ask for Manny.

They were considerate and careful, used plastic protectors to prevent damaging corners. The cost was a bit more than I paid my excellent, former (now retired) steam cleaners, but that may be simply a cost of different equipment. So I would actually give a B+ for price. Also, they gave me a $10.00 coupon for next cleaning. I will definitely use Upland Steam in the future.

As in the past, the service was prompt, courteous and professional. Without any hesitation I will reschedule with this company. I feel that my business with them is valued. My home looks and smells so lovely when the work is completed.

It went find. He was done in hour and 3/4. Very, nice person.

Manny came on time and was very professional, explained the service and gave us a 'tip' sheet for after care. We had some dog stains on the carpet and he was able to go over all the spots with good results. The price and time of service quotes were on the dot.

Manny and Luis arrived 15 minutes early. They were extremely nice. They waited for me to get my cats and dog settled and then walked through the house looking at what needed to be done. I told them about the more difficult areas where the pets had left stains. They did tell me that the worn traffic areas might not come out as good as the other areas, and I understood that was probably what would happen. They asked me questions about what I wanted done. Manny worked on the carpeting while Luis worked on the couch. They both worked very hard and did a great job. They acted professionally in every way. They had me check their work when they were about halfway done to see if it was meeting with my approval and then again when they completed the work. They gave me a brochure that told me how to take care of my carpet. I had questions about how long I needed to wait to let the carpet dry and they patiently answered all of my questions. I am very satisfied with this company.

Manny arrived on time...introduced himself and proviided written information about cleaning and maintaining my carpet. Also included in the literature was a "tech profile" of Manny...very interesting. He was efficient, professional, and thorough. Upon completion, most of the stains on the carpet were gone. The traffic patterns are still visible as well as the stains from filtration along the floorboards...he had informed me in advance that they were probably permanent and would not be removed.

Very professional and came when promised. Tile floors & carpet look great. Very happy.

I have used Upland Steam for many years. Sometimes calling at the last minute for a cleaning, Kathy has always worked to accommodate my schedule. The work is always done to my liking. They are professional, focus on the to be done, don't upsell and go over any areas that they had difficulty. I have no reason to go any where else.

What can I say they have been coming to our home for years, I truly trust them as a service provider.

Over the last several weeks, Upland Steam has cleaned my carpet and tile on two separate appointments. I have used Upland Steam for carpet cleaning several times and I am very pleased with the company and the technicians (Manny and Steve). They are very professional, friendly and polite. This is my first time cleaning the tile/grout in my home. I was very pleased. Since this was the first time for tile cleaning and it was quite dirty, there was a small area that needed a little more work and Inland Steam was back at my house the next day to clean the small section again. Can't ask for more than that! They are more than willing to do what needs to be done. Diane was also very helpful in scheduling and keeping me informed of my appointments. I would highly recommend.

They did a beautiful job as always. It took very little time and enhanced the selling of our home.

Excellent Service I spoke with Steve on the phone and he provided a verbal quote. He had a time available the next day but I was not ready to commit to the price. After comparing his price to a few others and the cleaning process, I decided to move forward with Upland Steam. I called back and Steve was able to keep the time he earlier told me. Manny arrived on time and was very professional. He presented me with a business card and some information about the job that he was going to perform. He protected the area from his hoses and began work. He moved one of my couches, that was not part of the scope. He told me before he did it and then replaced the couch where it belonged. Upon completion he took the time to explain the drying time and asked if we had any questions. I was very satisfied with the service and would call them again and recommended to my friends and family.

As in the past, provided thorough and long-lasting cleaning in accordance with their estimate and schedule.

The service was amazing. The gentleman that cleaned our carpet was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He was honest and gave us great tips on how to keep the carpet clean. The carpet dried fast, and it didn't leave a smell. I am using Upland Steam again! Highly recommend. Oh and the price was the best too.you can't go wrong with this company.

My carpet looks great. The technician was very nice and worked hard to get stains out of the carpet.

Fabulous job. The gentleman was very professional. He didn't rush through the job. The work was meticulously. All pet stains were removed from carpets, and living room seating received a thorough cleaning. Everything looked like new when he left! This is our second time using Upland Steam. Plan on calling them next time!

I can't praise this company (specifically Steve, Diana, and Manny) highly enough. I called a week ago after water had damaged carpets in two rooms, and, although the company's focus is now on cleaning rather than water damage mitigation, Diana patiently gave me excellent and detailed advice about what to expect and how best to proceed (advice that didn't necessarily guarantee any benefit to her company). Once the carpets were dry, I called again, Steve and Manny came (on one day's notice!), and the two took care of everything quickly, professionally, and at a very low cost (which I know because of other estimates this past week). To make matters even better, we really enjoyed meeting and talking to these two exceptionally skilled, personable men, learning a lot in the process; We will definitely contact them again when it's time to clean the rest of the house and wholeheartedly recommend this company. This is a family business, in operation since 1981. Their years of experience show and, clearly, benefit the customer.
