Description of Work: Even though he wasnt planning to work on a Saturday he called me and fit me in as my back screen door hand a closing probllem and a hole where the knob used to be. |He put a cover over the hole and told me of simple things I could do myself to not spend extra money. Dave also gave me some suggestion about my front door lock and my combination locks.

He installed a new locking handle on our sliding glass door and came out to unlock my filing cabinet. He was great. Very affordable and easy to communicate with via text. He was on time and super professional. I definitely recommend him!

Description of Work: I bought this deal thinking that they would be able to fix my old mortise lock. When I described the issue to the owner David via email, he said the work was more extensive than the deal and would probably cost an additional $125. I was OK with that because I needed to get the lock fixed and that still seemed like a fair price. | |When David came out to do the work, he decided that the problem was really with the worn down keys we were using. He made two new keys and added longer screws to the hinges and did not charge anything in addition to the $25 I'd already paid for the deal. | |Very fair, honest and up front. I will definitely use them for any other lock or knob repairs.

Description of Work: He guided me using facetime/iphones to fix the problem on my own. He knows what he's doing and there was no charge. Rare to find service vendors as honest and knowledge as David.

Description of Work: If there was a double A rating - David would get it! My housekeeper called in a panic while I was at work saying that her housekey had broken off in my front door. Within 2 hours David arrived, fixed the problem, made TWO replacement keys and refused to charge for the extra service. He is on my permanent list of service people & I plan to tell everyone I know to hire this very nice & efficient craftsman.
