We have used Bob's services a few times now and are always pleased with the work that he and his team provide. He is always on time, extremely professional, and very meticulous (perfectionist). Amazing job done well and incredibly fast and clean. Even did a flawless color match. From the first email to Bob through Angie's list to the final hand shake on job completion this was the easiest booking I have ever had with any services for my home. Call him now he books out several weeks but absolutely worth the wait.

Bob is amazing. We had a 100% fantastic experience start to finish. He quoted a very reasonable price, arrived for all appointments on time, he and his guys were very professional and friendly, did a FANTASTIC job and finished on time. I can't tell you how happy we are. We learned that our home was not the correct color as per HOA docs with assigned colors so with no reference, he made an EXACT match to our existing colors and blended walls going up the side of the house to keep costs down for us - it was PERFECT match. I was very worried, but it looks perfect. I would never have believed he didn't paint the whole house. Even better, he fixed a leaky balcony by stucco'ing areas where stucco was (apparently) missing, double caulked around all windows and doors, and then - since we got the first rain in months the day after he finished - called me on a Saturday morning to make sure we had no leaks. While they were here they also patched and touch up-painted many small holes throughout the interior of my house (created by my three maniacal kids). Bob is a great guy, and is very very good at his job. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any painting project, interior or exterior.

Bob and his crew were on time, neat, and courteous. They did excellent work. Of the three painters I got bids from for this work, Bob was the only one who noticed two boards that needed to be replaced on the deck, AND his was the lowest price. He did great, friendly work, and I wouldn't hesistate to call him again in the future.

Bob was a great help with our color selection and provided addresses of his previous work so we could see how different color combinations looked when actually applied to a house. We had contracted Bob earlier in the year for interior painting, so we were confident of the quality of his work. His crew arrived on time and ready to work every morning - and they left the work areas clean and neat when they finished work for the day. Bob is easy to contact by phone - either by answering directly or quickly returning a message. We plan to have Bob return later in the year for some additional interior work.

His work is meticulous, he is on top of every detail, very professional. This is someone who truly enjoys what he does for a living. He's not the first painter I've worked with but he'll be the only painter I ever work with again. He's customer focused, really wants to ensure total satisfaction. Choosing color was never easier as he gives you a timeline and options to make a decision, no last minute surprises. I would recommend Bob without hesitation.

Bob met up with me at the condo and saw the "work" I had done. To his credit he did not laugh or lecture me; but he did tell me that he was booked until September!! I told him about my budget and that I desperately needed to rent the condo asap. He reassessed the work involved and in his gracious manner he gave me hope. Now, I had read in another review about how honest and genuinely kind he is, and it is true. After a few minutes with him I had no qualms in giving him the keys to the fully furnished condo and letting him come in between jobs in order to help me meet my deadline. He gave me a professionally written estimate of work with all the expectations fully laid out. By the time he returned my keys, the condo was unrecognizable. It was bright and beautiful. Now, you?d think that I would be satisfied and leave this man alone, but knowing that he was going to return to do some final touch ups, I texted him to ask if while he was there could he possibly paint some additional doors that had not been in the original proposal and to let me know how much it would cost. Just when I thought that he may not have gotten my text message, he texted me ?OK doors are done, wall touched up, key under door?. When I asked again how much, he wouldn?t hear of it!!!! Bob and his assistant Jose are real professional painters. They do an awesome job. They clean up after themselves and truly left my home looking better than ever. They have integrity and take pride in their work. Bob also showed genuine concern for my personal situation too. I CALLED BOB FOR A QUOTE ON THE EXTERIOR PAINTING OF MY HOME, HE WAS PROMPT ON GETTING BACK TO ME, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO TALK TO WHEN WE MET, HE SPENT THE TIME HE NEEDED TO LOOK AT MY HOME AND IN A FEW DAYS GAVE ME A VERY FAIR QUOTE, HE ALSO CAME WITH AND SUGGESTED 2 COLORS FOR MY HOME THAT WOULD MATCH WITH THE NEW STONE WORK I GOT. Bob and his crew were really terrific. They were all professional and very nice. They came on time and did a great job. They got it all done in 2 days and I expected it would take longer. The bathroom looks wonderful. I will definitely be calling on his services again to paint my other bathroom and the exterior of my house.

