WE contacted this company to fix two sprinklers in the front yard and change the sprinkler controller.  This ended up costing $5,000.00.  They wanted to use "Rainbird sprinklers" in the front.  To do this they ended up changing most of the front yard sprinkler system.  They had 3 people work 5 days to do my request.  After the third day the two sprinklers in the front were still not fixed but most of the previous sprinkler system was removed and new system put in.  They charged by the hour.  The last day they had two people stand around while one worked to put in the sprinkler controller which took 8 hours.  They wanted to work on the back yard sprinklers to maximize coverage.  I stopped this as there was nothing wrong with this sprinkler system.  The work was average.  They had to rework the front sprinkler system they had fixed because they attached part of the front to the wrong system.  They charged me to redo  what they had done.  They could never give an estimate of time or cost.  They charged an hour they were not there an hour every day to "get things" but they would get things during the day.  I would NOT use them again and believe the cost per return of services is very poor.  This experience actually encouraged me to join Angie's List.

Arrived right on time in the early morning. First check the meter to determine whether there were any leakes in the system and then with great efficiency proceeded to evaluate each of the stations for operation and then each sprinkler head. The men were clean and polite, patient with my questions. Dennis Southwich is fantastic and quite knowledgeable, professional, an ewnjoyable men.

Lawn irrigation not functioning properly. Dennis spotted the problem right away- Shutoff valves not installed properly. Had Dennis redesign irrigation system and install more efficient heads. Work was done professionally and the lawn didn't look as if it has even been disturbed. I am very happy with the way work was done and the outcome. I would recommend him and his people without reservation

They are very prompt and they tell you exactly how much it cost each hour. They have two or three people working on it so it doesn't take too long. I also like that the bill is very detailed so I know exactly what I paid for and what I got. The valves themselves cost $100 each, so they really didn't charge me too much to do the work and I think that was reasonable.
