We had decided on Pristine Construction before Nathan left the first time we talked. At that first visit we immediately knew we were in the hands of a professional. Never having done any remodelling before, we didn't know the first thing about the process and Nathan guided us through from start to finish. He listened carefully to what we wanted, gave us suggestions, showed us examples on his computer of other bathrooms he had remodeled, went with us to select the tile, and provided personal oversight of the project from start to finish. He and Mike, project manager, were a delight to work with. Their attention to detail and sense of color and style is reflected in the result - bathrooms that reflect a beautiful melding of colors and textures, expertly installed. They adhered to the schedule set for completion. When we changed our mind mid-project about tile we had previously selected for one of the bathrooms, Nathan graciously accompanied us again to select new tile and the project didn't miss a beat. The Pristine Construction crew were polite, professional and hard working. Many thanks to Sabino, Faustino, Ricardo and Eric. Either Nathan or Mike checked in personally or by phone daily about how we were doing, and explained what was going to happen that day. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day. Perhaps the best reflection of how we feel about the work they did on our bathrooms - which we love! - is that Pristine Construction is now our contractor of choice to remodel our kitchen in February 2012.
Description of Work: Remodel of 3 bathrooms and a vanity area including removal/replacement of tile around tubs, retiling of entire shower and installation of frameless shower door, tile flooring in all bathrooms, installation of 4 vanitites, mirrors, all hardware. 3 custom storage cabinets

Many reviews here are pretty comprehensive with long narratives. I?m going get right to the bottom line. Nathan, Mike and the tradespeople of Pristine Construction, Inc. are professionals. They deliver what they promise. Period. Communication was excellent. Their ideas were helpful. They were always on time. They cleaned up every day. They paid attention to details. They never settled for ?good enough?. They addressed our critiques with positive can-do attitudes. The job was beautifully done. They completed the project on time and on budget. What more need be said?

With Pristine Construction, Inc., we’ve had the best experience ever with a general contractor. It was expensive, but we got EXACTLY what we envisioned, and we got it with minimum hassle and minimum mess. Nathan was a great help in the design process, listened carefully to our wants and needs, at times gently suggested “better” decisions but was accommodating and enthusiastic when he was overruled. He made whatever we wanted work for all parties involved. The polite, talented and motivated crew showed up every day, worked hard, were meticulous in their craftsmanship and in their clean up at the end of each day. Nathan or Mike, or both, showed up every day as well and made sure we were pleased with the job. If we suggested a little “fine tuning” on some detail of the job, it was seen to immediately. Everyone involved in the project seemed truly invested in doing the very best job possible and in making us, the clients, happy. They succeeded big time!
Description of Work: Complete remodel of bathroom -- right down to the studs and the floor joists. All rough plumbing moved to different locations, all flooring and wall plaster removed and replaced. Two small windows replaced with one larger one. All fixtures and accessories replaced with new. New wall tile installed on cement and metal lath. New floor tile on floated cement floor. New recessed lighting and compliant ceiling exhaust fan.

Using Angies's List, I got 3 bids and then chose Pristine. The hardwood floors in my home were installed in 2008, but there was pretty severe water damage that the original contractor didn't repair to my liking. There was cupping and coving. First of all, it was very important to get the work done on a deadline. Elderly parents were taking a vacation and the work had to be started and completed before their return. Nathan guaranteed that it would be done and it was. In fact, the work was completed two days earlier than first stated. The crew arrived right on time each day. Isaac is the floor specialist for Nathan and he was here to check in everyday. Tony headed up the crew (Antonio, Hector and Chepe) and they did a great job. Nathan checked in everyday as well, either by phone or stopping by. They began the work on Tuesday, September 6. First day was moving all furniture and prepping the rooms. That meant sealing all vents, wrapping chandeliers and pendants in plastic, etc. The second day was sanding and they brought in an additional guy so there were two sanders and they finished in one day. Thursday they applied the stain, Friday the first coat of sealant. Normally, they would have started again on Monday, but Nathan decided to work the weekend. So, Saturday was the second coat and Sunday was the third coat. We were able to return to home on Monday, saving two additional nights at a nearby hotel. Monday was moving the furniture back in, painting the baseboards and other touchups. They came back on Tuesday for a couple of hours of additional touchups and a final cleaning. Tony and the crew did a great job. The crew was polite, quiet, (no blaring radios) and really took their time moving the furniture, being careful not to bang into walls, etc. The floors are beautiful and look brand new. Nathan and Isaac are easy to work with and very personable. There was no additional charge for the weekend work. I am very pleased. I am contemplating a garage conversion and when I am ready to proceed, I will contact Nathan.
Description of Work: Sanded and refinished all hardwood floors in house.

