My alternator shorted out and took the battery with it. Never made it home from work. Tow service took me and my car to Pearson after hours and they put my car in the back behind the gate because they had several vehicles coming in at the same time. The car was to be ready the next day but by the time they confirmed what was wrong with it, they could not have it ready until the next morning. They gave me a complimentary loaner car. Picked me up from home and took me back to the dealer to pick it up. I then returned it the next morning after my car was ready -- no charge. They kept me informed and gave me the option of a used or new alternator. Went with the new one because of the warranty plus it was in stock so I would get my car sooner. My husband usually does all of the service on my vehicle but he could not do it this time so I went to the dealer, which is also where we had bought the (used) car a few years earlier. They showed me all of the parts they replaced/removed.

The experience wasn't very good. I don't think I will deal with them anymore. There are some pretty nice people, but what they said on the car was a pain. They missed a few things. My car has been good, but price wise, people should make sure that they take what the salesman says with a grain of salt. I would suggest to others that they should know exactly what they want, and they should somebody with you home, rather than take the car to your own mechanic. I haven't had the service with them.

Excellent. Car was ready ahead of promised time. Car was clean and ready to go.

The process went very smoothly. The sales person was very professional and helpful. I went through some tough negotiations with his manager, but that's part of the car purchasing process anyway. Overall, I was happy with the outcome. They also have an onsite loan agent. She was excellent in finding the best loan option for us.
I highly recommend this place for buying your next GMC, Buick or Pontiac car.

I think my finance rate was 2.5% I did not have any problems with the financing or the purchasing of my car. Everything went smoothly and was everyone was nice and professional I would give the A's on everything and I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

Their price was a way too high. The quality of work wasn't good. I would not use them again.

We trust them. We've been going to them for a long time. The price of auto repair has gone up so it always seems like it costs more than it ought to, but that's just the way it is. We have a GM vehicle so we are more inclined to take it to a dealer rather than a regular shop.

They are a dealership. I have been taking my car there since April of 2001. They are really good. They have great quality service. The service staff is wonderful. They stand up to the manufacturer and convince them the work is under the warranty. They have bills reduced from eleven or twelve hundred dollars to three hundred dollars. They are responsive and extremely professional. The work is high quality. It is a half hour drive and there is a closer dealership, but we go to them because of their service. They have very competitive prices compared to the other shops we have seen. They stand behind their work. They do tires and brakes and major repair work. They are a full line repair shop. We have been extremely happy with their service department.
