Description of Work: The service was NOT performed by this company. I paid $25.00 to you for him to adjust my lock. He complained my house was to far AWAY. He sent someone else, who sprayed WD-40 into lock and charged me another $65.00. I'm disappointed that every time I hire Angie's list people they are Not in the Thousand Oaks area, and I have problems. I am frustrated and wish to have my name dropped from the list. Do NOT charge me any more memberships, I quit! |

Description of Work: I had to get the my iron fence repaired and the iron gate door was not laocking properly. David informed me that the gate lock was not the problem. He identified the gate post as tilted or shifted and informed me that nothing that he would do to the lock would fix my problem. Thus, he did not want to waste the money and effort. We had the post redone for the whole gate and then David took care of the lock which was a minor repair overall. We were extremely appreciative of his straightforward assessment.

Description of Work: Repaired a broken handleset and deadbolt in my front door. Very honest and professional...he replaced both latches which he had with him in his truck. Also drilled out the receiving side inside the strike. Arrived in time and completed the work efficiently. He also educated me about the lock for future repair and replacement. David saved me a lot of money by the way he dealt with this repair. Would totally recommend and will use him in the future for sure. Very glad I found this guy...this is an Angie's List success.
