We hired 4 Season Remodeling & design to remodel my vacation home kitchen and bathroom -- a project that needed a number of changes/installations, including an open space kitchen and a complete master bathroom, a floating vanity, new flooring and paint. In the kitchen, a wall needed to be taken down and another built, carpet replaced with tile, recessed shelves installed, shower and sink hardware for arthritic hands, grab bars, etc. We interviewed at least 6 contractors which all of them were friendly, good and with similar pricing. But Jacob just seemed to be more knowledgeable and more organized than the rest. I was so impressed with the larger rebuild/remodel projects on his website and was a little concerned that a smaller project like a bathroom remodel might be put on the back burner. He assured me it would be complete in 5-6 weeks from the start date. I really could not be happier with the results. And my mom absolutely loves her beautiful new bathroom! Jacob and crew were so pleasant, patient, and easy to work with. They were prompt, made thoughtful and cogent suggestions and kept the worksite organized and clean! We couldn't have been happier with 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design. Jacob came out to give us a bid on our kitchen, dining room, and family room remodel. The quote was very detailed. There was no "Oh, it should be around this much." It was clear with each item priced out. He was professional, thorough, and had great ideas. Jacob was our project manager. He was very responsive and communicated with us during every step of the remodel. He let us know what and who to expect with each phase. They were on time and budget. So rare these days, but they made it happen! Though they did not provide and install the kitchen cabinets, they worked closely with the cabinetmaker to ensure that everything went smoothly. They did everything else, though: floors, ceilings, removed the fluorescent and installed new lighting, plumbing, electrical, new gas line to the stovetop, baseboards, wall repair, paint, door & window installation, outdoor stucco repair, trim, framing, etc. Everyone who came to our home was extremely kind and professional. We wouldn't have wanted anyone else to do this. We can't wait for them to start our master bathroom.

He have got the permits pretty quickly and we started construction. We had our kitchen remodeled with Jacob from Jul-Aug 2023. The remodeling process was smooth and Jacob helps you along the way providing you with next steps to complete the project. His employees were all amazing. Jacob did a wonderful job on demolition and replacing our electrical system. The remodeling included basically everything from demolition to new installation of cabinets and appliances. These guys are masters at what they do and they will complete the tasks requested of them expertly. I have no reservations about recommending Jacob and his construction company to anyone looking to remodel a kitchen. I am very satisfied with their work. We had some other projects going on at the same time like popcorn ceiling removal and patio door replacement while Jacob and his crew were remodeling and they were extremely accommodating and worked around these other projects. Me and my wife are very happy from the overall work that Jacob and his team did at our house recently. The work was a complex one because it required the removal of some supporting beams in order to give a new open look for the first floor.
