He came on a Saturday morning at 8 a.m. about as soon as I called because it was an urgent situation. He was kind, professional, very personable, super friendly and appreciative of my dog and gave me a GREAT deal! They are my new go-to locksmith guys for sure and I will recommend to anyone who needs it.

I selected Sean because he has outstanding reviews on Angie's List, and after working with him, I see why he receives high reviews. He worked with us to make sure that we knew our options, including prices. He consulted with us to make sure the order fit our needs and wants, including the color of the locks. Sean was always very responsive, and always professional and diligent. He works as a craftsman, with attention to detail, and he went above and beyond to make sure the lock fit a non-standard door size. Although we purchased the locks to upgrade security, the locks also upgraded the look and style of the house, which added value to the home. Sean is perhaps the most responsive contractor I have worked with, and always responds very quickly. I plan to recommend him to other friends who are looking at installing or upgrading locks.

It was an older lock so it did take him quite some time to do so. He didn't even charge me extra for his time but he should have. He was so pleasant and really nice to work with. Amazing work ethic.

I spoke with Sean and described to him our door lock situation. We didn't have the key to a front door gate and purchased a door lock with a deadbolt to replace it. We also had purchased door locks and deadbolts for 2 older doors that we didn't think can be rekeyed. He quoted me $75.00 to replace the lock on the front door gate and said that the other doors may just need to be rekeyed. Sean showed up within the hour. He assessed the door locks and said that he didn't need to replace ANY of the locks and would be able to rekey them! After all was said and done, he rekeyed all 3 doors, replaced an old door knob and latch for no charge, and gave us 2 extra keys above the 3 we asked for, all for his initial estimate of $75! I now get to return 3 door locks and deadbolts that cost me $150! Essentially, I saved $75! I highly recommend Doctor Locksmith. He went well above and beyond! Truly satisfied! We will definitely call on him again.

We have been going through construction at the house and we felt that too many people had access to the keys. Our locks were old and my husband was worried that we could encounter problems if we did the job by ourselves. I looked around and found Sean and he said that they were having a special and he would do the job for $75 which was much less than anyone else. I called him on a rainy Saturday after 1 pm expecting to schedule the service call for the following week. Sean said that he could be at our place by 4:30 the same day if we were available. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical. Sean showed up on time and finished the work as promised. Even though he gave us more keys than originally agreed on he did not charge us more. When I called him a few minutes after he took off to clarify something he was very pleasant, He answered all my questions and said that he would turn around immediately if there were any problems. Which there were none. Over all I was very pleased with his service and would highly recommend him.

He was responsive, called me to set up the service and efficiently re keyed my 4 locks.i would highly recommend this service. I just moved in and my place was a mess with boxes and furniture everywhere and when he was done with the locks he was kind enough to ask me if I needed help with moving anything. I didn't take him up on the offer but it was thoughtful.

They repaired a front door lock. The door did lock but now it no longer works. I would really appreciate if he came and fixed it again so it works permanently.

It worked out really well. We never heard from them. Everything was fine, great service but there was a part that wasn't right but they still put it in. It still works but I think they were supposed to send another part and we never heard from them but they did a great job. It was a wonderful service. We have a lifetime guarantee on our door knob and they had to send it back, send those in or get new ones and then they came back and put the new ones on and then one of them wasn't correct and then he had to give them a call but we haven't heard form him since. I would use this provider again in the future.

The service went okay except for the lock that he put in. It is not really closing as well as I hoped it would. I had a friend come over and fixed it. It worked like for one turn and then it is not working again. I have a feeling it is maybe because he did not change a part of the lock. I have not called him back to fix it or anything like that. It is minor, but it is still annoying because I cannot use a deadbolt that is why I have not put the lock in. I think if I call him, he probably will come out, but I am not sure if he will charge me a service call to come out again. It worked when he first installed it, but for some reason, the deadbolt is not picking up with the plate. He was on time. He was courteous and did not leave a mess. He was fine. He seems knowledgeable and I do not have any complaints other than the fact that that is a very old door and it looks like it has been worked on before.

The locksmith came on time. He adeptly fixed the loose lock and then I had him change and clean another outside lock. He worked quickly, was clean and neat. A very pleasaant man. Yes, I would use him again.

The service went very well. He did a fine job and even showed up early to the appointment. He did exactly what the deal stated. He completed the service in about 25 minutes. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I purchased a coupon on Angies list to have my locks changed, with the information proved they stated they serviced my area. These guys never showed up, then when I emailed them they said they could not provided service in my area. When I asked for a refund from the prepaid coupon I didn't get a responce

I called Doctor Locksmith when I thought there was a bigger issue when the locks were not functioning properly. Sean sprayed WD40 and the locks were working perfectly again.

Simple job, done well and quickly.
