He was punctual, and flexible. He came and gave expert advice including telling us how we could do the job ourselves, given its simplicity. He was really honest, and gave other suggestions as well. I added him to my contact list, and would not hesitate to call for his services in the future.

David arrived early, was very knowledgeable and helpful about future troubleshooting on my own, and fixed the problems. We did have a subsequent issue with the handle, but he guarantees his work and came back out to fix it again (so far no problems since then). I'd definitely use him again.

David was very accommodating and helpful. He arrived early in the morning before the door was painted to remove the hardware, and returned late on the same day to reinstall it. He also lubricated the lock and showed me how to maintain it. I noticed a tiny amount of paint on the lock from the previous door color after he reinstalled it. David immediately removed it and helped me clean it before reinstalling it. I highly recommend D Locks.

David was exceptionally prompt and professional. We had asked him to repair a key lock on our pool gate (in addition to replacing an interior door with a key lock). He advised us that we needed to have work done on securing the fencing first or else the replacement of the bolt would be worthless. He was informative, caring, and had everything on his truck ready to go. An absolutely, positive experience.

I manage an apartment building. David arrived right on time (in fact a bit early) for the date and time we discussed. He was very curteous and very nice. He put in a new deadbolt in a door that did not previously have one. He suggested I also get a new door knob to replace the old one since he would have to rekey it anyway (we discussed this prior to the appt). Good suggestion and the same price to put that in as to rekey. It took less than 1 hour. I will definitely use him again in the future!

David was prompt and courteous. Service was very quick and accurate, as he had estimated. Cost only a service call, no extra expenses or add-ons. He explained how I can maintain locks in the future to avoid a service call if not needed. The service wouldhave been $45 total, but Angie's Deal coupon made it $25. Another locksmith (the one who installed the deadbolt wrong in the first place) had quoted $125, and another quoted $29 service call plus $35 labor. WOW! D Locks = Highly recommended!

I had wanted to get a key made for an only door lock. The owner came out and informed me the lock was too old (early 1900's) to re-key. He suggested I could change the lock myself rather then have him charge me to do to. I agreed. The owner was very pleasant and professional. Even though he could not re-key the door I would call on him again if I ever needed a locksmith
