Description of Work: We had all of our windows replaced in our 3 bedroom house, including a greenhouse window. Avi, one of the owners, was sharp, straight-forward, and responsive. Their price came in at less than 1/2 of one of the other bids we got. | |Crew came on time, did good work, and cleaned up after themselves. | |When the building inspector came he was unable to see the tempered glass mark on one of the bathroom windows that was required. I called Avi and he immediately came over. Turned out we had two identical sized windows in our two baths (one of which needed to be tempered) and the movable parts had been put in the wrong room. 30 seconds later and it was fixed. | |These guys knew their stuff, were easy to deal with, and gave a very good price. We purchased Milgard windows from them. | |Very pleased.

Description of Work: Took way to long to install two solid wood doors and a security door. Quote for work and ordered doors on 1/31 job not complete until 3/15. Called them after several weeks to check on status and was yelled at and told, "don't you think we want to be paid". Work was C quality at best. Wood used to rebuild door frame looked like scrap quality. I asked installer if he was using paintable sealant and he said that's all I ever use.When I went to paint the doors he had used nothing but silicone based non paintable sealant. Installer dropped a hammer through a window. He did replace the window with the same C quality work. I expected a lot more from this company for the premium price they charged. I feel like they stuck it to us because they knew this was going to be a insurance claim.
