Description of Work: Bob talked with me at length regarding tree removal and installing a concrete patio, quoted a price and then when he emailed the estimate there was an additional $270 that had not been discussed. We did agree on the phone and set up a time for him to remove 3 trees, and I scheduled the rest of my day accordingly. Bob called the evening before, and said he would come by to sign contract, and the trees would be done later in the day, no time given. He argued with me regarding my need to be present. "Later in the day" was not possible for me, so we discussed rescheduling but nothing was decided. I was a little hesitant in hiring him in the first place, because he would not commit to a date to schedule the tree removal or patio. He wanted to wait and schedule jobs in the same area on the same days. For me, you need to accept the job or not, and then tell me when you can do it or not. Cost of tree removal was going to be $500, 500 sq ft of concrete $2500, drains $270.

Description of Work: I called and left a detailed message on the services I was requesting and never received a return call. Very unprofessional in my opinion! Even if this company could not preform the services requested it is polite to return the phone call and let the person know.
