Oscar did what he was hired to do.

The cord on my vertical blinds was frayed. Oscar was able to replace the cord on site, for a reasonable price. Other companies wanted to sell me a brand new track for a lot more time and money.

. Professional and courteous. Technician was on time and finished quicker than expected.

After being told by another company my blinds couldn’t be fixed and could only be replaced, at quite a bit of a cost, The Blind Spot sent them to Hunter Douglass under a lifetime warranty and fixed them! They also fixed several minor issue repairs I had. Great service!

Very pleasant experience with Richard, he showed up on time, some of the blinds I thought might need to be fixed or replaced instead Richard just adjusted them. He is doing another home for me and I will be giving him all my business along with referrals.

They did a wonderful repair job of restringing the blinds but also detected the worn part that caused the break and replaced it.

Richard had excellent follow-up, both by phone and by email. Service was completed in a very timely manner and Oscar adjusted and/or repaired all the shutters and they look great! I would definitely use The Blind Spot again, and recommend them to others! Thank you HomeAdvisor!!

Richard and Oscar are extremely professional and friendly. They explained to be done and I am very happy with the outcome of my repair on my blind.

The company that initially installed my curtains was making it very difficult to get the repairs I needed. Blind Spot was receptive, quick and effective at a lower cost than the original installer.

Setting up the appointment was easy and I was able to get a day/time very quickly. The workers showed up on time. They were able to detach the shade and take it out to their van to do the work, which was much appreciated due to COVID protocols. Then the reinstallation of the shade also went as quickly as possible. I would definitely contact this company again for any kind of window covering need.

It is a hard year for everyone, and we all need to show a little grace and recognize good work when it happens. Like many small businesses, The Blind Spot is adapting to the times and experiences bumps along the way. To the owner's, Richard's, credit he called me and took responsibility for the error and set about correcting the situation. While there were ups and downs in getting to the finished project, I can state that Richard remained committed to getting the project done. In the end, the shutters were installed and look beautiful. It was good to deal with someone who cares about their business and customers.

The company rep called me back very quickly. They confirmed their appointment a few times over the following days. Showed up on time and completed the repair of my vertical blind very quickly. It was a loose cord and detached piece on the wall. Price was very fair. A different company had given me a much higher quote over the phone and never even showed up.

The workman did his job quickly and efficiently.