We recently had two bathrooms in our home totally remodeled, and we would like to tell you about our experience with Pristine Construction. Nathan Moses and his workers at Pristine Construction are experienced professionals who know how to expertly plan and execute any remodel project. We were not only totally delighted with the results of the project, but the entire process went very smoothly. Nathan spent a lot of time with us during our first meeting, showing us previous projects to help us decide exactly what we wanted to do with our bathrooms. We had a rough idea of what we wanted, but by looking at pictures of numerous previous jobs, we were able to make some design decisions. Nathan is knowledgeable about the current building codes, so he also gave us technical advice about exactly what needed to be done with the plumbing, electrical, and construction of the project. Once we decided to proceed with the project, Nathan lead us through each step of the project, and kept us informed about every little detail. He was always available by phone or text messages, to answer any questions about the project. He guided us to places for tile and plumbing fixtures, and he actually met us at the tile store. He spent about 2 hours with us at the tile store, helping us to select the tile. Not only does he have technical expertise, but he has a very good eye for the design of the project, and he helped us pick tile and fixtures that would look good together. The Pristine Construction work crew was excellent. They worked very hard every day and did very good work with all aspects of the project ? demolition, construction, plumbing, tile, painting, etc. They arrived on time every day and worked on a schedule. They cleaned up every day after the work was done. Nathan and Mike came by to make sure that every detail of the project was completed to our specifications, and they took care of any little or big issues immediately. The crew stayed pretty much on schedule, and the two bathrooms were completed on time. We felt comfortable to have the Pristine work crew at our home during the project. They were very careful to not let our dogs get out of the house (they are escape artists). The workers were even kind enough to help out the little lady next door with a dead rodent on her patio. Pristine Construction gave us a very fair price for the project of remodeling two bathrooms. The payment schedule for the project was written out clearly in the contract, and there were no hidden costs or additional charges added in during the course of the project. Nathan knows what he is doing due to his extensive experience, so he knows how to plan out any construction project and get it done. Well, you can see from the pictures that we have two beautiful new bathrooms - they should be in a magazine. We love our new shower, window, sinks, tile, paint, etc. Pristine Construction is the kind of company that really cares about the quality and the look of a project. When you see the word ?Pristine?, you think of something clean, shiny, and new ? that?s exactly what our project turned out to be. Thank you to Nathan and the crew of Pristine Construction, and we wish you continued success.
Description of Work: We had two bathrooms totally remodeled with Pristine Construction during July and August of this summer. At the initial meeting Nathan Moses spent quite a bit of time with us, helping us to design the bathrooms and figure out what we wanted to do. He had a treasure chest of pictures from previous projects on his computer for us to look at, and this helped us to make some decisions. We could immediately tell that he was the man for the job. The bathrooms were totally demolished and they took away all the trash. We never had to have the ugly dumpster in front of our house. They did all the rough carpentry to build a new shower, installed a new window, and put in new ventilation fans (and venting). They actually constructed a short wall around the shower, which looks very nice. When they put in the new window over the toilet, they had to reroute a bunch of plumbing, but somehow they managed to take care of that within a day or so. They pulled all the necessary permits for the work, and met with the inspectors, so it was nice that we never had to hang around waiting for the inspectors. The drywall in both bathrooms was totally retexturized, because we had previously had some funky wallpaper and the walls still had a lot of glue. They painted the bathrooms to the exact colors that we picked. The tile for the floors and showers were installed with craftsman detail. Nathan actually spent a couple of hours with us at the tile store to help us pick the tile. Then the Pristine crew installed the vanities, plumbing fixtures in the showers, and toilets. There was a problem with one of the shower parts that had been ordered incorrectly, and the Pristine crew took care of getting the right part for us. The Pristine crew kept us informed of these little issues during the job, but then they took care of it all. The Pristine crew did all of the electrical work too - installing new gfi outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, etc. They measured and ordered the shower glass for us, so it was all taken care of. The last touches for the Pristine crew were the molding along the baseboards, sealing the grout, hanging the mirrors, towel bars, etc. Did we also mention that they cleaned up very well every day after the work was done? From start to finish, they took care of every little detail, and they communicated with us throughout the entire process.