The patio cover looks beautiful. Bob Patterson and his crew do excellent work, are very efficient and helpful. Everything went as scheduled. The job was begun on the 7th of July and finished on the 11th. I am very happy with the outcome and plan to use Bob Patterson Painting for future jobs.

Bob was available and responsive to all questions. He and his team did exactly what what agreed upon, and what he said he would do. They were punctual and performed all work within the hours he stated. I would absolutely use Bob Patterson in the future.

First and foremost, I contacted 3 painting companies on Angies list for estimates. I am a single mother and have been blessed enough to be able to purchase a townhouse this year, so I am on a VERY strict budget. Out of all 3 companies, Bob Patterson was the ONLY company to make an estimate under my budget. Not only did he give me an incredible deal, he offered to paint WAY more then the other companies did, this included an entire hallway wall to match the front rooms and my base boards that were never painted (I had no clue). Let me say, Bob had no clue as to my personal situation. Bob and an employee of his arrived before the appointed time on the date we chose and was waiting patiently at my front door for me to arrive with all supplies ready to go. He was very professional and they went right to work. I came in once in the middle of them working and I didn't even see them, they were upstairs hard at work. The second and last time I came in they were just about finished. The job they did on every single room was beautiful! My 4 year old son was so excited to see his room and he loved it! My room looks amazing as does my living room! They cleaned up everything (including sweeping the floors) and was paid and out by 2pm. I am so extremely happy I came across his company and hired him! I was so excited and pleased with the work. I am already telling everyone I know that if they EVER need a painting job done, he is the best! Thank you Bob Patterson! I can't express how much I appreciate the work you did! When I am able, I will be hiring you to do the bathrooms!!!

Bob was a breath of fresh air, after so many over the top estimates and unreliable contractors. It was nice to find someone honest, who took pride in their work and customer service. Thank you Bob and crew. You've helped to take a difficult situation fixing up a parents home to sale, and made it less stressful.

Bob's and Jose attention to detail is remarkable. They exceeded my expectations. They began the process by pressure washing the house (top to bottom), dug a trench between 4-6 inches deep around the house (so that paint can reach the lowest parts of the walls), and then masked off the house. Not only did they paint the walls and trim of the house, but they also painted the plumbing vent pipes found on the roof of the house. The painting of the vent pipes was completely unexpected. Additionally, they painted a few doors inside of my home because Bob was afraid the inside part of the main entrance door would clash with the adjacent doors. Bob took on the project as if it were his own. He consistently made recommendations that would enhance the look of the house; for instance, he recommended painting the garage door and removing outdated window treatments on the garage door windows that made the door look dated. Both of these ideas were outside of my creative preview. The best part of all of Bob's recommendations is that he did not charge me extra for any of them, nor his consultation on any of the ideas. In a nutshell, I would not hesitate to recommend Bob's services to my parents or any of my loved ones.

Bob came to the house every day and painted with a small team. punctual and excellent attention to detail. we were unsure of what color to paint our trim and Bob helped us every step of the way. He is patient and forthcoming about expectations and the price was very reasonable. we will be using him again! job well done sir!!!

Bob painted my neighbors house and did a great job. I decided to hire him as well. He is professional and friendly and takes pride in his work. He is on site actually doing the work every day unlike many people you hire. Came up with great suggestions and clever solutions to problems.

