Nick was great to work with, he was very knowledgeable and provided great info. His team was great, they were all very hard workers and kept us in the loop with what the needed to do. They were always punctual and cleaned up after their job. Very impressed.

Company was great in all ways. They contacted me within hours after I purchased the deal on Angieslist and arranged for someone to come out and look at the job. I scheduled the painter for the following week. He arrived promptly in the early morning and started prep work. I had to leave for work and when i came me in the evening the job was completed. The job was not overly complicated but he did it perfectly. Good cleanup too.

Nick gave me a good estimate on the project. Theresa did a great job in scheduling and answering any questions. Miguel and crew were on time, friendly and the house and fence look great!

The bid was reasonable/fair for the work to be performed. The work was completed thoroughly, professionally, and to my high standards. The crew was professional, polite, hardworking and appeared to be regular employees. We were completely satisfied and will use Lighthouse Painting Contractors in the future, and recommend them to others.

Everything went perfectly. Great customer service, quality professional workmanship, respectful employees, and they treated my house as if it was their own. Very honest and displayed great integrity.

We had several bids and Nick's was quite a bit lower than the others. When we had talked to him we thought we could get by with just replacing a few boards in the gate but the work by the carpenter was not pleasing and we ended up having a new gate built. The new gate ended up being and looking great. Looking back I think we should have asked for a new gate from the beginning because it is difficult to disassemble and reassemble a gate using some of the old wood and expect it to look good. So having realistic expectations as a client is important. The carpenter did a good job hanging the shed doors in doorways that weren't completely square. It was a challenge trimming the jambs but the end result was worth it. The crew took several days to replace rotted trim, prep, and paint the doors, trim, and patio cover. We added the eaves to the job when we realized that we hadn't specified that in the original bids. At the end, I walked around with the lead painter and he took care of any issues that I pointed out. Nick was responsive to any concerns. He showed up to do the estimate when he said he would. His crew started the work on the day they said they would start and came back each day until the job was done. We are happy with the final result and would hire them again.

I submitted a request for an estimate on Monday and was given an appointment on Friday morning. Nick arrived on time and was able to give me an estimate on the spot; he was also able to schedule the work to be done the following week on Saturday and stated that the work would be completed in one day. The two painters arrived on time, they were very professional, respectful and hard working. They were able to complete the job in a timely manner and the work was exemplary. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied with the complete process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Estimator was on time and very helpful. Arrangements were smooth and hassle free. Painter was also punctual, fast and cleaned everything up afterwards.

I met with Nick and he offered a fair price for work to be done. Was able to schedule that same week. I appreciate that he had a crew of 4 men who did the work in a 2 day time period. They were on time and worked diligently. Work was done very neatly and no spots were left on my wood floors. I recommend without hesitation.

Lighthouse came out to my house and gave me a free estimate which was professionally done by Nick. Nick told me everything Lighthouse was going to do for my house. His painters came out and at 7:00 am every day they were hear and started to work. The painters were very nice and new exactly what to do. They first 2 days the prepped everything on the house from sanding all the wood, to caulking everything that required it, to masking everything that required masking. They then matched up the paint perfectly and on completion of the house it really looked fantastic. You really can tell the painters are happy on the job by the way they sing and laugh while there doing the job. I highly recommend Lighthouse painting for any type of painting projects. Lighthouse provided an excellent paint job for our home. The price was fair and reasonable. The work started on time, and ended on time. There was no need for any rework. They let us pick the paint colors and brand. All the workers did very professional work. A few were a little noisy, but great workers are hard to find so it's cool. Also, the operators of Lighthouse are good people.

Pro: Contract was properly written and eventually fulfilled. Detail work was eventually completed. Wood staining was matched properly to existing colors. Con: I complained to Nick that the all-important details were sloppy. Paint was on wooden door frames in several places. Paint was on the white baseboards in several places. Several doors were painted shut; (3 doors were painted shut twice and 1 door was painted shut 3 different times). Paint was spilled on brand new paving stones outside. Nick's response to me was "I can't be here all the time looking over everybody's shoulder making sure everything is done properly." Clearly something a contractor should never say. I asked Nick if dirt was washed off the stucco before painting it. There was no evidence that the stucco was washed. His response was "I don't know, but if I ask the workers, they will tell me yes." Another unacceptable answer. I had 8 different workers at my house over 10 days and had to explain multiple times what to do. I had a punch list with more than 20 items, almost all fine little details that matter most when painting. Most details had to be fixed more than once, several details took 3 attempts to finish properly. To finish the job correctly, I had to follow around the painter for 3 hours making sure every detail was completed properly. That's unacceptable when you pay a professional.

