Description of Work: I recently purchased my first deal through "Angie's List". We had a problem with a nasty smelling bathroom, which no other company was able to fix. Giovanni from "Flood Brothers" worked his magic and the smell was completely gone! Two weeks later...still odor free!

Description of Work: Inspected main sewer line with camera from a clean out inside. Found no blockage. Cleaned a bath drain. This was done as part of deal purchased through Angie's list. The two brothers showed up on time, were professional and cleaned up afterwards. They advised me to get a sewer cleanout installed outside. No scare tactics. Will use them in future if need arises.

Description of Work: Checked out the sewer lines with a camera and showed me the 3 breaks in the clay pipes. Explained in detail what is needed, such as digging 3 holes and replacing the two clean out areas and the sewer lines with durable plastic approved sewer pipes, then replace cut sod and clean up. Everything was done as explained with professionalism, yet friendly and courteous.

Description of Work: They came and looked in my pipe and saw that it was broken and that they wouldn't be able to rod it. They suggested that I ask for a refund, which I am. I am proceeding with repair of the pipe with them.

Description of Work: Professional and quick to make appointment and come out to service but I could not use this service. Giovanni, from Flood Brothers Plumbing, came out to do the work as ordered, but he couldn't get his equipment into any drain in my home. I guess there was a drain opening requirement and our home didn't have that type of access. He looked all around our home to find a drain access but could not find one. Therefore, he said he could not perform the work order and told me to get a refund.

Description of Work: I purchased an incorrect service on Angie's List and when I made an appt with the plumber, i explained the plumbing issues I was having and he advised that the offer would not address those issues. He advised I ask for a refund. Giovanni of Flood Brothers plumbing was very nice, informative and I appreciated his honesty.

Description of Work: Fixed toilet. Didn't have the part. I bought the part and he returned four days later to fix it. No charge. Fixed garbage disposal in three minutes.