Let us begin by saying this is the first review we have written and the second time we have used Angie's list to select a provider. Bob Patterson and his team deserve any accolades we can think of. After meeting him it didn't take any time at all to see that he was our first choice. He is so knowledgeable and truly understood that as his clients we really are not experts. It is very stressful trying to plan a home improvement project not to mention finding the best contractor to do it. He made us feel that our needs really were important to him and that we could trust him to do the best job possible. We felt so comfortable working with him, just like having a good friend help us. He treats his clients with patience. We also discovered that he is a third generation painter and his experience was obvious. He also has the qualities of a true gentleman. We can understand completely why he is an Angie's List Super Service Award Winner. Bob arrived promptly to our first appointment and we went right to work discussing what we thought we needed to do. He listened attentively to our thoughts and then surprised us with his energy level, attention to detail and positive attitude. He made suggestions and gave us his advice about what we needed and also helped us to visualize what the final results would look like. He made so many recommendations that were so helpful. Things we hadn't even thought of. He never pressured us but kept saying here is an idea but of course we will only do what you decide to do. As we stated before this is so helpful. He explained how long the job would take. He said he would arrive with his team early and would work through the day. He told us he would be concerned about our convenience and comfort as the job progressed. As our meeting ended we were so excited to begin. Bob said he would get in touch and give us a free estimate of the costs which he did. He also remembered to include a coupon which was much appreciated. He also e-mailed us a written bid which was so helpful. He told us to review that and let him know if he forgot anything which we did. We had one more meeting with Bob to make sure there were no other things to discuss and that we were all on the same plate. We finalized everything and also discussed our color selections. The science of color, texture, sheen is a world that we are not that experienced with and he walked us through that with again no stress. Day one began early and Bob introduced us to his partner Jose. Jose was a perfect reflection of Bob. They have worked together for a long time. They are no nonsense guys about there work. They began by covering everything and moving the furniture. We were consulted and kept informed about everything. There was a surprise under the wallpaper that needed some additional work but Bob takes any changes in stride with that positive attitude. As the day proceeded we new from the quality of work they were doing that this was exactly what we had hoped. When Bob and Jose left that afternoon our home looked just like it did when they arrived with the exception of the fine work they accomplished of course. They had cleaned everything and moved the furniture back. Each day of the three Bob had said it would take began and ended perfectly. In closing let me say that this experience was indeed a wonderful one. Bob and Jose are the best. We also met Jose's brother who was part of the team A close family this team is. I told Bob that I had dreamed about the final results and it came true. I think that if professionalism, true quality of work, respect for your clients, good work ethics and good manors count then Bob Patterson is the team you should hire. Thank you Bob and Jose. This is the second time I've used Patterson Painting. He did two mor of my houses and it was a perfect job. In addition, I informed him of a problem at first house that was completed back in September 2013 and he went out there and corrected the problem.

Bob has been my "go to" painter for about 15 years. He has painted the exterior and interior of my personal residence, and just recently painted the exterior of my rental house. He is the best! Bob and Jose do all the painting themselves. He'll advise you on colors and techniques, if need be. They have years of experience and are trustworthy, punctual, clean, and really nice guys. They do excellent work, and are a pleasure to have around.

You cannot get a more genuine, high quality team of professionals then Bob Patterson and Jose. From the initial call to the on-sight visit to 2 days of work; went as smooth as good be. Both gents even kept our two dogs feeling "calm and all is good" with strangers working in the home. Bob does not mess around, knows his business like non-other and is a patient/gentlemen dealing with homeowners. Each day Bob/Jose cleaned up the work site, put everything back in the kitchen/family room so it could be used at night. Cleaned the floors inside and out once the job was completed as well. A week after the job, it looks even better! Told my bride to call him back to schedule us for more molding/painting. Standby though, he books up fast and you'll probably have to wait a few weeks or longer to get them in. You pay a little more but it will be worth, without a doubt.

Work quality was excellent. Will contract with Bob Patterson to paint the exterior of our home next year.

I had neglected the fasica and trim - the wood was exposed in sections- so Bob and crew of two had to scrape/sand the wood to prepare it to be painted. He had said it wouldn't look beautiful, the house is over 35 years old, but when he was finished I was impressed! Looked very good. We agreed on painting the trim around the windows in front and the front door but I was pleasantly surprised the he also painted the trim around the garage door. Took about 8 hours. Very professional and cleaned up after the job.

Exterior house painting. It went swiftly and smoothly. Bob was very professional, very positive, and supportive of my schedule. They worked neatly and efficiently and cleaned up any mess that they had made. When I go to paint the interior of my house I will be calling Bob to do the work.

Bob Patterson and his helper power washed my house on a Friday allowing it to dry out over the weekend. On Monday they arrived at 8am and worked non-stop till 3pm. They finished the job on Thursday of that same week. My house needed a lot of patching up. The door on the side of the garage was in really poor shape. The wood on the bottom had deteriorated. I couldn't afford to replace the door so Bob suggested putting a kick plate on it to cover the damaged area. The kick plate didn't come in the correct size for my door so Bob sawed it down to size. He attached the extra piece to the side of an old water filter box outside my kitchen that was rusty and falling apart. There were so many extra things that Bob did to improve the appearance of my house. He and his helper also cleaned up after each day. They finished the job 1 day ahead of schedule. The results were amazing! Thank you Bob!