Our kitchen is wonderfull and we were very happy with the process. We selected Pristine Construction after looking at 2 other companies from Angie's list. Nathan (the owner) showed us the best work and created a design on the computer during our first (3 hour) visit. He had good ideas and seemed easy enough to work with (the other companies we talked to were good too, but Nathan's work seemed to be better). After selecting Nathan and negotiating a price ($38K) the work started approximately 5 weeks later. During that time we bought our appliances, tile, and fixtures. The work took a total of 4 weeks to complete, 1 week ahead of schedule. Someone from Nathan's crew was there every day (usually from 8am to 6pm). We appreciated the fact that the crew took time to minimize the dust and did a good job cleaning up every day. Mike, the Project Manager, is a great guy and was there just about every day to ensure the work was done correctly and was on schedule. Nathan also checked in on the work a few time a week and made sure we were happy along the way. The end result is excellent in terms of quality and the process went as smooth as possible. From our perspective, the only aspect of the job that could be improved was the final price. There were a 2 details that were overlooked that cost $750 additional to fix. The first of these was the closeness of out cabinets to the door. As soon as the cabinets went in we knew they were too close to the door and we had to have Nathan's crew move our door about 8 inches ($500). The second issue was a corner cabinet that we had to add back to the plan ($250) after seeing the kitchen. The need for these changes were not apparent in the plans we were given. Overall these changes were still within 2% of the total (so I'll call price an A), but it is annoying that this was not discovered earlier. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Pristine Construction. They are true professionals that take pride in their work.
Description of Work: Pristine Construction completely remodeled our kitchen ~100 sqft kitchen. As part of the renovation they also retiled / painted our dining room and upgraded our electrical panel to a 200amp service. The work included demolition of the existing kitchen, making custom cabinets in natural Alder, fabricating Quartz countertops, and installing a travertine backsplash and tile floor. The 200amp service upgrade also required the patching of the stucco.

They put in all new everything and perfectly matched it the stuff I did need replaced. They did all I asked and more. Following my requests but also making many recommendations for improvements without an increase in costs. They started the work quickly and everything progressed as planned. I was informed exactly and accurately about when things would be done. Nathan checked several places for the granite I needed and set up appoints for me to take a look. He made sure I got a perfect match. He had great recommendations about where to go for parts and readily accommodated the delivery schedules. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. He perfectly matched the appearance of the rest of my kitchen, but the work he did was far superior to the original. He even upgraded the other work, installing new draw/door handles for free. I will definitely use them for work I need in the future. Super professional and friendly.
Description of Work: I had big problems with a kitchen granite counter and cabinet that contained the sink and dishwasher. Problem was that the other counters were fine and I didn't want the expense of replacing them. I selected Nathan and Pristine reviews and they came to the rescue.

