1) Square footage as measured by Moses far exceeded actual footage to be covered. 2) Moses scheduled a day to re-measure the area but he never showed up, or even called. 3) Did not credit us with the amount of flooring purchased but not used (about 40 sq feet) AS PROMISED. 4) Did not leave the extra flooring with us, even though we were charged for it. 5) Charged us an extra $217.00 for molding despite his assurance that his overall price included "everything."

Response from MOSES-MASTER CARPET
In response to member comments: 1) (Member name removed) submitted his own measurements as noted on the signed invoice (see attached). 2) There was no appointment made to measure the (member name removed) home, however, as our policy, I always measure on the day of installation to double check the amount of material needed. 3) The(member name removed) were not credited for the unused flooring because they decided to have it installed in another bedroom because they were happy with the original installation. 4) Before the initial leftover flooring was installed in the other bedroom, I had to order additional boxes to complete the installation (see second invoice attached). All the additional flooring was used in the second installation. The (member name removed) signed both invoices, in which the disclaimer states that any additional material and labor needed will be charged back to the customer. I also absorbed the $75.00 delivery cost of the extra boxes. 5) Transitions were needed and included in the original invoice and installed. However, baseboards are not considered transitions and charged separately. The (member name removed) were advised of the charge prior to installation. Comments by Moses/Master Carpet The (member name removed) neglected to mention that there was a charge to move furniture. The (member name removed) said that everything would be out of the rooms that were to be installed. On the morning of the installation not one item had been removed from the rooms. The (member name removed) complained that their backs were hurting and that they had slept in late. I paid my installers to move all the furniture before they started working. When I asked to be reimbursed, the (member name removed) refused to pay stating that they had helped them. I could have been like other companies and rescheduled the job or insist that the (member name removed) hire someone to do their part, but I kept my promise to install their job on their requested date of a Saturday which is not one of my regular installation days. I feel that my installers went above and beyond what was required of them on their day off. I kept my promise of installing on their requested day as well as absorbing the cost of moving the furniture the (member name removed) did not move. I feel the (member name removed) complaints are not valid. Sincerely, Mosche Mizrache, Owner
