It went very well. Sean was on time, and completely in and out in short order.

I was satisfied with the service. I had additional locks to be re-keyed. It was pretty straightforward on how much it was cost, and he was willing to figure out what it was based on how much I was willing to pay for it. The communication was clear. He broke it down after he got here as to what I would get for the big deal and what the additional locks would cost me. He called the manager who told him what he was allowed to offer. They were clear in helping me to decide. It would be nice if they had packages for 4 locks, or 10 locks instead of just one big deal. It took him about 2 to 3 hours. If I had the time I would have looked around for something cheaper. The price wasn't the best, but I had waited a long time, and the Angie's List big deal and the rating encouraged me to go ahead. The quality of work was definitely good. We live in LA so he was late, but you can't really blame him because of traffic.

I had a great experience with Sean from Dr. Locksmith. He was very accommodating in trying to fit me into his busy schedule. I had 6 locks rekeyed and replaced a mailbox lock. He also offered to help me reset my garage remote controllers and keypad without my asking. Great service and I would highly recommend him!

The provider arrived on-time. He went to work on the locks right away. I assumed he was going to change 2 locks on the front door and would have 1 key for it. And I assumed he was going to do the same for the door in the back of the house, 1 key for two locks. I would end up with 2 different keys. My assumption was wrong. He actually changed all 4 locks altogether and made them the same 1 key. That was fine. I was surprised because I did not communicate what I thought was going to be done.

He was very professional and responsive. The job was very well done. He cleaned up all the dust from drilling and I thought the fee was very reasonable compared to a few other quotes I received. He also tightened up an old loose doorknob for me.

Ben took the lock apart, he was able to push out the broken key piece, then lubricated all the pieces. He then put the lock back together and installed it back in the door. I use to have problems with the lock sticking, but now since he lubricated the pieces, it unlocks easily. I'm so happy I found Doctor Locksmith on Angie's List. I now have their phone # on speed dial.

I love this company! I got locked out of my house and needed a locksmith, so I called Dr. Locksmith. The technician showed up promptly; He was very nice, sincere, and honest. He charged me a fair price for the service and it was clear that he was a professional. The job was done very quickly and efficiently and the lock and door were not harmed. I also liked the fact that they didn't try to push extra services on me like other service providers tend to do. I will not hesitate to use this company again, and I can attest to the fact that these guys are reliable. Thank you so much!

Travis was exactly on time, was so very patient, very nice, and did a wonderful job. I will be having them do some other work on my locks in the future. I am very impressed.

They worked within my schedule to come out very quickly at a time convenient to me, were punctual and professional, and were very keen to be sure I was happy with the service. When one of the locks was not working properly they were going to supply a new one. I found a spare in the house, but as it didn't match the look of all the other knobs they told me many times that if I wasn't happy with it I should call them to replace the knob/lock. I would absolutely use again and recommend their service.

We purchased an Angie's List coupon for new home rekey: job went very well - we did not realize the one lock was of a different type so we had to buy a new lock to ensure uniformity which cost a little more but was still cheap. Job was completed quickly and everything is working well.

The owner was really nice. He made an appointment very quickly, showed up on time. I appreciated that as I wanted the locks rekeyed to keep out someone who had a copy of my keys. Made an appt and he arrived right on time. Changed the locks and gave me extra keys.

It went well, he was very responsive and he did the job. My only critique was that he was supposed to leave four keys behind but he left only two. he did not make copy of them so I had to make the copies myself.