We called Nathan at Pristine Construction Inc to come out and give us an estimate for work to be done on a house to make it sellable. The house belonged to my parents who have both passed and during their lifetime they saw many changes happen to their home. An out-of-work contractor told them that he could add a family room to this house by converting the garage and also enclosing a patio which added a side room to the kitchen; all done without a permit. Nathan met us at the house as planned. We showed him the things we thought needed to be done. Nathan was very clear about explaining the work that it would take to accomplish the job. He studied the job taking notes and asking pertinent questions and then he gave us a couple of options to go with. One of the options was to put the house on the market "as is", he said that there are many people who buy houses in this condition, of course at a reduced price, and make it their own. That is what Nathan said he would do if he were us. Save yourself money and headaches. We thanked him for his candor and the useful information and we have now decided not to repair the house. Nathan would not take any money for his time spent with us; it was all free gratis. We could tell by his professionalism, knowledge and general demeanor that this is a guy we would do business with in the future.
Description of Work: Nathan provided us with an estimate for the work it would take to bring my parents vacant house back to a sellable condition. He was very professional, punctual, pleasant and a good communicator. He thoroughly explained the process in detail and answered all our questions.

See above. The entire project took less than two days. I have ordered a custom safety rail for this door and the contractor will be coming back to install it when it has arrived.
Description of Work: Enlarged a doorway and installed a larger door to make accessible. Repainted, reinstalled wood trim, reinstalled floor tile, and cleaned up work area. Nathan came to our house the second time, about a year after we did our large renovation with Pristine. This was the last bathroom we needed to remodeled. Since they have left the last time, we truly missed them, they did for us a second amazing bathroom, although a lot smaller job, it just looks gorgeous. Mike was making sure every day we are happy with the work, he is got great character, and top eye for little details. Nathan helped us getting all the materials needed for the work. We are speechless when it comes to these two great individuals, they are the real contractors. their crew is top notch, highly skilled, professional, polite, and were leaving the house at the end of each day spotless.(as clean as construction site could be). We already gave them two referrals since they finished our first job, and have seen the work they have done for them,( beautiful as well) and will continue to do so. They are truly the complete package, to any home owners construction dream. As their name represent, it could not be more accurate, they are exactly " PRISTINE CONSTRUCTION ", just try them !!!
Description of Work: Pristine remodeled the last bathroom, that has been left to be remodeled at our home, after remodeling our house completely back in may of 2010. They remodeled it from the ground up, replacing everything such as tiles, vanity, plumbing, electrical, painting, counters etc.

Tragedy struck and the leaks had to be dealt with. Weighing the costs of repair versus remodel, we decided on the latter and immediately went to Angie"s List. Three contractors, three estimates, but 2 of those were labor only. Only one was willing to go out on a limb and "guesstimate" the total cost. It was the highest bid BUT it was the MOST comprehensive. It was the one we chose. We were worried. Remodeling a bathroom is expensive, messy, and fraught with dangers. We need not have feared. Our masterpiece was created by PRISTINE CONSTRUCTION, INC. When questions arose, they were answered. Moreover, when previous problems were discovered, they were attended to at no extra cost. Just as important, when changes needed to be made, they were immediately addressed without any problem. Nathan and Mike, his foreman, were ALWAYS available and their concern for our satisfaction was most gratifying. The skill of the workers, the quality of the work and the delight in the finished project are the things to keep in mind. Each employee, and they ARE employees, not subs, takes a refreshing pride in their work. The finished presentation reflects that. We were also impressed with the integrity of the company. The only "change order" we encountered was mandated by LA Building and Safety. The contract price was what it cost. If you have ever remodeled anything, you know that doesn"t always happen. The entire job was completed in 15 working days, with the hassle of noise and dust kept to a minimum. The results are b e a u t i f u l. Contractors can make lots of claims and promises, and it is always wise to be cautious. What PRISTINE promised. PRISTINE delivered.

I had exactly six weeks to do the construction and upgrades on my house and move all of my belongings out and find a renter before returning to South Carolina to take care of my aging mother. I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT NATHAN MOSES! I NEVER had to make a second phone call to get his attention. His crew was great-always punctual, hard-working, knowledgeable and attentive to any concerns or questions I had. I'm a bit of a recycling fanatic and was having trouble choosing which material to use as a countertop. Sensitive to my needs, Nathan offered the perfect recycling solution. He gave me the choice of using any of the granite remnants he had from other jobs! We had one disagreement about the cost of re-building my old cabinets-I felt the charges from his cabinetmaker were too high-I told him and we came to an agreeable compromise. He had given me an estimate of finishing the job on April 26-he finished on April 18. Seriously, he's the best.
Description of Work: Partial kitchen remodel-new countertop and backsplash, new sink fixtures, new appliances; living room oak floor refinished, ceiling beams restored (termite damage), painted living room interior, painted int/ext four sets of French doors, sealing and covering rotted exterior portion of living room beams, replacing tub faucet and repairing cold/hot water handles, replacing broken window in upstairs bedroom.

