The Blind Spot

Blindspot was perfect: they responded to my call immediately, scheduled someone for that day. He arrived on time and did a professional job restringing my blinds. He was efficient, did a clean job, and was respectful of my home.

Richard was very nice...diagnosed the problem...a simple solution that cost a lot less than new blinds. Part took a week to come in, but this was not Richard's fault...arrangements to come to the house were always timed well for both of us and he was always prompt.

At my expense,I mailed my blind to Blind Spot instead of making them come all the way to my house for one blind. They were late in sending it back to me and my guest arrived in our guest room with no window covering . They did finally drive it to my home and re install it at no extra cost. I'm happy.