Dealing with Nick and Theresa during the quote and schedule process was great. Job was scheduled for 2-2.5 days. A crew of 5 showed up on the first day and said they had finished the entire job by 3:30. Even after taking over an hour for lunch. I was happy to have it done early until we saw the quality of the work. The texture matching was very poor in 3 of the 5 areas. We were quoted and paid for two coats of paint and that was not done on at least 2 of the main hallway walls. The other walls I am unsure about. Nick was responsive to our concerns and had his lead painter come back on Saturday to correct all that was wrong. We paid in full, but will not be using them again. I was present for the first day with the crew of 5 and they talked amongst themselves non-stop. My belief is that this socialization contributed to the lack of quality work. We have never had any crew doing work in our home that talked as much and it was unprofessional.

The job was actually bigger than the Angie's List special I'd bought, but he gave me a great deal. The guys who did they work were very professional. I will use them again when I get around to having the full exterior painted.

From the moment that the office contacted me I knew I had selected the right company. Everyone was polite and very helpful. They said when they would arrive and they were right there at the appointed time. I observed all the taping and care they took to prepare the room for the paint. When they completed the job the room was clean and ready for the furniture to come back in. I plan to use them again when we need other rooms painted.

From the time of the initial estimate to the last day of painting, Nick and his team (Theresa in the office included) were very professional, punctual, and accommodating. We appreciated Nick's expert suggestions as to what needed to be done and his estimate was very reasonable. His crew arrived timely, stuck to their schedule, and cleaned up very well. Any questions and concerns we had were punctually addressed during the week. When we could see the progress of their work and quality involved, we decided to have a 2 story interior accent wall painted. Just like the exterior we were thrilled with the quality of work. I would consider my husband and I to be particular. Both of us work in the legal field and are very aware of issues that could arise due to improper licensing. Lighthouse is licensed, bonded, and carries worker's compensation. All very important for a homeowner's protection. Thank you Nick and Theresa for exceeding our expectations!

They did a very nice job! They were through and very neat and cleaned up nicely. They show attention to detail and were happy to accommodate any changes along the way. The price was fair and it was a pleasure working with Nick. I would high recommended them and will use them again in the future.

We were super pleased with Lighthouse. Nick came for a quote on time and quickly. He helped us determine what work needed to be done, and made helpful suggestions about paint type, color, and even suggested a great product for our concrete porch. The quote was very reasonable and after a few other bids, we chose Lighthouse. Theresa, the office assistant, was great. She helped arrange a free sample of paint at the paint store and was so helpful getting that taken care of. She was very easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Nick's team showed up exactly on time every morning of the 5 mornings quoted. They were very polite and respectful and helped answer questions. And they were really thankful and grateful when we bought them lunch one day! We were impressed. The job was done on time and well. Nick didn't end up showing up at all, which we had thought would happen, but we felt comfortable with his team that it didn't really matter. Had we needed him to, he would have. There was a few clean up issues, but they were minor. Overall a really nice job. We would definitely call Lighthouse again!

They are pretty good. We would recommend them. They kept their schedule. They cleaned up well every time. Very good. No complaints.

Nick and his crew were on time, professional and responsive. A bit of unexpected fascia and roof work were needed and his team took care of it within the original estimate. We also asked for a careful thorough cleaning of some fungus off the front door which was done completely to our satisfaction. Overall the house looks great. Well done guys!

Crew showed up exactly on time every single day. They use high quality paint only which I totally recommend. The crew did a quality job and excellent cleanup. They went above and beyond and did additional work by painting a stucco wall between my neighbors house and mine towards the back of my home behind a gate and I didn't even ask - they just all work did it in record heat too. I highly recommend Lighthouse Painting. They are licensed, insured and I received a quote within hours of first visit to my home. Very efficiently run and Theresa in the Office is always available and so helpful. I felt like I was talking to my best friend after one phone call. Call them if you need your home painted. You will be so happy you did!

They did terrific. They fit me in before we were having company and were done, cleaned up and out before the company came! They even put an extra person on the 2nd day to make sure it got finished in plenty of time as the company was coming that day! They cleaned up so well, nobody could have guessed they had just been there!