This was the first time I’ve done any major remodeling since becoming a homeowner . When friends and family found out that my husband and I were going to be remodeling our two bathrooms, EVERYONE shared with us their remodeling nightmare story and told us that no matter what the contractors tell you during the consultation, that it was going to cost at least 20% more than their quote and not to be surprised if it took twice as long. That’s what I was expecting and boy was I pleasantly surprised when that didn’t happen and that has all to do with Nathan Moses and Pristine Construction. After looking up contractors on Angie’s List, I spent a lot of time reading people’s reviews and comments about different companies and then I selected 5 contractors to call. The first call was to Pristine Construction and Nathan Moses, the owner, answered my call. After a brief conversation, I made an appointment with him to come by our house the next day to give us a quote. The next couple of calls didn’t go nearly as smoothly. One of the contractors, who has received really great reviews on Angie’s List, told me over the phone that it was going to cost us between $18,000 - $22,000 per bathroom (not including any materials). When I asked how he could give me a quote like that without even looking at the bathrooms, he told me he didn’t need to see it. He knows from experience and my description of the kind of work I wanted done, the size of the bathrooms and age of our house, that it was going to cost somewhere in that ballpark. He said if “we” were on the same page with that rough estimate then he would come by and give me a firmer quote. He then told me that if I called other contractors that I would get estimates ranging from $6,000 per bathroom to what he’s quoting. He warned that I’d get what I paid for and that he has hundreds of excellent reviews on Angie’s List to back up his work. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to him. More money does NOT always mean you’re going to get better work and my experience with Pristine is a testament to that. After meeting with all the contractors , I decided to hire Nathan and Pristine Construction. I went with Nathan because I felt he really listened to what my husband I wanted and then helped to improve our design ideas. It also helped his quote was quite competitive. It wasn’t the lowest quote but certainly not the highest and he said that when he gives a quote, he stands by it. I was concerned because we had some mold and other damage to our bathroom s and when I asked the other contractors, they all gave the same answer… “we’ll have to open up the walls and see what kind of damage is there and if there’s a lot of work that needs to be done then it’ll drive up the quote.” Nathan, when I asked him the same question, said not to worry. If they open the walls and there’s damage then they’ll fix it… no additional cost to me. Yeah, I didn’t really believe him when he first said it either. Pristine Construction met all of my expectations and then some. I was incredibly impressed at how professional all the workers were. They worked really hard and extremely fast. There were maybe 3 days when only couple of workers were at our house. The other times, there were 5-6 (+) people working on the bathrooms simultaneously. The workers were at our house starting at 8:00am and continued until at least 5:00 and a couple of times they worked as late as 8:00 pm. And no matter how late they worked, the workers always cleaned up after themselves and left the house clean and neat. Well, as clean and neat as you can get during construction. During the whole process Nathan was at our house everyday. He wasn’t there the whole day but he always spent some time there to check on the work that was being done and oversee things. Not only did Pristine Construction finish the bathrooms on time, they actually finished more than a week and a half early. Shocking, huh? I guess even more surprising is that Nathan kept his word about not charging us anymore money. Couple of unexpected things came up during the remodel (one of them involved having to reroute a big pipe) and he didn’t charge us an extra cent. Matter of fact, he decided to move the heating/airconditioning vent in one of our bathrooms because it was located at a weird location. It’s something that has always bothered me but I didn’t want to spend the money to move it, and Nathan did it for FREE and without me asking. Not only that, I had picked a paint color for one of our bathrooms but then had second thoughts about it. When I spoke to Nathan he agreed that my first choice wasn’t the best for the bathroom and even though they had already bought the paint, he picked out a better color and didn’t charge us. I can go on and on about my amazing experience with Pristine Construction. I will end with this though. With Pristine Construction, I’ve found a contractor that I can trust, that does excellent, beautiful work and who gives a lot of personal attention to their customers. Nathan, the owner, patiently took all of my calls even when I called him on Saturdays. He took the initiative and called me if we hadn’t spoken in a couple of days to make sure I was doing o.k. and happy with the progress. He and his amazing crew made what can be a nightmarish experience into a really great one! And now I have two bathrooms that I absolutely LOVE! Thank you, Nathan and Pristine Construction! You have a customer for life.
Description of Work: Complete remodel of two bathrooms. First bathroom they replaced tub, vanity and medicine cabinet. They installed new tiles along tub walls and floor, added recessed lights, fan and electrical outlets. The second bathroom they took down partial wall of enclosed, tiled shower and replaced it with a glass. They retiled shower and bathroom floor, installed recessed lights, fan, medicine cabinet and pedestal sink. They painted both bathrooms and replaced the molding.

