We had Brian totally redo our driveway and are extremely pleased at the result (see pictures below). It looks so nice, that several people passing the house have stopped and commented about how nice it looks, and it was installed 5 months ago. Not only that, Brian's bid was "extremely competitive" and one of the lowest compared to the other four we requested. I would highly recommend that any prospective home owner contact Brian before committing to another contractor.

Brian was great at repairing my existing Arbor. He was always on time and he ensured that he stayed in communication on each stage of work.

Brian did a fabulous job on a large trellis that covers my patio. He was great to work with and the trellis really looks amazing! Very sturdy too - I expect it will last a very long time. We can't say enough about Brian. He replaced one entire deck, repaired another and built a new cellar door. He did a first-rate job and we couldn't be happier with the results. His communication was excellent since we were juggling the first set of winter storms. Perhaps the best recommendation I can give is to say we will definitely hire Brian again when we need carpentry work.

Very hard working, professional, and friendly. The owner, Brian, was on the job every day, and He and his nephew James did most of the preparation including drain pipe mainly because Brian skillfully used a bobcat to do the work of many. On the day of the actual pours (two separate pours) they had two other concrete pros help them and actually do most of that work. All worked week together, and everyone knew what to do and what had to be done. Everyone loves the stamped driveway, the most distinctive one on the block, and I wish I could submit some photos."

We are just about finished with the pergola over our paver patio. It has exceeded our expectations for beauty, workmanship, and value. Brian has been so easy to work with, staying in touch before and during construction, always arriving bright and early, and offering suggestions and options to make sure we get what we want. I hired Brian in May of 2014 to build a 600 square foot redwood deck for my rear patio area. Brian was honest and friendly to deal with. The quality of the deck is great, and he completed the project in only one week. I would totally recommend Brian O'Neill Construction for your deck needs. I may have him return next year for additional work.

Brian and his nephew were here bright and early every morning and even worked on Saturday to catch up and finish the deck on the original timeline. The debris was hauled away from the old deck in one day and the rest of the yard was not impacted by this project. Awesome job!

This job involved replacing an old deck with a slightly larger new deck. Brian started the work quickly once I accepted his offer. He estimated that it would take 4-5 days to complete and was right on target completing the job in 5 days. The old deck had not been professionally installed and did not have a proper foundation. This required Brian to perform additional foundation work that he had not expected. Although he made me aware that I was getting more than what he bid for, he did not ask for any additional compensation. I was very satisfied with the work and would use Brian again.

I hired Brian to replace a front deck that was in severe disrepair. His was the lowest of the bids I received for the job, and the work was absolutely top quality. They had the right tools for the job, and got the job done in a week and a half, even working a 12 hour day to make sure it got done before a storm hit the next day. My neighbors commented that they were working hard and not taking long breaks, and at least one of my friend already asked me for a referral after seeing the finished work. I'd happily hire Brian again for a similar job in the future.
