Ben was a lifesaver, he came to my house on a rainy Sunday night, fixed the problem swiftly and didn't overcharge even though it was an emergency call, in fact he extended a senior discount. He is now my electrician of choice!

Work was complete and through. Rates were fair and reasonable.

There is only one issue that keeps me from giving him a higher rating in Customer Service. My hot tub won't turn on since the work was done and I'm hoping it wasn't anything done by BC but I sent a text and left a phone message but 36 hours later I still haven't heard back. He installed an outlet for my electric car so it shouldn't have had anything to do with the problem with the hot tub but they both get their power from the same 200A box and it just seems very odd that it would quit working at the same time other work was done.