Nathan and Pristine Construction did an excellent job in remodeling my townhouse and they finished all the work within the estimated time schedule and price. From the beginning of this project, Nathan personally helped me select all the tile, fixtures, toilet, paint color, carpeting, etc. I never had to shop alone and wonder if I was selecting the correct item. Nathan was with me and helped guide me through the process. I had moved out of my townhouse during the remodeling and Nathan would call me constantly during the project to tell me what the workmen were doing. I never had to go over to my townhouse and check on the work. I was kept informed, so I was confident the project was moving along on schedule. Whenever there was ever a question about anything, Nathan would call me and we would discuss it before the work would proceed. Nathan would make suggestions on how to improve the overall appearance of my unit, like replacing the door hardware. He would do whatever I asked him to do, even if it hadn't been discussed in the original planning meeting. He couldn't have been easier to work with. Moving back into my townhouse is like moving into a new place. Everyone who has seen it, can't get over how much better it looks. The whole unit is brighter and more open.
Description of Work: Pristine Construction remodeled my bathroom completely. They took out the existing shower/tub. changed the placement of the shower plumbing, removed the existing toilet, medicine cabinet, vanity and sink, flooring, and lighting. They installed a tiled walk-in shower with a glass enclosure, a new toilet, a new vanity and sink, medicine cabinet, built in tissue box, flooring, and recessed lights. They also replaced the molding , all electrical outlets and switches, the front door, all doorknobs, and the furnace/air conditioning thermostat. They replaced the dropped ceiling lights in the kitchen with recessed lighting, and changed the dining area ceiling light fixture with recessed lights that can be dimmed to control the amount of overhead lighting. They also installed an electrical outlet for a new range hood. They painted all the interior rooms and installed new carpeting.

The foreman was superb and the crew was careful, courteous, and capable. They arrived on time, and worked until every job scheduled for that day was completed. They finished the kitchen two weeks ahead of schedule, including repairing and painting the living room walls--something which was not part of the original plan, but was added because the living room paled in comparison to the dining room and kitchen.
Description of Work: Nathan designed a total kitchen remodel, which included removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room. He also moved and upgraded the exterior electrical box. Nathan helped me select materials and appliances, offering helpful input and recommendations. He arranged for all of the materials to be stored onsite, before the demolition began, so that there were no delays during construction. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous, I am thrilled, and I am happy to recommend this company.

Pristine construction did our previous remodel back in august of last year. both my wife and i, could not explain how happy we were, with that experience. Nathan's tremendous experience in the construction and remodeling industry, gets you the results, that the most detailed person would like to see in his own house. He is the consummate professional you want to take care of your business. Our master bathroom looks amazing, it is a pleasure to work with someone that is very considerate of your needs. Pristine crew is one of the best you are able to find out there. Nathan, the owner, is the real contractor, that will have a quick and honest solution for all your needs. For the smallest thing we would need we'll call them first. And for those of you that needs work, and still debating about which contractor to hire, all we can say after two great remodeling projects, call these guys, you will not regret it for a second, "PRISTINE" is a rare find.

