Some bolts and a bracket were torn from one of the panels of my garage door. The repair technician put in a new piece of steel and rebolted the bracket and now the door works perfectly. The price ended up being less than the estimate.

It went perfect. I called the day before and dthey said they could be there between 8 and 9 AM. He showed up at 8:05 AM and recommended a sscrew driven opener. He said he would be finished in 45 mins. He was correct. He was very professional and we were very pleased.

Called JMK Garage Doors in the morning and scheduled a repair for my ailing garage door for THE SAME DAY between 12 noon and 2 p.m. My service man showed up at about 11:50 a.m. He quickly diagnosed my garage door issues (broken spring and a 20+ year old opener that was on its last leg) and within 1 hour all the items were fixed/installed. He also programmed my car to sync with the garage door so I could use the car manufacturer opener feature. And, as he was leaving I casually asked about a Keyless Entry device - how do they work, where can I get one and how much should it cost me. Louis had one in hi struck, installed it in 2 minutes and DID NOT CHARGE ME for it. I would highly recommend JMK Garage Doors. Very Professional.

They were excellent and professional. It was a close call with another company but I ended up using J M K Garage Doors. My husband liked their owner who was an older gentleman who really knew his owner. Their offer and proposal was very professional. The only reason we went with them is because the owner brought a bunch of different hardware and showed us some differences. We had some stuff that we could actually look at; so my husband felt that he liked their personal better. The owner’s name is John Kinney. They did an excellent job on the carpentry work. We had to have a lot of carpentry work done because of the structure of the way the doors were installed. They brought wood and they redid the frame on the garage, and it was very professionally done. When my painter came and did the painting, he also said that they an excellent job on the carpentry work. They provide good personalized service. Everything that we asked the owner, he knew the answer to that question and he seemed very experience. They even came early for the appointment both on the estimate and the day they did the service. They called and said that they were on their way and would be here in a half hour.

HE CAME THE SAME MORING THAT I CALLED, PERFORMED THE REPLACEMENTS QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY AND WAS VERY IMFORMATIVE ABOUT THE PROJECT AND WHAT I NEEDED AND SHOULD EXPECT.

I called for myself and also for my client. I am a Realtor. She had a broken spring on a 3 car garage, and I wanted a routine service done on my own garage door opener. They may have called her. I never heard from them.

The technician arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with the old unit. He explained exactly what the problem was and showed me the failed parts. He gave me a choice of repair or replacement, and did not pressure me either way. I chose to have him replace the old unit with a new belt drive unit. He replaced the unit in a little over an hour and did an excellant job. He then explained what he had done, demonstrated operation of the new unit, and helped me set the codes for the remotes. The new unit works great and I can't believe how quiet and smooth the new belt drive unit is. I am totally satisfied with the new garage opener and the installation work that JMK did for me.

My 25-year-old garage door opener had been on its last legs for quite some time and it finally pooped out. Everyone knew when I was leaving or coming home by the loud screeching of the door hinges and the grinding of the motor wheezing to get it open or closed. JMK Garage Door Service was recommended to me by my brother-in-law who is GM at a local lumber yard. They showed up promptly at the appointed time and within an hour they had the new opener installed. In addition, they oiled and greased the door hinges so no more of that horrible screeching. The unit they installed is incredibly quiet when operating. Wish I had done it sooner. Now I can sneak in or out without anyone knowing.

As a result of cosmetic damage to two sections of my roll-up door, I was considering replacing the sections. J M K advised that I have the door repainted; not only would it be much cheaper, it was that I needed. In short, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. And then he gave me two places to request a referral and a sample for the painter.

I took several local companies off your list and JMK was the first I called...I was so impressed with the low key approach and the fact that the company had been in business, in Upland, for many years that my search ended and I looked no further. The technician/owner was very prompt and conducted the repair on a timely basis. He could have made a more expensive repair, but was honest and fixed the real problem (a wiring issue) at half the price. I would recommend this company.

The job went great, I found the company on Angie's List, they were able to show up within an hour of me calling them, the repairman was both friendly and professional, they quickly repaired my damaged garage door, and serviced my other door, I was surprised at the low cost, it was only slightly more than the minimum trip charge even after parts. It was nice not to have someone try to up sell me on parts or services I don't need; my total cost was less than other companies charged just for coming out. I would highly recommend them.

In answer to my call owner arrived the same day to evaluate damage and enter bid. Installation made a few days later in a fast and competent manner. In response to a couple of other bids the price was in line.

I WAS REAL HAPPY BECAUSE THE DOOR BROKE, AND THEY WERE OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS. THE MAN KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO, AND HE HAD THE RELEASE CLIP TO REPAIR THE DOOR, AND HE GREASED EVERYTHING. WHEN HE WAS DONE, EVERYTHING WAS WORKING NICELY AND QUIETLY.

CALLED AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE ON OUR GARAGE DOOR. THE APPOINTMENT TIME SCHEDULED WAS MET. THE SERVICE TECH PERFORMED THE WORK THAT WAS REQUESTED AND WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK.
