Description of Work: Upland steam sent 2 trucks to clean 2 large rooms of carpet, a 9X12 area rug, 3 large couches, an ottoman and 2 chairs. The techs were leery about the fabric on the 2 chairs, but I told them to do it anyway. All items were beautifully cleaned and not over-wetted.It was a rainy day, so it took a few hours more to dry than usual. The final bill came in below estimate. I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: The technician was prompt, thorough and very nice. From making the appointment to the cleaning, it was a great experience. I was pleased that the technician placed guards around the furniture to keep the hose from rubbing against the wood.

Description of Work: Great experience! Manny was on time, very professional and did a great job. I had an enclosed sunporch done (along with 2 interior rooms). The sunporch had indoor-outdoor on it and Manny alerted me to some of the problems of the possibility of bleed through from the dirt imbedded in very old wood that the carpet was laid on. BUT, after the carpet dried, it looked brand new. Even so, I appreciated his honesty and concern. Services was so fast and all the carpets were spotless. I'm going to have them come again next year!

Overall I have to say, they did an excellent job, and we will call them again. The price for the cleaning was estimated over the phone and no extra charges were tacked on. We called other places, and all the quotes were over priced. They conducted themselves in a professional manner, answered all my questions, and we were impressed, and thankful for a job well done.
Description of Work: They pre-spotted stained areas and cleaned the carpet, they also made sure to go over bad areas until they were cleaned. We were impressed with the way they conducted themselves in my home and care to the furniture.