Nathan came to my house and looked over the sliding glass door frame needing repair and said it would be a waste of money to hire a contractor for this repair, which could be more economically handled by a window and door specialist. He instructed me how to search for one on Angie's List, and then actually called his favorite window and door specialist, Windows 'n' Things for me on the spot and arranged for someone to come out the same day and quote the job for me. I can see why Nathan is so highly rated on Angie's List. What a mensch!
Description of Work: Nathan came to my house to quote a repair of the frame of a sliding glass door, which had leaked water in a storm two days before.

Nathan did what he said he was going to do. He assisted us in an expeditious manner during an emergency and showed concern for our situation. He made several good suggestions, one being not to start the new work during a predicted rain time so there would be no chance for the new work to get wet. However, he ordered the special beam and other materials so there was no wait time once the work started. He used treated lumber when necessary and discussed all materials with us before using. His crew finished the work ahead of time so that the area would be protected during the next storm. The work crew was professional and clean. Arnold, the job foreman, double checked everything and made sure it was free of all the rotted wood before starting with the new materials. It was a pleasure to do business with Pristine Construction Company. In fact, we are currently working with Nathan and his architect for remodeling plans for our house.
Description of Work: Our garage roof/deck top had developed a leak where the flashing met the roof coating that covers the deck. We called the people who originally installed the deck coating to come out and fix the top. They sent an employee who made such a mess that I had to have the work stopped. I needed a construction company that would repair the problems (support the garage roof, replace beams and plywood and stucco the back of the garage.) that the rain coupled with the employee from the deck coating company had damaged. It was necessary to find a company that would come on a weekend to look at the problem and give us an estimate as rain was in the forecast and the roof was left open. Nathan Moses did just that. He answered the phone on Sunday morning and arrived that same morning. He looked at the problem, gave us an estimate, recommended some extra steps that we should take and told us when he should start. One week later he started the project. He delayed the start due to rain so the new wood would not get wet. But he made sure the open area was protected before and during the work. Within 3 days of starting the project the area was supported, covered and protected from the rain that arrived the next day. Pristine Construction Company removed all the damaged materials on the garage, hauled away the damaged stucco, rotten beams and plywood, installed two new beams, plywood on the back and top of the garage and stucco on the back wall.

Nathan came to our house the first day and spent about four + hours, including taking us to see one of the recent finished kitchen project in our neighborhood. He planned and designed our kitchen on his laptop computer, and was making sure it was going to be completely functional. When the project started the work went completely fast and accurate. Nathan and his crew were always on time, very punctual, courteous and considerate of us. They cleaned up every day before leaving, and overall finished our job two weeks early, that is unheard of, considering the amount of Work they did, it only took them 19 days to complete our job and it looks beautiful. We almost ready to hire them to work on our bathroom as well, but we need to save up little more money. When we ready to do, so they will be our one and only call. We would not be able to get all the things needed without Nathan help, he went with us to make sure we got the right things, and even reframe our soffit to fit our new Thermador hood. One of things my wife liked the most about him that he is real stickler for details, one who takes real pride in his work. We will recommend him to anyone who need a good and professional remodeling job.
Description of Work: complete kitchen, family room, laundry room, hallway, and linen closet remodel, as well as upgrade of mail electrical panel to 200AMP. cabinets and flooring replace, countertop and popcorn ceilings scrape. all new appliances were installed, electrical and plumbing fixtures.

Nathan from Pristine Construction Inc. Company gave me a very rough estimate. We didn?t get down to actual numbers. It was more of a general meeting. I wanted to get an idea on where to put the major appliances and pipes and so forth. The person who came out was very personable and nice. He answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. He was very nice to deal with. I will consider using them in future.

Nathan Moses and Pristine crew were professional, on time and friendly. They cleaned up everyday and kept my home livable and presentable. Nathan and his foreman Mike was always available to answer my questions and give me daily updates. Nathan helped me shop for tile and fixtures and worked with me so I didn't make mistakes I would regret. My friend Janet referred me to Pristine and I would refer them to all of my friends.
