David came exactly when he said he would, was extremely friendly and professional, and charged a more than fair price for his services. Would absolutely use him again.

David was the only lock smith that responded promptly and asked questions on the phone regarding what seemed to be the problem and diagnosed the problem. When he arrived he found the problem was not a broken lock but only an adjustment was needed. He could have replaced the part and I would have never know the differences. So if you are looking for a honest locksmith call David.

David happened to be in the general vicinity, so he was at our house within 15min. He thoroughly examined the electronic door lock we were having problems with (would not lock/open properly with the keypad, codes didn't work and even the key didn't seem to work). He took everything apart, found the problem, cleared out all of the old codes, showed me how to look up coding instructions on-line for all of the functions, re-coded the lock, and tested it again thoroughly. He was extremely patient and helpful walking me through the instructions and is a very personable young man. Replacing this lock would have cost us double the amount of his service call so his being able to fix the problem saved us quite a bit. Extremely professional and incredibly nice - I will certainly use him again and could not recommend him more highly to anyone in need of a locksmith.

I think I used a locksmith once and we used D Locks. They were punctual, efficient, reasonable and great to work with. They were just very customer service friendly. I would grade them an 'A' for everything.

David arrived early, which was a breath of fresh air so immediately we were off to a good start. I explained the problem, that the outside front latch and inside door handle were both loose on our front door lock set. We've had it for close to 10 years and it needed a tune up. My husband also wanted to inquire about replacing it as it's gotten a bit scratched up over the years. David immediately took it apart, lubed it and tightened things up so that everything was functioning as it should. When I asked him about replacing it, he told me that the front plate could be refinished, something I never knew. He explained that when we were ready, he could remove it and take it to the refinisher and it would be brand new again. This bit of information could well have saved us close to $1500 as that's about what a new lockset is, never mind having to have a new one installed. Davis is professional, timely and a great guy. He's personable and does quality work. It's nice to find people with integrity like David. We will definitely be calling him again when we need a locksmith!!! I can't recommend him enough!

Dave was prompt, courteous and professional. He knew that this was a temporary fix and worked quickly to resolve the problem.. When done, he made very smart suggestions as to more permanent solutions without any feeling of a "sales pitch". This guy is a find.

I lost my keys. D locks was a 'Shop Deals' option, which I took. He arrived within an hour. He was fast, polite and honest. Incredible service. He came back the next day to make an adjustment. I purchased a lock and needed a locksmith to install it for me. David arrived and proceeded to assemble the product that I supplied. He noticed that the manufacturer had sent the lock without two necessary parts. He called the manufacturer for me and took time to explain to the manufacturer what exact parts were missing. After a week, the missing parts arrived and I called David. He showed up and finished the installation the very next day. He took extra time to show me how to program the lock and even showed me some general maintenance on the lock. David went beyond what I think most locksmith would have done. I am very happy with the job he did. I will use him for all of my lock needs in the future.

We called and didn't leave a message on the machine but Dave returned our call quickly, nevertheless. He said he could come by in about an hour and was on time. He's a nice guy and we felt comfortable having him in our home. He was particularly nice to our young son who was eager to "help." Dave let him drill!
