They were absolutely horrible. The guy that sold me the job, he left the company the day the work was done. The people that were in charge with the follow-up were not use to being in charge. The owner of the company hired a woman that was horrible. The contract said that they wanted me to pay half. They had me contact an accounting place, I paid with my charge card, and she gave me a receipt. When they finished the job, they wanted the full amount and I had forgotten that I had paid the $1,000 and it took about 2 months for me to get the money back. I discovered it and the accounting company kept postponing it and dragging it out. They said that they could not find the paperwork. I finally got the money back, but it was a really big fight. Some plants have died off. I thought that their pricing was fair. The guy that did the work was great, the people that were supposed to do the follow-ups, and it was hell to get them to come out. I would not use them again.
